I have dealt with Adam for the past 4 years and every time I have, he is courteous, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and understanding. On several occasions he has gone over and above to help me. For that matter, the entire service department team is top notch from the receptionist who helped me schedule my appointment, to the gentleman who moved my appointment up a week due to me needing to travel, to Duke picking me up and taking me to the dealership and finally to the lady who checked me out when I picked up my car. Priority has an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and all around great team. Having a vehicle serviced is typically not something people want to do as it means there's an issue and it's going to cost money. Thankfully the service team at Priority helps take the sting out some due to their excellent customer service.Service: Oil change

Came here to fix the car alarm going off constantly. The part was backordered, but never the less, it was our only option. We paid $250 in service to have it installed. In the end, I was fine paying to have it fixed and resolved. No complaints there. But when we get the car back and later find out that the secondary key fob won't work because of this new module that had to be installed. I call back and say they can program it for a service fee of $75... They never told us that the secondary key was needed at the time of installation and are now charging me extra. Absolutely terrible service when I confronted the help desk as they completely dismissed the $250 in service charges I had already paid. Avoid this place at all costs. They will nickel-and-dime you at every opportunity.

This was a Top Drawer auto repair and maintenance experience for me. They have an amazing texting system to communicate with you form start to finish. No need for repeated phone calls or nor pressure for additional services. At any time you can text the person in charge of your car repairs with questions or concerns. When they find a problem or a required maintenance issue, they send a text for you to pick and choose what you want to authorize them to do.And I'm optimistic that I'll still be pleased in the next couple of months when I can judge the accuracy and quality of what they did to my car .

People were friendly and helpful and service satisfactory. Just don t like the scheduling process, which was explained to me very nicely. Seems partly due to not enough help, from which so many businesses are suffering now and partly due to the free oil changes for life policy. That is certainly honored but for someone who drives low mileage, it doesn t always make trips to get service very convenient. On the whole, very satisfactory.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Their initial general service and response was really good, however they found that a recall for the gearbox was present and needed to be replaced and they scheduled me a later day for that. They firstly delayed this change for more than a day and offered me a rental car stating that I needed the car the next day and they said it would be ready. The next day I had to call the service advisor and the manager multiple times till they managed to get me scheduled and taken care of - here s the twist- the technician did not screw the tires in properly and the alignment was way off. Lucky the tire didn t fall off in the last few months. I reached out to the service advisor multiple times and tried to get scheduled cause I knew something was off and there was a ringing noise present after the recall was fixed but they didn t get me scheduled. Very poor safety standards while servicing!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

The team did a phenomenal job as usual. Adam has been my guy since I started taking my vehicle there. I would not even think of taking it anywhere else, and when I buy my next vehicle, it definitely will be purchased from Priority.

Called to make an appointment for installing rails for a roof rack. When I showed up the appointment they asked if we ordered it. No, because I assumed the person whom made my appointment would need to do that. They had my car for 48 hrs. Then when I called to ensure it was ready, no one ever picked up, I was on hold for over 20 mins. Husband finally got through and was told it will be ready after 5. I showed up 20 mins after and still had to wait. Then the next day I noticed screws were coming out of the newly installed rails. Had to return and deal with this mess again all while needing to pick up kids and be out of town. Communication, service provided, and ownership of the experiences was nonexistent truly a disappointment and costly of time!

Purchased a battery in 2017- yes 2017 that now was in a slow death. It obviously had been a great battery to begin with. We had to jump start it a few times and noticed that it was still under warranty. Priority truly made us a priority! We called on a Friday and received service on Monday. We paid a prorated fee of course but went ahead and paid an extra $30 for new 8 year warranty. I purchased this car brand new in 2005 and Priority is the only dealer that has provided service for the car. I receive excellent service each and every time and this week was no different.

I purchased my Honda back in 2017 and would take my car to Honda service for everything because the customer service was top tier, despite the fact that routine maintenance is way more expensive here than anywhere else. I stopped taking my car here because year by year the service got worse, and the last time I went they have a new system where they text you their recommendations on what your car needs. While I love convenience and texting usually is great for me, I know nothing about cars , so it s helpful when things are explained to me in person in this case (as I always waited in the lobby) what needs fixed before I spend money on it. They also started taking several hours for service that typically used to take a half hour. And lastly, they continued to raise their prices . I understand staffing shortages and inflation so I know it s not the staff s fault. Overall, I stopped taking my car here because I felt like I was getting taken advantage of , and the service just continued to decline. I have a few times taken my car to Christiansburg Honda service and it was always top tier , I just don t live local to that center !

