Euro Specialty has been in business over 25 years for a reason. Customer Service. I was very nervous about having my car repaired after hitting a stationary object. Joe was extremely helpful, answered All my questions, even the Layman kind,( like why is red paint more expensive?!!) Oh, and even a few I hadn t thought of yet! The kind, considerate, and knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease through the process. Plus they could repair my car with a quickness!!!

Fabulous company to work with. Accomodated my schedule needs, took care of any issues with insurance company and returned my vehicle to me looking brand new. If I ever need repairs in the future they will absolutely be my go to . A++

I have two cars repaired by Euro and their work is exellent. The paint on my cars is equal to or better than factory. The work was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work. Joe handled my estimate and kept me posted.I find Joe to be a good man . I would recommend Euro to anyone wanting first class work.

Had front end damage from an accident so I called euro specialty and they were able to get me in the shop a few weeks earlier than other local shops. I had a lot of after market parts and Chris (the parts guy) was able to find all of it and Even updated me on the parts every step of the way. Euro Specialty did a great job repairing some front end damage on a 2013 Highlander Limited. EXCELLENT body work. The paint job on the front end was really well done. They give great attention to detail. The staff was very responsive and polite. Price was quite reasonable. This is the second time we have used Euro Specialty and would highly recommend them. I would add that over the past 30 years we have used a couple other "big name" auto body shops in Roanoke, but the end results were just not as good. My wife s car was vandalized and Eurospecialty was the only body shop in Roanoke Valley that was certified to repair it.They did an excellent work!It took a little longer than anticipated but that was due to the problem of finding parts nowadays. This place is great. I went there to have my headlights done, but ended up with so much more. Had a buff job done as well. When I went to pick up my car, the owner himself did a walk around with me. He seen a spot, that in his opinion could have been done better. He ask if I had a few minutes. Then he took my car around back and began doing it himself. Also, I got to witness him helping another client with an insurance issue. He was great and his employees jumped in as well. Their customer service is the best. I ll definitely be seeing them again.

Great, honest service. Very knowledgeable from the first meeting. They use authentic parts, not the cheap aftermarket pieces.Beautiful workmanship! We were delighted with the outcome.The owner was very kind and courteous. Concerned of my well being he drove me to get my rental car. The rental agency s driver who came to pick me up had displayed unsafe driving while entering the vicinity.

Over many years I have trusted Euro Specialty with body work on my cars. The work is always excellent and the pricing is fair. I recently had a minor brush with a traffic cone and expecting damaged paint took the car to Euro for an estimate. To my relief, they told me the car was not damaged and could be buffed out. On the spot, they took my car and returned it in 15 minutes washed and looking like new. What honesty and service. There is no better repair shop in the state!

I hit a Turkey with my new Audi TT, it wasnt bad but I had to get it fixed. Euro Specialty did a great job of getting her back to Beautiful again! I recommend them !

My elderly dad had an accident right after the snow cleared on the ice and did a significant amount of damage to their vehicle. I went to several local body shops and no one could even give me an estimate until April of this year.. I called Euro Specialty and Harry was phenomenal he not only gave me the estimate but got me scheduled within 2 to 3 weeks .While the car was in repair Harry kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle's status ..once my vehicle was returned the workmanship was excellent..looked like it had never been in an accident..they will definitely gain my business should the need ever arise again..

Highly Recommend, John and his staff were great to work with. My car was ready as promised and the workmanship looks wonderful. I would definitely take my car to them again. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work on my car even if I sell and/or trade - you won't get that kind of commitment anywhere else. Thank you John.

I recently damaged my all electric Kia Niro and was having a very hard time finding a shop that would work on it in the Roanoke area. Euro Specialty took a look at pictures of the damage and was able to give me an idea of what parts would be needed and how long they would take to get in. They were very professional and helpful when I could not find any help elsewhere all without actually seeing the car itself. Even though I didn't wind up going with them, due to unrelated issues, they were still very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to any EV owner with body damage.

Just picked up my 1970 Mercedes at Euro Specialty and it looks great. I had body work repaired and they painted the rear of the car. A perfect paint match. I have used Euro multiple times over the years and have never been disappointed. They take extra time to be sure all the details are taken care of.Thanks for the great job.

Great customer service ! Worked well with the insurance Adjuster. I have had work complete it by them before and like the fact that they Always use factory parts. The paint always matches and they clean up the car nicely. They offer a first class service.

This is a top notch body shop. I was involved in a very serious accident with a tractor trailer. My vehicle was left to me by a deceased family member so it meant a lot to have it fixed right. I am an ex body shop employee and Manager so I knew what to look for when finding someone to repair my truck. John and his staff are top notch. They were very good at communicating when it came to the estimate and explaining the process that would take place to repair my truck. The professionalism and communications during the entire process were above reproach. If you want the job done right the first time by a superior body shop who will only perform an excellent quality repair then you need not go ANY PLACE ELSE.!!!!!!! I would and will suggest anyone needing repairs to John and his staff.GREAT JOB EURO SPECIALTY. THANK YOU FOR SERVICING THE ROANOKE VALLEY WITH HONESTY AND QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP.

They did a wonderful job on my Mercedes c230! Even washed it and cleaned out the inside. Quick, easy and very nice to work with. Also my console was messed up and the cover was falling off of it. I didn't mention it but they also fixed this for me!!!! I would highly recommend Euro specialty to anyone!! They do quality work!!! Thank y'all so much!

Cannot overstate how pleased I am with the outstanding work completed on my car. It was severely damaged by palm size hail stones in a strong storm that hit our area September 1. Every part of my car was pummeled by hail, the both windshields were completely destroyed. But.... look at it now! Will never use or trust any other body shop. Eurospecialty is the very best in the industry!

Jon Griesenbeck and his crew at Euro Specialty repaired damage to my Lexus RX this week. As usual, the work was excellent. Prompt, courteous, and priced exactly according to the estimate. Euro Specialty has worked on many vehicles of mine over the years, and I've never been disappointed. Top-notch! Highly recommended.

Jon and his team at Euro Specialty did an outstanding job for my daughter's 2001 Honda Accord. Their attention to detail and desire to place the customer first are much appreciated. Jon ensures that his clients are well represented in discussions with Insurance companies as well. I would recommend him for any future work!
