I like this place overall, feel I can trust them for most things needing fixed on my car. They drag their feet on appointments tho, I showed up at 9:45AM for a 10AM inspection, at 10:15AM (30 mins later it was still sitting in parking lot.) Really? Not okay.

I had a nail in my tire and was running late for work. I was recommended to come here for services and they did not disappoint at all! Jeff Ramsey and his staff got in and out in a timely matter and the customer service was on point! Will recommend to EVERYONE!Service: TiresService: Tires

I recently purchase new tires for my pickup. 2 months later I found a screw in one of my tires, and had a busy day planned. I called ahead to ask if they were backed up. They are always busy. I was pulling a work trailer. Instead of unhooking from my trailer, they had me pull up outside the door and brought a floor jack outside, had the tire off, repaired, and back on in record time. Great people! GCR gets it done.

I took my Ram 3500 dually for a tire rotation and balance. This requires tires to be taken off the wheel and remounted on another. Upon completion both front wheels were damaged. I was given a phone number to a wheel repair company that GCR paid for. However this was totally bad business. Damaged both wheels without concern. The tire sensor on right side does not work any longer. The laborer had a wheel leaned up against my truck. I asked if this was common practice to treat a $75,000 truck. I will never use this location and will never reccomend this business.

These guys took care of me as a walk in almost immediately and had me out of there in less than an hour not a bad price either

Never had the chance to do any work there, called ahead and I was told there are 2 trucks in line and it will take 3 hours (which is ridiculous), 3 hours passed and the guy told me it will be couple of more hours and they would need to do it after hours (with after hours rates) Great place if you plan to camp out for couple of days while waiting for a tire patch.

If you Wait ,prepare to be here all day! Over 2hrs for mount and balance w/ appointment early Am.Very slow and the most expensive mount and balance!

Tried to preautorize my credit card for $1900 for a tire and rim change. Preautorize for 3 times the amount I should be charged??

Tooooo expensive, was told a recap ONLY would run me $331.00 not including install and disposal of old tire! Ridiculous!