Since I can't get my car fixed or any answers about my car for almost 4 weeks now. I am hoping this review gets someone attention. I bought my Honda 2 years ago from this dealership with the promises of how great their service department is. My car was towed there on December 27th after breaking down on the side of the road. It broke down at 7:30 am I called Honda road side assistance which is included with my warranty. They told me someone would be there in 45 minutes. The car was not towed until 3:00pm. Once it got to Honda they did not look at the car until December 30th.At this time I was told that the gas looked contaminated and it would need to be drained and disposed of by an outside company. Since then I have been texted about the wrong car , not offered a rental car even though it is supposed to be included with the extra warranty that Honda sold me and my numerous text messages and phone calls have been ignored. They even had the audacity to request that I reach out to a waste company to get the barrel for them!!! I am going on the 5th week of having to pay for a rental car not to mention the car payments that I'm paying on a car that I can't use. Hopefully this will get someone's attention and this matter will be taken care of properly. My next recourse after this review is going to the media and social media.

Bought an 09 Civic Si and ran it till the wheels fell off. Actually, i ran it hard for ten years, 200k miles and would ve gone another 200k with simple routine maintenance. AKA change your oil on time and don t dog your car and it will keep on keepin on. Since Priority, formerly known as Rick Woodson, has sold me a very reliable vehicle and one i fell in love with instantly I had to buy another one, just 11 years newer. Drives almost identical to my 09 in the suspension/handling department and even a little more peppy than the 09 NA K20 vs the 20 boosted L15. Couldn t be happier with how the salesmen treated my family and i while we were there.

There NEVER seems to be enough mechanics to do the enormous amount of appointmentsscheduledDuring each visit even though I had an appointment I ve had to wait up to two hours. What is the point of making an appointment? Maybe if priority would stop buying and selling the business and pay the mechanics what they deserve to be paid the quality of work would be better because they wouldn t be so stressed out and pushed to get to the next automobile. Also, I ve had to wait up to two weeks to get an appointment. What kind of services that????????There s a wonderful service rep there Taylor Stump she s always very courteous, Very knowledgeable . she shouldn t have to apologize to the customer for the long wait even though they have appointments . She is a true customer service representative . However, she can only do so much.HIRE more qualified mechanics? They are out there, but they deserve a decent pay.While I am waiting for two hours, I hear other customers complaining and griping about the service and the long appointments so it s not just ME . I m just the one that s willing to voice that the CEO, Managers need to GET OFF OF THEIR BUTTS . Away from the computer and talk to their customers on how they can improve. Service was okay.I was trying to get my airbag light fixed. They charfed 100$ to diagnose it, then quoted me 2,600$ to fix an airbag light! The I looked up the codes/parts they would repair and the parts were listed online for around 20$ for one, and less than 100$ for the other. Never going back here.Service: Electrical

I made the appointment to stay while the work was done. The appointment was for a state inspection and oil change. When I checked in we went over what was to be done 2 things. After driving across town and waiting they only did the inspection and apparently could not take the car back in right then to do the oil change. Even though I just get the state inspection free I don't know if it worth my time go go out there for even that.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a minor emergency where my car was experiencing shaking. I am not from Roanoke but was there visiting. The technicians were kind enough to fit me into their Saturday schedule and fix the problem so I could drive back to North Carolina. Towed van in wouldn t start. You replaced catalytic converter 2700.00. Drove van from your lot to my church tonight. Came out of church and would not start. Same symptoms. My daughter was only in town on a specific day and when I tried to schedule via the website it said the only available appointment was a month away. I called and they said if I dropped the car off and didn't need to wait, they would fit me in. True to their word, they got me done on the day she was in town. This dealer is becoming less and less trustworthy each time we need service. Yes, times are unprecedented. Yes, staffing is challenged every where. No, service should not seem predatory due to these worldwide issues. This time we caught the team in a lie and gave them the chance to make it right, but they made every attempt to reduce their accountability and liability. Priority Honda has reduced service for their customers to the point that the previous dealer felt luxurious.Service: Tires

I had a couple of recalls as well as oil services that needed to be taken care of so I went to Priority Honda, my dealership. We were early, but they accommodated us very nicely. They got started quickly so we wouldn t have such a long wait. The customer service was excellent! They were personable and pleasant and well knowledged. Very competent! We left very satisfied with our vehicle in tiptop shape. The service department has gone downhill since the days they were Rick Woodson Honda. I asked for my tires to be rotated and was quoted $25. I thought that was high, but agreed. Turns out that doesn t include balancing. That s $60 more according to the tech. So $85 for what Sams club will do for $3.88 per tire ($16 for all 4 vs $85 at Priority). Clearly, the priority here is making money. I do reasonably expect to pay more at the dealership, but not THAT much more.

I arrived 25 minutes early and I was able to drive right into the service department. The service associate Mike welcomed me by name and ran through what services were going to be performed. He told me it would be about an hour. I sat in the waiting area, drank 2 cups of coffee, and did some work. Just about an hour laster, I received a text regarding my service check and here walked in Mike to let me know everything was ready. He went through the service completed and ask if I had any questions. Job well done.Service: General repairs & maintenance
