Alternator quit on us while on a road trip. Tow truck driver recommended Mainly Brakes. They had the new part in hand before the tow truck even got our vehicle there & had it installed within hours - and for the price they quoted. Professional, honest great experience.

I purchased 4 tires online and had them shipped to the shop. I dealt with 2 very friendly and helpful service people (Maggie & Douglas). The tires were balanced and installed quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable rate.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I 1000% recommend Mainly Brakes!! My abs and traction lights came on and Jeep couldn t get my car seen for another month, so I decided to call Mainly Brakes and I m so glad I did! They were nice, responded quickly, got my car in immediately and had it fixed in one day!! The best part is that all the prices were fair from the hourly cost of labor to the cost of parts. Communication was clear and they let me know what they were doing and how much it was going to cost every step of the way. I m so beyond impressed with this shop and will absolutely be bringing my car here again!Service: Brakes

This repair shop has done me right and fair numerous of times and I have no complaints! If you need to get your car worked on and you want a fair deal make sure you ask for Maggie as she kind of runs the show. She knows her business and she make sure that you get a fair deal!

I cannot recommend Rob and the crew at Mainly Brakes enough. As a single mom who works two jobs, I have been blown away by the level of care and commitment shown by the folks at Mainly Brakes. Rob has gone out of his way to provide incredible customer service to me on so many occasions--well above and beyond my expectations. He has cared for my vehicles for several years now, and he is the kindest, most trustworthy mechanic I have ever known. I ve been going here for years, the business has expanded substantially. The owner is awesome and has a great team who will take care of you!If there is ever anything you don t think was done completely/correctly, just communicate and they ll fix it! Maggie is great to talk to and Josh knows his mechanics.

I usually work on my own vehicles. I trust Robert and his staff to do a quality job. Great tires!Update... Just dropped off my Wife's Explorer. Excited to get new tires. The tires Rob got for my F150 are fantastic. I trust no one else.....

The operation of this place is a total disaster! You will not get a quote on your work until after they're done. My son put his car in there to get front brakes worked on. $650 later. These people at mainly brakes were asked many times how much was this going to cost? A bunch of smooth-talking and avoiding the actual price that he was going to for charge for putting brakes on a 20 + year old car. This was a Corsica, not a Maserati. If I didn't work out of town so much I would have put the brakes on for him myself. As a father I wouldn't do that to his son! If they will take advantage of your money, they most certainly will take advantage of what they do to your vehicle. I would not trust them to work on anything that I own.Please, stay away from this business! Think of it this way: you will be saving yourself money, and helping others too. That's kind of like paying it forward. Hope this helped and stay safe!

They took advantage of my son. Never gave him an estimate on how much the work was going to cost, only the bill at the end.My son was charged more to fix his brakes then he paid for the car. Without our consent they inspected the whole car and told us all the numerous things that were wrong, putting us and my son at alarm. I truly believe they did on necessary work to the vehicle

1996 canadian honda accord trunk latch completely broke. Magi found the part and installed FAST. She is professional,personable and really helped out in a jiffy. I've told everyone to start going here. Rates are more than reasonable. This is one of the best garages in the world. They take pride in doing a good job, from start to finish. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The mechanics are knowledgeable. Your vehicles are in good hands.

Just the type of service center I've been looking for. Locally owned, friendly, no swearing in the back, very respectful to women. They didn't treat me differently than if I'd been a man, didn't try to rip me off or sell me things I don't need because they think I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars. Highy recommend!!!!

Extremely very professional and highly recommended for all my tires and brake care for all my vehicles. Staff is very knowledgeable and explains thoroughly all my car needs for under car care that I have no awareness of including no hidden rabbits jumping out at me like other shops have done in the past.

All the guys who work there are very nice. They diagnosed what was wrong with my car, got the new part and put it in, and had my car back to me in the same day. I'm very satisfied, and would totally recommend them to anyone.

Had a nail in my tire, took it down to Mainly brakes and Doug repaired it, in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Hands down the best auto service I ve ever had! High recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Very great prices. Very nice owner and workers. They always tell you the truth. Only downside is they don't do car inspection. I always bring my cars here.
