Each employee I spoke to was kind and helpful. Most shops are short and u kind when it comes to State inspections, but not at Firestone. These guys were great!

A little frustrated. Had to return 4 times for them to complete all work, but gave me a discount. Careful with credit card offer. 28.7% But 6 months no interest.

Recently I bought 4fire stone Tyres under 65000miles warranty.within two months time one of the front Tyre got bulgged.now they are telling no warranty for that.in my experience firestone is very bad Tyre and the staff are not helpful.neveragain fire stone

Prompt and professional. They gave me a variety of price and service options for new tires and gave me the price up front. We had an appointment and they began as soon as I arrived on time. They were quick and the service technician even put my spare in the trunk and locked it down for me. Great service!

Soooo I had a blowout doing 60mph down a mountain pass. One of the inner rubber wall supports gave out never experienced that before tire did not deflate but metal wiring was showing out and the car was undrivable. Gotta a doughnut on and limped my way back to town. Called NTB first and told me they couldn't get me two tires till Monday this was Friday afternoon around 12 noon. I had to be somewhere Saturday and getting there on a doughnut was no bueno. So I called Firestone on 419 and they didn't have the tires either but told me not only could they get me in that day on short notice but they could also have the tires in 3 hours. That for me was great news only downside was two tires was gonna cost me 400 dollars ouch but sometimes you gotta bite the bullet. Told me they would give me a call when they had them. Well I didn't wait but an hour and a half they called ahead of schedule and I went down there. Handed of keys and they had my car in immediately even checked my other front tires for any issues while they were there. The staff was friendly and were great to work with took care of me when I really needed it super greatful for it too. Only reason I didn't five star this review is because they give a 10% military discount for veterans and while I appreciate that they do that I was told I would receive it but after I left and checked the paperwork I unfortunately did not but I do not believe it was on purpose think it just got overlooked and after them going above and beyond for me I was about to let it get in the way of what a positive experience it had been. I would definitely recommend them if you need any kind of work done. I have had two experiences where something went south and both times Firestone got me out of it. We've always had great experiences at this Firestone! Most recently, we found a screw sticking out of one of our tires. We were able to get a same day appointment and they quickly determined that the screw hadn't actually punctured the tire. They didn't charge us for the visit, even though they had spent their time and labor either way, which was very kind. They've always been honest and up front about cost and expectations every time we've visited and we'd gladly recommend them to anyone we know!Service: Tires

I recently had my car serviced at Firestone in Roanoke and was very impressed with the team there. They listened carefully to my needs and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was top-notch. Excellent service. I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to get 4 new, relatively hard to find tires, due to the size. Called around to a couple of spots on Friday and nobody had anything in stock. Luckily I called here, and the super nice guy said he had 4 tires that would fit. They were not my first choice, but given the fact that they have a 70K mile warranty and I drive 36K miles a year, it was a no brainer. He got me in on Sunday. I was there for about 2 hours, which to me is very reasonable, especially given their work flow and the fact they only had two techs. The gentleman who worked on my car was extremely patient and nice and very apologetic about my wait which wasn t even a problem. I specifically came to this location based upon reviews because the location 4 minutes away from me didn t have great reviews. The service made it very much worth it. The tech also honored the coupon I had through my employer, no questions asked, too. I look forward to getting my car serviced here again.

Went in to get a tire patched about 2 weeks ago. Sat there for an hour looked in the bay the hood of the vehicle was up what does that have to do with the flat tire. Then they tried to upsell me a set of new tires

Worst customer service ever. Not once but twice , 6 months apart, was told I would have to wait days to get a tire patched that was under warranty. 30 miles from home and their attitude was that they could care less. I hope they are never stranded far from home.A different location got me in at the end of their day in less than 5 mins. I will NEVER buy Firestone tires EVER again!!Tires are a little over a year old.

I've been coming here for years. Always happy with the work and will keep coming back.A few things you should know;1. Make an appointment for whatever you need.2. They have hours 7 days a week.3. Keep your appointment, if you are late they may not have the time to squeeze you in.4. They do state inspections but check with them in advance to make sure their folks are doing inspections when you are in.5. Bonus points for clean bathrooms

I spoke to the manager, Josh, when my air conditioning unit in my 2005 GMC 2500 HD had went out after having had it repaired on 5/11/2022. We have since moved out of state and the 2 Firestone locations closest to me at the new address did not offer AC services. Though he could not refund the total cost, Josh was realistic and worked with me and refunded the cost of the parts installed during the repair, which was reasonable in my opinion.Prior to this repair I have always had top not h service and materials from this location. In comparison to my experiences with the Firestone closest to me now - they are head and shoulders above them in every possible way.After I complete my schooling we plan on moving back to the area and when we do - we will continue to have our vehicles serviced at this location. They operate with integrity and always gave me real time advise on things they have observed when inspecting my vehicle and have never given me bad service. I highly recommend them and miss them - the Firestone where I live is horrible. Perhaps they could send a few of their folks to the location here and clean their mess up.Thank you to Josh and all of the skilled and friendly technicians at this location - you set the bar high and I have yet to see anyone come close.

