Worst experience with a body shop I ve ever had. 5 months of time to still be left with paint correction I ll have to pay for out of pocket because I refuse to let them put their hands on my truck again. First trip in was 4 months of being told they were waiting on a windshield. Finally was called to pick up and there was more damage to the paint of the truck on the passenger side that wasn t there originally, damage on the driver side they still hadn t corrected, bad installation of parts, overspray on all windows and seals, left out snaps to hold seals in place and to top it off hadn t even installed the windshield but definitely had already included in the bill. Fast forward another month and it s finally ready again after they repaired all of the issues they caused. Now the badges are falling off and still hadn t removed the overspray from windows or seals. Badges were ordered and a week later replaced now I m left with paint swirls covering almost the entirety of the passenger side that I had not seen when I picked it up and paint swirls around every badge they replaced. Seal on passenger door was reinstalled poorly and leaked until I fixed it myself. Now after correcting the overspray on windows myself I m still left with overspray on bed liner, over spray on almost all door seals, and a ton of paint swirls to pay to fix out of pocket. If you have a choice take your vehicle anywhere but here.

Giving 1 star because zero isn't possible.Absolutely appalled at the way my service was handled. I was rear ended June 28th 2023, and finally got the persons insurance to (somewhat) cooperate. So I ended up eventually dropping my 2021 Kia Sportage (purchased from this location only a few months ago) off at Haley Toyota collision center, on August 28th.It was JUST finished, September 27th.During the time that Haley Toyota of Roanoke, VA had my vehicle, they literally only called me twice.Even when they were making changes/decisions that directly affected me. I didn't know about any of them until *I* was the one to reach out.Here is just one example; when they had to order more parts because once they started digging throught the repairs, they realized it needed more parts and would cost more than the initial assessment concluded. I didn't find out about this until *I* called for an update. (Because they will not update you on anything, even if it means they won't get paid, apparently, because allstate was the one paying them)Like I said, they reached out on their own, twice. Once on a day that I'd already called multiple times trying to get answers. The other around noon on the day that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, August 27th.Out of the whole month that they had it.After ordering more parts and discovering more repairs, Allstate was needing more information. So I called and asked Haley Toyota to please do a virtual assist because it would take MINUTES to complete. (Which the man on the line literally did this big dramatic sigh as if it was some huge inconvenience that they had to use a tool that would better help them complete their job in a time efficient manner).They chose not to, due to, "not having service in the parking lot," according to the allstate rep I was on the phone with.Minutes before they came to this conclusion (without consulting with me about any of it) they had told me that my vehicle was in paint? Leading me to believe it was almost finished with repairs. I was literally on the phone, on hold, with the Allstate rep that had been speaking to them. She walked them through how to do it, and emailed them and myself, the link directly. Then she gets back on the phone with me, only to tell me that they couldn't do it because of the service in the parking lot??? Despite them claiming it was in paint? The result of choosing not to do the virtual assist meant that I then had to wait 10-15 days for allstate to send an adjustor out to physically look at my vehicle and confirm the damages, the parts they'd need to order, and approve the change in the price they'd be charging.I then called Monday Sept. 18th, asking about my vehicle. They told me it would be ready by mid week, or end of the week, he even checked to make sure they didn't need anything fancy done for my backup camera etc.Then what day do I pick it up? A whole week after they said it would be ready. No explanation, nothing. This whole process was already incredibly stressful and time consuming, and Haley Toyota made it even more stressful and time consuming. I went multiple days out of work and almost lost my job because Haley Toyota couldn't figure out how to work in an efficient manner that included communication with their clients, that doesnt even include the fact that those days went unpaid for me and I am STILL trying to catch up.I would never, ever, recommend Haley Toyota as a whole, or their collision center. Do not bring your car here.Also their hours online are apparently not correct, which is part of why I went without a rental vehicle for multiple days and almost lost my job, because they had vital paperwork that allstate needed that they didnt send, then werent in the office despite their hours saying they were still open, then it was also a holiday weekend + monday, so they couldnt help me for like 3 days. Also their phone number listed on the main link that pops up when you google Haley Toyota collision, is not in service. You have to dig for the correct number, which is crazy

Lost a hub cap after having service completed on my vehicle. When I went to check the other hub caps, 2 out of the three were not secured into place. Service Department was unresponsive after multiple attempts of reaching out. I did purchase my vehicle from Haley, too. Very disappointed in the commitment to their customers and for not righting a wrong.

Only let them service my Tundra while it was under power train warranty so if anything happened could not pass along the blame. And for the first two years it was free anyways. Well once that ran out each and every time it was brought in for service or state inspection they tried to up sale. I am a diesel mechanic so I know better. Only once did I agree it prob needed something they recommended A battery but not for nearly double the cost. Last time I took it in for state inspection they tried to sell me a cabin air filter Well I had just replaced it no more than 6 months prior. They said it was a little dirty Well yea is has charcoal in it. Also a cabins air filter is not part of a state inspection.First oil change that I did I found they have never checked any of the differentials never greases the read driveshaft and all the clips on the front shield that must be removed to change the oil filter were missing. $80 oil changes for them to do a poor job at it

Bryan Wiley was very professional and friendly AND he was quick on his toes to answer my million questions!! Lol.. Bryan made sure to stay with us along every step of the way,, he even came in on his day off to teach me the electronic features of my new baby ... The entire Haley Toyota team made us feel at home!

