They were so nice. I got there first thing in the morning so I had no wait getting my inspection done. They also were so nice the day before when they did my mother's car. She is now their new customer. Ryan is so nice and goes way beyond. We will definitely go back

I stopped by the Jiffy Lube on Franklin Road, Roanoke because my low tire warning light had been flashing all morning. I also asked them to check the fluid levels. The service was very fast while I waited in a small waiting room with one other person. In about 5 minutes, my car was ready, and all the tires had been inflated, and about a quart of wiper fluid had been added. Surprisingly, there was NO CHARGE and I went happily on my way! What service! Great Job Jiffy Lube!Added 5/13/22Needed a State inspection and went to Jiffy Lube on Franklin Rd. Roanoke (my favorite). There was already a car in the inspection bay, and one waiting. I was told it would be at least an hour, but I decided to wait. Within 45 minutes, my car was thoroughly inspected, and I was checked out. Fast and excellent service. I also asked for the tires to be checked, and the inspector was glad to check and add air as needed. Friendly and efficient staff work here. I noted one employee in training, and a help wanted sign. If they were short staffed, it did not show in the service I received!Updated 8/16/22Went in for an oil change and was out in less than 15 minutes. Fast, efficient, friendly, and economical. Went in for a State Inspection today and was told it would not pass because I needed to replace the power steering rack that was leaking fluid and needed a rack and pinion boot replaced too. Cost: $939.00. Took the car to the mechanic who usually works on the car because to my eye the damage did not look like normal wear and tear. Just got off the phone with my guy and the report is that just the boot cover is torn and needs replacing and oil was from a loosened clamp valve. Gotcha. Never putting any of our cars in a Jiffy Lube anywhere.

Got oil changed, which was great.I got asked if I wanted my headlights and windows cleaned as it is winter and they were quite dirty. This is quite a normal service to provide in Canada, included with an oil change. I said yes and they put some spray on my headlights and did not clean the windows. The spray on the headlights cost me $50, which I thought was quite overpriced for something we get for free in Canada. Not too impressed.

Went there for just Oil change,then the friendly staff,Skout welcome was great and Oil change fast,Rayn explaining everything done to the car, giving a very comfortable feeling,Having a waiting room with coffee,water and bathroom,See you after 5000 miles or before ;)Thanks

We had our state inspection done here. They were very courteous and fast. We were very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. We will be repeat customers.

If you have half a day for a 15 minute state inspect, it may happen. Arrived and had 3 people getting inspections before me. I was told to take a seat and it would be about 30 minutes and someone would be over to get my information in a moment. After an hour I cornered someone to ask about where I was in the que and was told I now had 2 people in front of me. So there is a total lack of customer service and incompetence of inspecting as I watched two other mechanics play on their phones the entire time I was there.

I have gotten my cars inspected and the oil changed at the Franklin Road location, I have gone to this location since my husband and I moved to Roanoke. I have trusted Jiffy Lube for many years. It was convenient to take our cars to them since my husband was in the US Navy. This location is great. The staff does change often except for the Inspection staff. The inspection lady is great, unfortunately, I can't remember her name. Thank you all for everything you do.

This Jiffy Lube is phenomenal! Our car had some issues during our trip up the east coast, and this team was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about our vehicle. They were able to fix the issue and get us back on the road quickly. Car trouble is never great, but I'm glad we found this team to help us out. These folks are experts, and friendly, too!

Good luck trying to get in to this business for state inspection without taking a day off of work. Their hours are incredibly restrictive and even when I got a free afternoon I was told my hour long wait for inspection was about to be a 3 hour long wait due to a failure in front of me in line. I don't have that kind of time, and this was the second time this month I'd tried to get an inspection done here. I do appreciate the transparency and immediate communication of the wait time change from the staff. Still, I won't be returning to this location if I can help it.

If they spent more time working than talking and smoking the this wouldn't be a bad place. But when everyone is standing around instead of working on your car and the only other persons car for so long you end up waiting while they are goofing off

I went to get an inspection at 0830 on Friday morning, only to find out that my back tire had a nail. Instead of failing my inspection the sweet staff encouraged me to go to where I got my tires from and get them fixed. At this point this exhausted mom and nurse was about in tears. Out of the kindness of their hearts they said they would fit me in after my tire was fixed. Four hours later and many phone call from my kids wondering when I d be home , I finally got back to jiffy lube. Andrea was kind and patient with me and I felt she understood the struggle of motherhood. I can t express my gratitude for her help and kindness. I ll speak on behalf of healthcare workers who struggle to get their cars inspected on time due to odd work hours thank you. Thank you for your kindness and god bless you.

I highly recommend this business if you need an oil change, transmission fluid, etc. The employees are awesome and know their stuff. I found out the person I bought my car from had a temporary oil pan plug installed in my oil pan. Stefanie, the General Manager, took me down to show me under my car and explained the situation. She was able to find a replacement oil pan that luckly they could have delivered the next day. She asked me if I had someone to come pick me up since the car wouldn't be ready til the next day and I told her it wasn't far for me to walk home. She wouldn't hear it and drove me the 5 mins home. Not only that, but she picked me back up the next day when my car was ready! I can't say enough good stuff about this place and it's incredible employees that go above and beyond the call of duty!