I ve been going here for 2 years and been treated so kindly every time.I always worry about getting scammed with car stuff, but they ve never tried to upsell me on something I didn t need.If something pops up, they will always explain it in detail and let me make the decision instead of pressuring.

Had a flat, brought tire there. They removed tire replaced valve stem and rebalanced tire for free. Very nice and helpful people. If your looking at reviews you can find bad ones all day long. They were non of the things I read about. Will return if I need anything.

I had fantastic customer service here. I'd had a slow leak in my Subaru tire, so I made an appointment at this Roanoke Firestone location. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional, and the staff took care of my car in timely manner. The place is very clean as well. I will definitely be a return customer!

My first time here was a great experience! They scheduled my oil change and tire rotation with only a few days notice. The parking lot is kind of weird but the inside was clean and the AC works very well! There's a nice waiting area with a TV, drink machine and a beautiful view of Sugarloaf Mountain. I love that there are massive windows into the garage allow me to see what's going on with my car. So glad that the entire process took only 30 - 35 minutes. The staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this location and will be back!

I dropped my car off for an inspection and told them I know for a fact both my rear brake lights are out. We ll get to it tomorrow maybe the next day. Okay no problem I have time. Get a call early afternoon the next day. Car is ready for pickup. Great. That was fast. Inspection sheet has no mention of any work on the brake lights. I ask the guy if they replaced the bulbs or if it was just a fuse. It passed inspection so the brake lights must be working. Great. I appreciate your concern and customer service skills. I go home and check the brake lights myself. Both lights are out. Glad I double checked their work because otherwise they put me in potential danger making me think my car would be safe on the road.I drive back over and explain the problem. We ll replace the lights if it is in fact our fault. Great. Don t see how it could be anyone else's fault, but sure. 15-20 minutes later I get the keys back. It was just the bulbs. Okay good I m glad you were able to catch that when I told you yesterday I knew they were out or today when I asked what work had been done on the lights. The free bulb replacement is why they get 2 stars instead of 1. I am not a state inspector. I should not have to double check work I repeatedly asked to be done, especially when a shoddy job will put my life in danger. I generally don t trust auto mechanics but this takes the cake as the most negligent inspection my car has been through. At this point I m of half a mind to get it reinspected elsewhere because if they can miss something as simple and baseline as brake lights being out (after being told twice that was the case), I can only wonder what else they missed.

Total bait and switch. Ordered in stock tires, set up appointment and low and behold they didn t have the tires. However we have another set that is only $200 more. We tried to call you but we couldn t get you, they said. No voicemail and nothing on my phone with their number. No email either, considering they had 4days to let me know. I honestly believe they are out of stock, but they wanted me to come in and spend more. 30 year Firestone costumer gone. Hope it s worth it.

I went in for a standard state inspection and didn t expect it to pass after sitting for 3 years.. I was told that only the steering boot and right lower arm bushing were needing replaced. So I got the exact same parts that were recommended at half the cost, replaced them, and saved over $600 in repair costs for a 3 hour repair job.So after replacing the only two parts that were needed, I took it back for a guarantee pass after three weeks (or so I thought). One week after it sits in their parking lot.. Sorry, it s past the 15 days and we have to charge you again and the right tail light leds are less that 50%. After trying to explain it was like that last inspection and the girl telling me no they must have burned out in those three weeks of inactivity. They didn t reimburse me and they are trying to get more money out of me for overpriced parts and labor for an item that passed a very short time before.Are they inconsistent or just trying to rob us? Either way I will not ever return to this location.

I took my flat tire to them early in the morning. They called me 7 hours later to tell me that they couldn't fix my tire and that I needed a new tire. It just had a screw in it and needed a patch. I took it to NTB and they fixed it quickly with no problem. Firestone just wanted to sell me new tires that I didnt need!

I've been getting the same negative vibe. Brought one car in for an inspection. Came back to pick up my car and the guy recommended I set up an appointment to get my tires changed because they had 23/32 left on tread. That's just shy of 3/4's of an inch. Took my other car back for an oil change and check why my engine light was on. They recommended a $99 diagnostics and $60 air filter to fix the problem. So..$160 for a maybe $15 dollar part.
