I've waited a few months after they completed the work before reviewing to make sure everything has stayed in good shape.We hit a deer back in Jan and a friend of a friend recommended that I call Ben at Hannabass & Rowe. Every body shop, including H&R, was backed up for at least two months. Anyway, the deer wiped out the right headlight assembly, grill, condenser, horn, etc. Once they got the car, H&R took about three weeks to evaluate, order parts, fix, paint, and deal with insurance. They did an outstanding job. Looks and runs great. We have been pleased with their work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance works closely with Hannabass and when I got in a collision I was told to bring my car here. The mechanics were great and super friendly. The estimate was exactly around what it should ve been. However, I feel as though my car was being parted behind the scene. The woman at the front desk refused to allow me to have my car parts back, including the front decorative grill and a headlight that had no damage. They were never put in the back seat/trunk like they should ve. She refused to give me back my front licenses plate and said I had to talk to my insurance about it, but progressive told me it s personal theft and I d have to file a police report. I was unable to buy my car back because of the tear down and missing pieces sadly.. They also wouldn t tell me the estimate number themselves even though I signed a waiver, not progressive. Not worth the extra hassle.

I would have given this place a 4.5 star rating, but they charged me a 3% fee to pay with my debit card. The owner and/or manager said they tell everyone about the fee and there is a sign posted. Well, they did NOT tell me. My bank is right up the road, and I could have easily got the money and paid with cash.My car was ready when promised, and they did a pretty good job with the work. The employees were very nice until I called back about the fee. Like I told the owner, I will NEVER bring another car there. He would rather lose my business than refund my 3% fee.

The staff at Hanabass did excellent work on my car! Their attention to detail is appreciated, and they took great care to ensure that my car looked exactly like it did before the accident. I came to Hannabass and Rowe after life handed me lemons. Previously, about a month before, I had hit a deer and had a TERRIBLE (huge emphasis on terrible) experience with a collision center in Salem. The paint wasn t right, my horn didn t work, and my car was dirty inside. I moved here last July and I ve been blessed to not need a mechanic. So, when someone scraped up my car, I gave them a call. The front office staff is so welcoming (shoutout to Eric for being a great human being in general) and nice. They went OUT OF THEIR WAY to take care of my car and make sure I got every single dollars worth of my deductible. My car looks immaculate, like there was never any damage event done. The cherry on top- they cleaned it so thoroughly on the inside and it smells amazing. 15/10. Five stars. Highly, highly recommend. Awesome people. Awesome job. Awesome shop. Thank you!

I recently had an issue with spider webbing on my relatively new Buick. I was extremely nervous about having it repainted and being able to match the color, etc. This shop was recommended to me, and they did not disappoint! My car looks brand new! They did an amazing job, and the paint job is flawless. This will definitely be my go to shop from now on!Service: Painting

Absolutely Great Place to get your vehicle taken care of!! They performed my repair in a very timely and professional manner. All of the staff were very nice, plus they washed and shined my Caddy!! It looked brand new again!! Definitely give them a call if You need any work! They are the Best!!

Never followed up about some minor issues I had after their work was done even though I left several voice mails. Never took accountability for things that were overlooked and cause my car to not start the day after bring it home. They said it was off their lot so it was not their problem even though everything was being paid for by insurance so I don't understand why I was treated that way.

Prompt and experienced with cars. Fast turn around on my Journey- with exception of BS from my insurance company. Took 2 tries to completely have my vehicle back in working order. Definitely reccomend this place.

Wow! They are very honest! I had some parts that popped out a place and he was able to fix it and I offered to pay him and he said oh don't worry about! Wow! I will definitely come back here!

Took my car there after a geico client hit my car from behind. They fixed my gate but my car would not start upon pick up. The mechanic came out to jump it with a black box. My car has failed to start four times since and my back wiper does not work. They said it was something in my switch. My car had no issues before being hit. I am definitely not pleased with the service of my car. I just wanted it back how it was before being hit. I wish I could leave less than one star.

I had to go there because they are the local biz for Geico and their client hit me head on...Lucky to be alive and especially for my passenger the car had the recall on the takata air bags and had them fixed after months of the dealership saying they don't have any to replace them with.Really was just a holding place for the car to get inspected. If I had my AAA car it would have been brought to my yard.H&RE because you are a holding place..my car should have been brought to my house I like instructed but was told it needed to go there because of the others insurance...it was a scam to hold my car. just a way to get storage fees.

I wish I had picked a place that would fix my car with any integrity and not steal eighteen dollars of quarters from my car. I don t care about the quarters but the principle of stealing all the change I had for parking is completely shady and unacceptable. Beware this unfortunate and unethical place

It would be a 5, I've had to have cars repaired here several times and been very happy with results, except i had to bring my car back to get something refixed (seltbelt tensioner) this last time, which I wouldn't of expected.
