I d give zero stars if I could ,Came for a inspection at 3pm and manager told me I had a few cars in front and they d be busy the rest of the day, basically trying to get me to leave while 4 people weren t doing anythingI chose to wait and sat in car then another person came out and said car before me is going to be a while just incase I didn t want to stick around trying to get me to leave again.Worst service I ve had in a long time, come to find out only one car was ahead of me and the repairs needed took about 15minWill not recommend this place to anyone unless staff changesF n joke

This place is a good place to get your oil changed at. I was a customer that was there at the time and all the employe was asking about was what type of oil you wanted in the car and he said he would just take his business else where. The employe did nothing wrong and had great customer service and I never had this experience here before when the customer goes off on an employee like this man did. Every time I come to get my oil change they treat me like family.

I pulled in today to get a full service synthetic oil change, the attendant was rude and became argumentative about whether or not I had been there before. I have indeed not been here in this car as it is a new car. I have however been a customer for well over 15 years. You lost a customer today . I won't be back.

Took my vehicle here for my State Inspection and was pleased with the turn-around time with fixing the issues with my vehicle and the good communication that was kept throughout the process. (I had to leave my car there and go to work). Reasonably priced, but if you're going for an inspection, it's probably best to pick a day during the week as weekends can be bad times. Will use them in the future.

Very professional staff. I watched while they described multiple issues found during routine checks included with their basic services to other customers followed by giving them the options to take care of said issues. They were not rude in any manner, services performed quickly, and did not mind if you were near the vehicle during service operations if you find yourself bored in the waiting room. Prices are very reasonable for their service options and overall I found myself pleased and will be using them again in the future. Definitely two thumbs up.

The absolute worst place in Roanoke to get an oil change! They up charge everything, they lie about things your car needs, they are never on time! If you want an inspection go ahead and plan to let it expire! This place is run down and the owner was the rudest person I have ever met. The previous manager there was the only good one they had and they fired him!

I checked the website for prices and saw the had synthetic oil change for $49. I drove there and waited about 15-20 min. Employee wanted me to get out of car so he could drive it in. No gloves or mask for COVID protection. I walked to the waiting room and the sign said closed that customers were to remain in vehicle. I returned and he said not to worry about it I could go in the waiting room. I declined. I should have left then.I said I preferred to stay in my vehicle. Told him I wanted synthetic oil change. He didn't discuss any options or ask what year my vehicle was.He had a lot of difficulty trying to find right tool. In the end he gave me a bill for $89. I complained and stated the $49. He told me they don't have that anymore. I explained I just looked before driving there. Then he tried to tell me that wasn't using good oil. He seemed to have a lot of excuses.I will not be back and do not recommend.Service: Oil change

Excellent Customer Service - needed headlight bulb & rear brake light bulb replaced which I had purchased at Advance. Short wait & I was done.GTH is the best Technician I have had since I started coming to TLC Hollins in 2017!!!

Good quick in and out. No issues. They did what I asked in NOT topping off my washer fluid do I could use what I wanted. No hassle upsell attempt which I may do the next time.

I received my last oil change from this place earlier this year. I decided to do my own oil change this time and was horrified by what I discovered. They apparently tightened the oil plug with an impact which left the majority of it's threads completely stripped. They also used a smaller oil filter than what was specified by the manufacturer. At the time, they also charged nearly $20 more for high mileage oil than regular oil, forcing me to get an inferior product. I would not recommend this place.Service: Oil change

I had a great experience with my oil changes. My husband and I took both our vehicles. The oil changes were quick and the price was good. We were given tokens for free car wash and vacuum located on the same property under the TLC name. We did not want to wash our car. We only wanted to use the vacuums. The man in charge of the vacuums refused to let us use them because we did not want to wash our car. We had been given a token to use for the wash/vacuum. We gave the man our token and told him we only wanted vacuum. He refused to let us do this. I do not understand. It actually saved him money because we were not using any water. We were never allowed to use the vacuums. We will be finding somewhere else to service our cars.

I took my vehicle there for oil change. They did not drain old oil out. Added five more units to it causing harmonica balancer to go cosr me 150 dollars to fix. I will never use them again very poor serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

God forbid you waste their time with an inspection.I pulled up and was greeted. When I told the guy who came up to me that I needed an inspection he said it would be about a thirty minute wait and then thirty minutes for the inspection. I said that was fine, and he kept repeating "it will be about an hour", like he was hoping I would say never mind.In spite of having four techs working, they all stopped what they were doing from 10:45 until 11:00 and either went outside to talk to a friend or went in the break room. At 11, which was the half hour mark, and no indication that they were going to be getting back to work anytime soon, I just walked outside and got in my car and left.While not what you may call a regular, I have come to this establishment for oil changes and other services a handful of times over the past few years. I won't be doing that again.

Had an alignment done. Other than waiting a bit -- which was expected before I got there because I had phoned them -- they were good about telling us how much longer and how much it would cost.

After using this business for years on numerous vehicles I will not from now on. Sent my daughter, with her car, on her way back to college for oil change. Speaker board says $49.99 for synthetic. They charged my daughter $90 with a upcharge. Did not let her know upfront about added charges. Poor business practices to take advantage of a young woman for the money. Upcharge was for pennzoil. Which she doesn't know the difference and they didn't tell her added $30.Service: Oil change

I went in for a normal inspection. I didn't expect to pass, so essentially I wanted to know what was wrong. I had two lights out and an upper ball joint that needed replacing. They quoted me $670 for two lights and a ball joint, then tried to justify it by saying that the third brake light was a $270 part. I found the part online for $45 dollars and ordered it, only to find out that the original light WAS STILL WORKING. Very unsatisfied with service, would not return.

I pulled in to get an inspection, when I pulled around the back there were probably 6 workers just sitting around. I said I need an inspection and one guy said it will be at least 2 1/2 hours. All the guys then decided to jump up and act like they were doing something. I will not go here again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know.

This Lube Center knows what it's doing. Great service and I don't worry about them messing anything up. I trust what they say and they're not pushy trying to sell me stuff that I don't need

Great customer service. But manager is a dick. I ll go to another location or business before i return here. I ve never heard a man talk to his employees in the tone of voice and such a negative attitude. Stay clear of here.

You claim to be open on Sunday then maybe your employees should be there to open the doors. I wasted my time traveling to this location. Bad service, more accurately no service on Sunday. Change your hours of operation on Google!

Went in today at Noon and saw the sign on their door said Open . Didn t see anyone around but I figured they must be out of sight. I pulled my car into the back, and I went to the back door only to find that it was locked. I then went to the front, where the sign clearly said open, and it was also locked! You have one extremely angry customer on your hands. Change the times and dates on your website.
