Great service center, with regards to their car pricing, it's a bit on the high side and they didn't offer much on the trade or new car pricing. We went to the Ford place in Farmville on the same trim Bronco (Black Diamond mid grade package) and saved $3500.

Got me right in for routine maintenance . I was a new customer and they saw me the next day after calling. Great facility and fast turnaround and they have a great young lady named Shelby working as service advisor - pretty awesome Ford Dealership / Service Center

I just purchased a new 2024 Ford Edge. I worked with the same salesperson, Tatiana Roberts, for the 3rd time. I was impressed with her knowledge and her willingness to make the trade an easy transaction. She is always smiling and friendly. Magic City has also made the paperwork much easier and the process is much quicker than ever before. Adam, the financial person, was great and so friendly to work with. I would recommend Magic City to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Y all. Randy at Magic City Ford is The. Bomb! We went in with late on a Saturday just browsing for a car for our 16 year old and we strolled up to one that we tried out and it had a check engine light on. Not only did they fix the sensor that the check engine light was throwing the code on but also found that the water pump needed replaced while they were in there. No extra cost to us. The process was seamless and easy when we went in to make the downpayment and do financing and Randy made sure our experience was a pleasant one. Not only do we get free inspections but they also have a car wash for use too! Don t walk. Run to here if you want people who will do the right thing and make sure your purchase is hassle free . 10/10 recommend.

Just bought our 6th vehicle from Magic City Ford. My wife refuses to go anywhere else. Pome and Glen bend over backwards to make sure you get the vehicle you want and are happy with it. 6 times so far and we haven t had a complaint. Pome and Glen are the best!

Had a great ordering and purchasing experience with Tatiana Roberts and Jim. Smooth process ordering an F-350 from the factory and buying an Escape off the lot in two seperate purchases a few weeks apart. In and out, answered questions and the process felt fair and pressure free...would highly recommend!

Got in contact with Dujuan and Randy online last week to inquire about a Raptor they had for sale, offered them a trade in and sight unseen they estimated a fairly accurate trade value which was confirmed after they inspected it in person. They didn't try to hide anything, had the truck ready, washed, and waxed out front and had me driving home in it the same day. If I plan to buy another vehicle, it will definitely be through them.

No complaints with this dealership. Treated me fair. Very honest with me when servicing my car. My only complaint is that the ford escape I bought, was a piece of junk. The engine has a coolant intrusion issue that ford knows about, that ruined my motor, and they will not fix it, because the warranty ran out. No more fords for me. My first, and my last.

I called on December 8th asking about the possibility of replacing the horn on my husband s 2019 F-150. The service advisor suggested we get the service department to check the horn before replacing, so they gave us an appointment for January 31. We arrived at 8am this morning, where we were informed they would attempt to get to it today, which we found startling since we had waited almost 8 weeks for the appointment. At five pm, we were advised they could not look at it, would have to wait until tomorrow. We were also never told about the $165 diagnostic fee until we dropped it off. We have learned scheduling appointments with this business really has little value. This is not my first bad experience with the service department, but there are too many to recount here.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:30AM, 2 weeks in advance to have a car I was considering buying inspected. I received no communication that anything was wrong before my appointment. When I arrived, they informed me that they did not have adequate staff and they would not even start on my car until around 2:00PM. I have no doubt that if I were over 3 hours late for my appointment with them they would ve canceled it. It is beyond unacceptable on their end. In the end, I simply had to take the car back to the seller as they could not wait so long. I wasted an entire morning dealing with this.WORST service/ experience I have ever had!!!

If you want to purchase a vehicle AND have a fabulous experience, ask for Nolan Howell at Magic City Ford in Roanoke, VA. Our overall purchase experience was the best we ve ever had! He listens to what you want and works to find it and deliver it!

Probably the worst Ford dealership I have been too. I looked at two vehicles there but purchased elsewhere for several thousand less each time. Service is extremely slow with very poor communication. Drive the extra miles and go to a decent dealer.

