Great Service! Brian and Carl was very helpful and with their attention to detail they pointed out a very serious issue with my brakes and got it fixed in as soon as they could. They even stayed after work hours to finish up and I m beyond grateful for them and JiffyLube! They were patient with me when i had any additional questions and was kind! Thank you Jiffy!

The young man who put oil in my car on Sunday, February 4th, and unfortunately, I didn't get his name shame on me. He answered my questions about other things, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I will be back and suggest that others go there as well. Thanks again. Laverne Petty

If zero stars were an option i would select it. Brought vehicle in for inspection and it was kept overnight was told wheel bearings needed tightened (didnt know you could tighten a wheel bearing) and they would need to keep it overnight. By the next morning, mysteriously the brake line was also bad by the next day as they claimed it had ruptured just sitting. Needless to say i spoke to the manager on duty and felt like both the manager and inspector were accusing me just for having an older truck. I have a brand new vehicle that i used to bring here religiously every other month and drop hundreds of dollars to this place for oil changes. Never again. I ll be telling all my friend's including those who have commercial accounts here as well. Treat your customers like they mean something or lose them all. $20 inspection turned into $500+ repair, run.

Fast service, friendly staff. Costs are going up but that's everywhere. They should really be careful about slick floors. I almost fell when I slipped on their floor when they were taking my info. Nice waiting room and clean bathroom. They didn't mind my dog sitting with me so that's a plus.

Customer service can be way better. Employees will see you at the counter or waiting in your car and they will not greet you in a timely manner. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes once while the employees walked around and talked to each other and did not greet me to let me know they would help me when available. Another time, waited in my car for 20 minutes before they acknowledged me. Went down the street to another business and they greeted customers right away. Customer service needs to be improved.

Avoid at all costs. Unless your okay with overpaying, for even simple problems. Employees don't treat customers with respect. They're always quick to point fingers. Even when they were told in advance about a problem. Great place to go of you don't want a vehicle in good condition. Watch for jacked up prices. Double check anything worked on because chances are you won't make it home. Y'all terrible for real.

Arrived when they opened at 8, asking for an oil change and tire rotation. Came back at 830; they did the oil change, but they didn t have the tool to take the lug nuts off. What?? They said the mechanic was here and he took the tool with him. What? Do you provide that service or not?There are lots of places to get oil changes around here. I ll find another one.

Went yesterday for an inspection and the guy tells me come in tomorrow at 715 you will be first in-line and no problem getting it done Fast forward show up at 715 waited at the door 3 team members in the shop and no one comes out till exactly 8 to tell me that they couldn t do the inspection today cause vehicles were there from overnight. I don t understand how they can say come in tomorrow and have a car from the previous day that needs 1000 dollar s worth work to pass their inspection that they knew needed a lot of work. Next time guys be honest you already knew you couldn t take customers the next day. Been going to this location for 15 years well guess what no longer needing their services found a new place right across the street that can have my money. Thanks for nothing Service: Oil change

I have a high mileage older car that's been well taken care of. I requested a standard oil change and I had an online coupon for $10 off the original price. The oil change went fine and fast and I was happy with the service. The employees were friendly, informative, and helpful. I paid my bill without looking at my receipt (my bad) and left. When I finally looked at my bill I was shocked. It was $52 + change. No $10 discount and I was charged for a "special" oil filter I didn't request. I called the regional manager listed on my receipt and explained what happened and he was very helpful and polite. He told me to go back to the store, talk to the manager and get a partial refund. I went back and they were all very helpful and apologetic and understanding. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to take my car there.

