This may be the worst repair service I have ever dealt with. They never fixed my truck had it for over a month. The bill they gave me might be the most dishonest I have ever seen. I would tell anyone to stay away. Drive anywhere else but here.

If Google would permit ZERO stars that is what I would put because that's what Highway Robbers aka Motors deserves from this consumer! I was lied to twice (by service people at the counter) about what the cost of my repair would be and when I went to pick up my RV, the original invoice was over $1200 to which I refused to pay. They lowered the price to $750 which mind you is still $500 more than what I was told it would cost. Best part, the AC still doesn't work, so I paid them to do the work and after they repaired a different part, they said I needed 2 new switches that would need to be ordered and perhaps that would fix the issue with the AC. So $750 later, I've paid for a hose and still need to get AC repaired. I had hoped to be able to use the services of this company as they are close to me and finding a good mechanic to work on an RV is hard to find. My search continues and if you're thinking of taking your business to Highway Motors, JUST SAY NO, and be glad you listened to an extremely disappointed consumer.

It's a dealer. But I had my truck there for 3+ days for motor mounts to be replaced. Said they did. Took pics of truck on side of building each day. Then few weeks later go to a shop for diff leak and they inform me motor mounts are broken and old. They were never changed

I had my 26ft box truck towed to Highway Motors on December 22, 2022 for repairs. My truck is a gasoline truck. They charged me $750 for diagnostic time, $60 for replacement of a 20 amp fuse, $540 for replacing 1 fuel injector that only take no more than 15 minutes to replace. With all amounts totaling almost $2000. When I went back over 3 weeks later to see why it was taking so long for me to get my truck back, they tried to charge me another $900 and something to replace the fuel pump. I declined and being that my truck was still not fixed, I had to have it towed back to my house. When I checked behind them, my distributor cap was really loose and one of the fuel inspectors that they said they replaced did not work. So basically I paid $1,988.10 for NOTHING! I will never take any of my trucks there again. Nor will I recommend any of my trucker friends to go there.

I took my truck in because I had a DPF filter light on saying it needed a regent with heavy soot and a miss , it sat there a good month I had to keep calling for them to even check it they tore it down and spray fuel through injectors estimated $6300 I went in and paid and them half for parts 3300 a DPF filter and some cam lobes, after sitting another month I call again several times for them to work on it they put the dpf etc on , then claim that two injectors were showing bad , but also a previous mechanic not theirs had marked the timing pulley wrong which may have caused the problem all together for the injectors , they said had to tear it back down and replace them they did so , then put it back together then claim another injector #5 is down also , they were charging $1000 with each time taking it down , so the last time they said they had to go in again I said just stop and paid where they were which was $9000 some dollars so I can take it elsewhere and when I got it it was the exact same way it was when I took it there .a miss and soot but with a new dpf ,filter , I was not satisfied because I have a small company and the time it took them to start and finish each time they worked on it I lost money but they really only done two days of work in a couple months , I was thinking they are professional and would get in there and get me out but I was wrong good service but high and not consistent on each truck different mechanics rotated to different trucks.

Took it in for an air leak... 10 days later they were still saying "1 more day" and each time they replaced charging system parts that were good and not in stock. By the way, they never found the leak that would drop 30 pounds of pressure in 30 minutes!

Awesome Service!! They saved the day for us here at Curb Appeal Landscaping & Tree Service In Christiansburg, Va. At 6:00Pm the coolant reservoir on our bucket truck developed a crack and began to leak. With a storm moving into the area within the next 12hrs and now both bucket trucks down we began the search for the reservoir. At 11:00Pm we obtained the reservoir now at 12:20Am we are back up and running. Thanks Highway Motors For Your Dedication!!!!!

It took 2 weeks the first time brought in for numerous repairs on a Wednesday they said tomorrow by lunch on Thursday they said friday morning, then on friday they said Saturday. Finally picked up Saturday afternoon. They said everything was fixed and ready to go.That was September 8, well it is September 18 it is back in for some of the same repairs. Been sitting her over 6 hours waiting for the word.

they are slow to fix things on my trucks. i dont understand why a business will put everything off on nightshift. it takes days to get an estimate. i was told on a monday morning that they were getting an estimate together and it still wasnt finished by wednesday night

I own a Freightliner and Freightliner dealership in Roanoke we're out of the part I needed. They sent me to Highway Motors and the very nice parts Man had the parts and I was able to make my delivery on time and safety to Florida.TKS !!

Wrong parts an high prices gave 1400 for a grill that I could of ordered on net for 300 crazy .they was to fix a anti freeze leak an put a new water pump on just for me to have the same leak ...it was a pin hole in hose ...you would think they would of checked it b4 I picked it up ...straight b.s

Extremely high prices, service dept is terrible. Drove my truck in, $1100 later had to tow it out. That was after I negotiated. This place is a RIP off

I thought it being a dealership,they would have experienced mechanics doing inspections, the kid looked like he just got out of school, and he nit picked my 1992 and failed it.
