Very friendly people and easy to work with. Answered my questions and explained what I needed for my truck bed cover. Was told it would take about 2 hours to install so I was expecting longer. But they finished in less than an hour and a half. Great job!

Was looking for a trailer. Looked at several places around town. Most were cheaply made and not what we were looking for. Went here Saturday morning, walked out 30 min later with a trailer ready to go. Awesome customer service. Bobby was awesome and very helpful. I told him I would tell everyone that " I got everything I asked for and didn't spend a dime". Great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for truck accessories or trailers.

Great customer service. Told me everything I needed in the phone and exactly what was going to happen. Got here and that's exactly what it was. In and out with the trailer I wanted. Great business.

Came in on a Saturday to buy a trailer. Found what I was looking for and went inside buy it for the cash price they were asking. Guy at counter said he could sell me the trailer, but could not let me take it because no one was there to handle DMV paperwork. Said man will be in on Monday. I go Monday to get the trailer and again no one was there to do DMV paperwork. Now the guy tells me he will be there on Tuesday. I am a business man and I really don't have time for this runaround.Gonna call today (Wed. Jan.13) before I go. If they tell me the key person for DMV is not there I will buy a trailer elsewhere. Have been a customer for over a year making payments on a 12x24 building and that too, can change

From the beginning, as we designed our building with Jon, to the delivery of our building by Mike and Jeff, the guys at the Roanoke store did their job and much more.Jon was patient as we reviewed our building plans and made changes several times. When Leonard Building USA delivered our barn to the store lot Jon called us directly and was ready to review the finished product.Once our building was ready to deliver, Jeff and Mike were wizards at maneuvering and setting it. This was no small feat either as after much rain the area the building had to go was saturated with water and made it difficult to get it over the ground, up the hill and placed on the leveled area. These guys worked in mud knee deep to level and place the building in its correct position.

Been waiting over a month for contractor grade truck cap. Came in once and was told brackets for ladder rack were installed wrong at factory so needed to go back. I've already removed and everything from the truck this is going on. Have yet to receive any accurate info on when to expect cap back. I am losing money now without having my second truck on the road. Management seems lethargic and indifferent.

I have NEVER been in your place of business. My accounts are continuously getting hacked by an emotionally unstable woman my husband had an affair with. The police keep turning a blind eye to all of it and doing NOTHING! I am attaching her name to everything that she has done. She goes by the name Amy Smith. I hope the police will do something after her latest stunt. But, I am giving you a good rating due to the fact you guys reached out to me.

I purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE shed from Leonard's to use as a studio at my home. They had been so recommended by a neighbour that I trusted them completely. So far the whole process has been a disaster!!!!! To make a looooong story short- someone came to my home to view the site where it was going to be delivered only because I requested it. The person who came failed to notice a few importanat details such as a branch that could easily have been cut to avoid problems. Some damage was done to the structure upon delivery. The delivery person took pictures and assured me that everything would be fixed. When the first rain came along rain was POURING IN. After around a month someone came to repair it and everything seemed to be ok until it rained again. AGAIN water came in through the "repaired" roof. Now I am still waiting for someone to show up, after repeated calls and repair orders put in. I would NOT recommend Leonard's to anyone who wants a shed made by them.

Purchased my landscaping trailer from here. Awesome staff and great service. Even though a trailer they had on sale on CL was sold they honored that price on another trailer.. will def be coming back!!!

i bought a 12 by 24 building from here and the man i spoke with Mr Bob he was very helpful and told me everything i needed to know and showed me everything i ask about he was very friendly and made me feel very special he called me to let me know when the driver was coming and when the driver called Mr Jay he told me when he would be here and he arrived on time and was just as nice and friendly as Mr bob he took the time to level building and answer questions i was very happy with the way i was treated and happy with the job both men did i would recommend them to everyone thanks for a job well done Yvonne Lovern

Bobby went above and beyond to fix a lighting issue on my 12ft mowing trailer. I came in with no notice and the guys dropped what they were doing to get me back up and running, thanks!