Magic City has done all of the service since my truck was new; I purchased it from the original buyer. Magic City did the oil change and did not put enough oil in the engine. 4000 miles later, my engine is destroyed. With no indication of an oil leak, and no indication that it is burning oil, Michelle still claims they did nothing wrong because I can t prove that when they changed the oil that they did not put enough in it.She cannot explain how I could have ended up 3.5 quarts low with 1000 miles still left to go before my next oil change is due. There are zero oil leaks and zero smoke indicating that it is burning oil. There has never been an oil consumption issue in it and she has no examples of other trucks that are the same make/model consuming oil like that, yet her claim is that I must have had an oil consumption issue. Since it has 94,000 miles on it and is not under warranty, I m stuck. There are other issues as well such as rude service advisors. Michael was ours. On one occasion when we dropped it off for service, the truck was ready on Thursday but we never got a call. I called the following Tuesday to inquire about what was taking so long and Michael said he forgot to call me. I could really go on and on but this place sucks. I ve always driven Fords but I would never buy anything from Magic City ever again. My employer provides Ford vehicles for us. We ve had numerous issues of having our fleet serviced at Magic City for recalls only to get the vehicle back and find that they did not fix the vehicle. Seriously, steer clear of Magic City Ford.

They sold me a used truck with bad tires- and the battery had a dead cell- had to spend $1000 on tires and $200 on a battery 6mos after having the vehicle. Use Carmax people.

We must say that Randy and Glenn went out of there way to make sure everything went right for us buying a used car. In the insurance and finance dept Adam was a great help also. Highly recommend these men if you need anything far as a used or new vehicle.

Service department is great to work with. They always get me in and take care of my Explorer. My service writer, Mr Firebaugh is always friendly and helpful and explains things very good.

I had a good experience with the service department a few weeks ago when I needed to get a state inspection, but our experience yesterday was vastly different. My husband had an oil change and tire rotation done several days ago and they found he needed a new tire, which the service department ordered for us, and an alignment done. We dropped his car off at 9am and I needed the shuttle to get back to work. I waited an hour and twenty minutes for the shuttle and almost missed a meeting so I was not happy. I called and texted the service advisor numerous time throughout the day asking for an update but could never get ahold of anyone. We were getting very annoyed as my husband needed his car back. We did not hear from the service department until 4pm, over seven hours after we had dropped it off, that they had not gotten to my husband's car yet. By this point we were angry at the lack of customer service and their indifference to us being without a vehicle for an entire day. After 5pm they finally called to tell us that my husband's vehicle was done, but the shuttle driver was unable to come get me so I could pick up the vehicle and I'd have to find my own way to the dealership. I was furious by this point having been inconvenienced the entire day and their blatant lack of customer service. They offered to leave the keys in the car unlocked so we could get it, which fine, but that's a good way to get a vehicle stolen, however they reassured me my husband's car wasn't worth much so it was highly unlikely it would get stolen. You don't say that to a customer. When we finally picked up the vehicle the tire pressure light was on and not one tire was set to the correct pressure, not even the new one, but they were closed so it was our problem to deal with. What I don't get is I had ALL his tires at the correct tire pressure when we dropped it off, why would you let air out of his tires? We have no idea if the tire rotation even happened and frankly given how much money we dropped over the course of two days at the dealership we are not happy. I understand the dealership is busy, but 7+ hours behind schedule? That's a stretch. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for my vehicle, but we will be canceling the appointment. We won't be back. Do better Magic City.

Randy and Glenn were fantastic to work with! They both are very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot and I did not feel pushed into purchasing a vehicle. They made the buying experience very quick and easy and even delivered my car at my convince. I would highly recommend working with them to purchase your next vehicle.

I went in looking for a reliable but affordable car, and got the best deal thanks to Glenn and Pome. were great helping me do so. 2014 Chevrolet Volt, 68k miles, no recalls, clean both inside and out, and saves me gas. Adam helped me out with getting a warranty for a great deal as well. They were very kind, honest, explained thoroughly, and made it a very easy process. Thankful for their help!

Magic City Ford did an excellent job of making my Bronco buying experience exceptional! Darren Yeatts, my salesman, stayed in contact with me on a regular basis to update me on the build status of my Bronco! Darren returned all phone calls in a timely manner, helped set up systems when I took delivery, and answered any questions I had in a respectful, professional manner. Jim Sanders, general manager, took extra time on several occasions to show me how to remove the front panels and back section. Jim also explained what all of my tools were for in my glovebox. Magic City went the extra mile, and I greatly appreciated it.