Matt is hands down the most talented and kind mechanic I ve ever met. Jiffy Lube has always been known for its quick and inexpensive service paired with expert advice, but Matt takes it beyond just the next level of that. When the cheapest quote in the area was several hundred dollars and a long waitlist for the seemingly impossibly rare technician capable of the care my car needed; Matt was able to solve in less than literally 10 minutes and did so out of the kindness of his heart. He wouldn t even take accept a tip for his damn amazing service. Easily the best and kindest mechanic in the area by far.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Jiffy Lube last weekend and experienced customer service absolutely exceeding every expectation I had. Stefanie Britton and her team were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had gotten an oil change at the Jiffy Lube in Blacksburg and slowly at my visit at the Roanoke location I realized how much the Blacksburg location had messed up my car. Stefanie and her team fixed everything from the settings in my car and noting the correct mileage to get an oil change at to topping off my car with oil and putting air in my tires. Will continue going to Jiffy Lube in Roanoke and use it as a recommendation.

Wow, I ve been to several JiffyLube locations across the state and this is a great one! I would love to see them add more staff as it seems this place could really be a hotspot. When I arrived, I was the only car there for almost my entire stay. They had my synthetic oil change and their other great smaller services completed in probably 10-12 minutes. The staff were more than friendly and very honest which is extremely important when trusting your car with someone. Madison, Anthony and Carl were the reason for my great experience. Greeted well, serviced faster than I ve had at any other location, and never tried to replace anything in my car such as air filters etc. since I maintained them on my own. Altogether, these three employees really embody what service means. They deserve raises, their manager praise, and more staff to give them some more business and company for such wonderful folk. Thanks ya ll.

Incredible experience. Stephanie gave me a ride home while my car was being fixed.And got my car done in one afternoon, where the dealership said they would've kept it for 4 days. Cant say enough about Steph as she did everything to help me get my car fixed and gave such great customer service to boot!Service: Oil change

Kudos to Stephanie, Todd, and the team at the Jiffy Lube on Franklin!! I can t thank these guys enough not only for the exceptional job and service but for being there for me when I truly needed their help. As a travel nurse who depends so much on my car between the many miles, they both went well above and beyond for me to keep me on the road when it was last minute and I had no where else to turn. They did a great job, were quick, and so kind! I will definitely go back!Service: Tires

Stefanie was very helpful and knowledgeable! She showed me what needed to be done/addressed at this visit and suggested regular maintenance services that should be done at future oil changes. When I told her about another issue I was having with my vehicle she listened and made a suggestion that was very affordable (didn't try to take advantage of me) and it worked! Came in for a simple oil change at the end of the day near 5pm. Ended up having to stay an extra 1.5 hours because they broke the canister filter housing as well as never putting ANY clean oil into my car. If any issues come to your engine after this Jiffy Lube, it s most likely this jiffy lubes fault.The workers are drunk, high, or bothService: Oil change

I took my pickup to national tire and battery to be inspected, and it failed for 2 reasons. They were overpricing the repairs (both turn signal bulbs on front had the amber coating peeling and I had to replace them.. the blinkers worked but the color was wrong after age. It took me literally 10 mins to replace both, and $4.88 for the bulbs and they were going to charge $105 for it ) after multiple attempts to get it inspected they kept finding new things every time. Wanting to do the repairs there. I finally decided to risk losing the sticker completely to take it to jiffy lube. They were open on a Saturday which was convenient, called and kept me updated after dropping off. They found a bulb out and only charged $10 to replace.. and they supplied the bulb.. they were professional and quick. Friendly and respectful. And FAIR! The truck passed inspection and it was all thanks to jiffy lube! I can t thank them enough, and will 100% be taking my vehicles there from here on out, and will recommend them highly!Services: Electrical, Brakes

Stopped in to see about an oil change. We entering there was one guy trying to figure out how to reset the oil life monitor in a car. Two others guys were sitting in a small office by the entrance door. I stood there for around 3 min until they came out. Just to find out they charge $119 for a synthetic oil charge. Place down the street charged $70 and my dealership did it for $65. I will not be back.

My first review would have been 1 star. I work within walking distance to this location. I'm new to Roanoke and needed an oil change and inspection. Called first, guy said sure. I can get you done in about 45 minutes. Took the car in, an hour later they call and say I need wipers. I told him to go ahead and he said 10 more minutes. I get there and go to pay, they hadn't done oil change. I asked for the manager. Jennifer came out, I told her what happened. She confronted technician. He just shrugged his shoulders!!! Jennifer asked if I would please let her get the oil changed for me. I was hesitant at this point. I finally agreed. She got it done and even brought my car to me. Great customer service Jennifer. The technician needs to be trained better.Service: Oil change