This was our second time taking our Tacoma in for issues with the Infotainment system and the second time they failed to do anything to fix it. Said they couldn t reproduce the problem, even though the first time I tried it out on the way home from the dealership, the issue was happening. The second issue of our brand new truck making strange noises was not fixed, with the same could not reproduce . The creak, pop noise happened on the way out of the dealership. We won t be wasting our time at this dealership anymore.

I have been going to Haley Toyota for years. I've always felt if you go to the dealer you're not going to get ripped off. Boy, was I mistaken. I've always had great service and everything there until my last visit.I brought my car in for an inspection a few weeks ago and a guy named Seth was my advisor or whatever. He smelled like cigarettes and stale beer and was trying to sell me some kind of package for my car. He made no sense and I declined the offer. After passing inspection he comes out and says I need brakes all around. He said I barely passed inspection.. He said the back brakes need pads and the rotors can be turned but the front brakes need rotors and pads. All in all it would cost me about $700. I took them at their word but I was not going to pay that much for brakes so I took it to a local shop that I've used before, that I trust wholeheartedly. They looked at my brakes, they drove my car on the interstate, they slammed on the brakes multiple times and the worst they could find was that all the rotors were fine. The front pads were about half worn and the back pads there was one that was broken so they replaced all the back pads. I paid a total $185. Not $700 for work that wasn't even necessary. I am really sorry to say that I will never go back to Haley Toyota for anything. Talk about a rip-off!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I have has always been shown friendly and courteous help from the Haley Toyota staff. They are in my opinion efficient and explain things very well. They have a nice and comfortable waiting area with vending machine area for customers who choose to wait while their vehicles are being serviced. I have yet to have bad experience. Service has always been good during the few times I have had to come in for service issues on my car.Service: Tires

Quoted me for diagnostics at $176 for the first hour and then they would call me before continuing. Never called. This service department has denied me the services that I paid for upon purchasing a brand new vehicle with them.The team from added services agreement does not know why the dealership would not honor the services purchased.The issue has yet to be resolved.

I have moved here from Las Vegas And Haley was recom.ended to me to service my Prius. I have used them several times though I had questioned the service cost as seemingly high, I trusted them. I recently (within the last 4 months) had them replace my tires. I have a simple puncture and called to see if it was under warranty. I was told that it I would have to bring it in so they could look at it. This doesn't make sense as the warranty is determined by miles. I will find a different provider.

Thank you Chris and Leroy for saving the day! We were about to leave town after visiting family, but the seat back would not recline into position so I could drive comfortably. I managed to get the van to them and was initially told there were no techs available for days to help. I begged the service advisors to help and a few jumped in. After about 30 minutes, they found a connector buried way up under the seat that had come disconnected (unsure how). Snapped it into place, and my family is back on track for our trip. Thank you, you guys saved the day!

Took my car in for state inspection after buying my new car and had about 30,000 miles. All the free service was no longer available and when they inspected it they refused to pass it because of out of line fog lights. Also they said I need about $600 of service. All unnecessary. I left and never returned. I service my car at Crescent Heights Automotive and change oil ,tire rotation every 5000 miles . My Toyota Highlander now has almost 100000 miles and no problems.A deer ran into the side of my car and I took it to Haley Toyota Collision. Thinking they would fix it like new quickly, with the correct parts. Now it's been over 2 weeks and no car.

Made an appointment for last Monday (6/14) and dropped off my car for repairs (we made the appointment for Monday because that s when they said the parts would be in). They didn t actually begin the work until this Monday (6/21). It is now Wednesday, they have had my car for a week and a half and it is still not ready and the price is higher than what we were quoted even though no additional repairs have been made. I am not in the habit of taking my car to the dealer for repairs, but next time it is necessary to do so I know where I won t be taking it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

The service department here is at best mediocre. Making a appointment here really doesn't make sense because even if its first thing in the morning they will continue to push you to the side for anyone who says they are waiting on their vehicle service. I have found that if you want something done here in a timely manner you have to get a little tough with them. They work a lot like a fire department...they run around putting the fires out but at least a fire department has structure to their operations. Everyone is just doing their own thing here. Im confident that customer service isn't a part of their mission statement. I normally drive out of my way to go to Shelor, but I thought I'd try here again...dumb mistake.

We were passing through the area on a road trip when the master warning light came on and indicated "see dealer immediately." Found this as the closest dealership on Google maps. Even as a drop-in at 5pm, we were treated with courtesy and prompt service at a reasonable cost. Waiting area was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Within 1.5hrs from walking in the door, we were back on the road!

Great service. Anthony McCain was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Most importantly to me, I told him my price range for a used vehicle and he did not try to upsell me. Highly recommend Haley and Anthony McCain.

I always bring my Toyota here for service. Very friendly staff that always address any issues or questions I have. The facility itself is nice as well with plenty of waiting space, even accounting for social distancing, and beverages and phone chargers available.

Service department here is beyond terrible. Since Roanoke doesn t have a Lexus dealer this is the only semi convienient location around. Originally scheduled an appointment for 8 am. The car sat in the lot till 9 am after arriving at 7:45. Then after almost 2 hours of them looking at it they gave us no update on what we actually scheduled the appointment for. Just focused on the headlight that we added on and of course their add ons that they upsell while you re there. It s worth it if you have any other option to go with the other option.

Been sitting here for 3 hours over tires and an alignment. Never offered a shuttle to anywhere or been checked in with at all. Last time I come here for service. Will make the drive to Shelor Toyota like I should have to begin with. Done with Haley.

Took it in for routine 15000 mile check to PREVENT issues! Got it back and high beams don t work! Waited 2 hours for the prevention service with an appointment, now I have to drop it off to get it fixed!!!!!!!!!!