I received excellent service today. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful, especially Hunter R. I had purchased air filters from Amazon to install myself. He saw them on my seat and offered to install them for me! It took them 3 minutes and it would have taken me much longer! So very kind! Thanks so much Jiffy Lube, that was above and beyond and really appreciated! I will see you for my next oil change.Service: Oil change

Yes! They asked if I wanted a tired rotation, I said "no". They put an engine cleaner or something charging an extra $30! I don't know if they did or not. That was outside my budget! No means no and lie and lie. I don't appreciate and I don't trust you and I won't shop with you anymore.I changed the 1 to 5 . They listened to me, acknowledged the problem and offered a fair solution. I was happy and told them I'd change the review for making it right and I will continue being a customer. When I came in to get my oil change, there was no one in front of me so they were able to service my vehicle immediately. Matthew was super nice and friendly and explained the services I needed and also gave me the price and the estimated time it took before asking if I wanted the service. He also explained why they thought I needed the services done which was really helpful, as I wouldn't know one way or another. I was in and out pretty quickly and the entire thing was painless. I would definitely use this jiffy lube again and will in the future since they are right down the road from my job.Service: Oil change

Best car maintenance experience of my life. Car was making a horrific noise, I was prepared for the worst. Diagnosed, fixed the problem and changed my oil in less than an hour for way less than I had anticipated. They listened to me and explained the problem in a way that didn t make me feel like an idiot. Super kind and friendly service. Will never go anywhere else again. When arriving no one ever came out to greet us. After waiting aprox 5 min we decided to walk up. Three men were standing in the first bay and looked us like we were crazy when questioning about an inspection.Very unprofessional! I have never had a problem with being greeted as soon as i pulled up at other jiffy lubes.

I went in and asked for a special request. I needed a replacement set of headlights installed. Not just bulbs, the entire headlight assembly. Which also required pulling my front bumper much to my surprise. They quoted me 2 hours but only billed me 1.5. Great service. And the headlights look great.

Good service the 4 times I ve been here. The one problem I had today though was for the first time they checked my air filter for the ac & heat vents and it needed changed. The gentleman said they will also put in a fluid system cleaner bc he said it comes with or goes along with the price of the air filter which was 39.99. The fluid they ended up putting in was fuel system cleaner which has nothing to do with the ac/heat air filter and they charged me 10 bucks for it.Service: Oil change

I don't often do positive reviews, however... These people are amaze-beans! I had a big ugly box truck, and no appointment and they still got me in and out in like 30 minutes on a Sunday!! I was just looking for some oil to tide me over until my scheduled service on the 13th but it turned out my engine was basically dry. Oops! They were super nice, professional, and fast. Would definatly recommend them to anyone with a busy schedule in need of a quick service. Keep being awesome guys, thanks for saving the day!! :)

Service: inspection 08/04/2022Today I visited the peterscreek location for a state inspection. I arrived in the parking lot before anyone else including the employees; before any lights were cut on in the building. After arriving almost an hour before they opened ( first at the garage door). They snuck someone else s car in around the other side and backed it in. They came out and proceeded to tell me that the car was there overnight!!!!!! I said that I took 2 hours of PTO to get the inspection done and I was here first, the man proceeded to tell me that the car was here last night. I told him that I called several times over the last few weeks and that I was told they didn t make appointments. Needless to say his answer was the same and I would have to wait 2 hours even though I was first in line. I ended up having to drive to the other jiffylube on Franklin rd. I ended being 30 minutes late for work and unable to speak with a general manger! Though the employees at the Franklin location were nice and accommodating, I will NEVER visit nor recommend the Petercreek location!For some reason I can not reply to the owner.That s fine that people drop their keys off. I understand. However, that option was never offered to me when I called so it s bull. I will take my business elsewhere and share my experience with everyone I know that needsan inspection or oil change thanks!

All of the workers were very nice and polite... Even though the oil change was more than I expected, there was a coupon to help out. The mechanic also checked my brakes for me. Great service!

Awesome employees Lamar was phenomenal, great worker, & awesome customer service. Roman made sure my valve caps were tight was on point with it and Lamar made sure of it lol Richard is awesome as well awesome customer service got my sticker for my windshield and the rest were very friendly and hard working to provide great service for our vehicles I m very thankful for you guys! :DService: Oil change

Had an oil change and air & cabin filter replacement.done today, and it was taken care of by MatthewC and Zion J. Service was fast, professional, courteous and these men knew what they were doing. I have been to Jiffy Lube in the past and had good experiences before, but this location, today, was exceptional. I went home, got another vehicle, and went back to have the oil changed on that one as well. Matthew and Zion handled this oil change and air &cabin replacement as well and again did an excellent job. Thank you, gentlemen.