Took my Ford Explorer ST to Magic City last week for standard oil change, tire rotation, etc. Thank goodness I called to confirm my appointment as the Ford App (Ford Pass) does not speak to their other systems. They had no information on my car, had my husband's name and not mine, no address, and phone number was incorrect. I don't understand how it's 2023 and the technology they have is sub -par.I get there for my appointment and made sure to ask the service rep (I believe it was Frank) to pull my warranty as I know I paid for the service warranty and didn't want a charge for the service. You would've thought I asked for him to donate a kidney. The deep sigh said it all. He found my warranty and I did have the service agreement. Thankfully, Frank texted to advise where my car was for service and let me know when it was ready. Too bad it wasn't my number he texted; it was my husband's.When I picked the car up, Frank went over all the paperwork and also pointed out via the warranty what coverage I had for alignments and such. I asked if he would print that off for me so I would know next time, and he said he couldn't print it and that I would have to ask a different department it. What? You just showed me the details and can't print it? Seriously, I can't make this stuff up. I love my Explorer but if I didn't have to drive out the way for service, I would pick somewhere else to take my car. The customer service is terrible. They need customer service classes!

Called back in August and made an appt. For October 4th. They told me at the time that it may not be done in one day. I knew this going in. Left the car on Wednesday the 4th for a transmission fluid exchange and to fix the rear park aid. No word from the service department all day as to whether it was done or not. Called on Thursday the 5th and was told it had not even been touched. Needless to say I was angry and told Mike just to cancel and I would be by to pick up and take somewhere else. I purchased my Taurus from Magic City and expected better service than this. I knew there was a possibility of it going over to the next day but the thing that made me mad was no one called to say anything. Luckily I took off Thursday the 5th. I work in Christiansburg and need my car to get there. Don t think I will ever be using their service dept. again much less purchasing anything from them.

The service took longer then I expected but I was very impressed with the customer service. When I dropped off my car they drove me back to my place of business and offered to pick me up when the vehicle was ready. I got there a little early and stayed in their comfortable Waiting Room Lounge that offered drinks, coffee, snacks and comfortable accommodations.

I have nothing but great things to say about Magic City Ford. I purchased a new car from Darren and Glen a year ago. I recently needed routine maintenance on the car. Darren instantly had me on the schedule. Darren came out to pick up my car, had the car service and returned to me within 2 hours, all while I was working. This is a great service they are now offering. If you need anything at Magic City be sure to ask for Darren or Glen!

I have nothing but good things to say about working with Glenn at this dealership! He is responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He worked with me at every step and through every question and request that I had, while also finding a car absolutely perfect for me, that I never would have even considered or thought twice about on my own. Oh, and did I mention it was wayyy under my budget? Above and beyond, truly. Thank you so much Glenn! If you're in the market, give him a call!

If you are smart, never buy a used car from Magic City Ford except for a FORD! They do not and will not honor other brands of cars. I purchased a Chey Malibu from them and they refuse to work on my car telling me I need to tow it to Covington Magic City Chevy. This is information that should be disclosed before a vehicle is purchased from Magic City. I'll never deal with Magic City Ford again! Yes, they will take your car to the other dealership. They drive it there using your gas and your car is gone for 3-4 days. What they call a convenience, I call a inconvenience.

Honest and helpful. Frank has been great and handled my frustration with professionalism. I purchased a certified used Navigator in CT and they did not disclose that the vehicle had a front end collision (and poor repair job) prior to purchase. Magic City was able to point out several things that showed repair and I m very thankful for that.

We were in search of a used F150 that can tow a camper. Went by Magic City but they did not have a model that would work for us. Sales person Randy Bivens worked with us and called us back when he got one in stock. We test drove it and had some concerns about it being a Hybrid. Sales manager Glenn Griffin helped answer all of our questions. They did not push us to buy. They were very helpful and not high pressure. It's nice to work with local people that care about your needs. We applaud Magic City for having such a great staff.
