Very satisfied with my 2015 Toyota Highlander! The sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I initially went for a Volkswagen but after listening to options I realized Highlander was a better option for my needs and my affordability.The purchase process was easy and quick and I have been driving the car for over 3 months and no issues at all!Highly recommend them.

I drove an hour and 45 minutes to test drive and potentially buy a Hyundai Sonata which I thought was a Great car inside and out . The car sounded terrible and radio didn t work at all.. He proceeded to tell me he d give me a discount of $400 but quoted me the same price which was $6500.. The car was not inspected also. Overall, I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this dealership unless you want to be overcharged for a bucket. Don t let the pictures fool you. Not to mention him talking over me trying to make his excuse sound good just to get a sale very unprofessional

My boyfriend bought his first car from here today and he absolutely loves it. The owner sold us his car, gave us a great price, and went out of his way to make it the best and easiest experience. He payed for the oil change, tires, new battery, and full tank of gas and had it ready for us when we said we d come to buy it. They let us take a friend we have who s great with cars and they were extremely nice. Jawad Ismail is the owner and he was the best!!!! 10/10 recommend.

This is the best car dealership I have had experience with, I bought two cars from them. They are very experienced, provide you with every single detail about the car you are interested to buy, fair price and great customer service. It s my go to car dealership. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied, I called to cancel my auto policy (I had never done anything like this before) and Steve was very nice and funny and made it a very easy experience for me, would recommend 10/10. Great customer service and rates are reasonable.

The owner is a nice guy but does not give the buyer correct and thorough information about his cars. The Equinox we bought had a brand new inspection sticker on it but within 48 hours of driving off the lot, the rear brake pads were grinding into the rotor. On top of that, the check engine light came on with a code that the catalytic converter is bad. Now a week later the front pads are vibrating and the car has no A/C. He s putting patches on the faults (like clearing codes and adding Freon) long enough to sell the car and whoever is doing his inspections is a scam. Don t buy a car here.

Save yourself the time. Shop elsewhere. I called on a car Friday 4/16 just before closing to let them know that I wanted to come look at it first thing the next morning on Saturday 4/17. I VERY specifically asked if there were any issues with the car that I needed to know about. I told him that I was driving from Charlotte NC to their dealership in Roanoke VA. I was told the car was in fantastic shape, a real cream puff absolutely no issues. Well... if you don't count the couple hundred dollar paint job that is not mentioned. The plastic door edges were painted over, dents were painted over, also, the wheel wells were painted as well. crazy amounts of orange peel. Just overall NOT a cream puff, but extremely bad paint that was already starting to chip off the plastic on the drivers door. I have a hard time believing that a place that touts their honesty would not have disclosed this information, especially if someone tells them they are going to drive 3.5 hours one way to see the car. Choose wisely..... Giving 1 star as 0 stars is unfortunately not an option

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Jay and Ali at Direct Auto and it was 2,500 under the market value. I was obviously very suspicious in that I don't trust many people especially car dealers. But Jay let me have the freedom to do whatever I wanted. I kept the car for hours; I took it to Advanced Auto to get it diagnosed, I took it to my guys at Firestone for a thorough checkup and bought a complete Carfax and didn't find anything concerning. Great deal on the car, Jay lets you know what is going on upfront and doesn't sell salvage or junk on his lot. Really good guy and I will be recommending family and friends for sure.

This will be my 2nd time buying from direct auto sales, theyre selection is top teir & they are so easy to deal with and help with anything you need to get you on the road!! They are very personable and I recommend them to anyone i know in the market for a newer used car

Run away! These people are scam artists, plain and simple. I went to test drive a car that was advertised on Facebook marketplace. The listing said "This 2006 Land Rover-Range Rover has so many awesome features its a Great looking vehicle inside and out. This Vehicle does not have a single problem runs perfect also very smooth. This Vehicle will last you very long time." When I got to the lot, it was priced 20% higher than advertised online (which brought it to almost 50% over blue book), had obvious damage on every wheel, and substantial scratches on much of the bodywork. The check engine light was on, it smelled like burnt coolant, there were three warning messages running across the dash, and the transmission clunked every time you come to a stop. I took it on a 10 minute test drive, in which the door handle got stuck open and kept the door from latching. As soon as I was able to get the door closed, I turned around and took it back to the dealer, and it promptly started overheating right there on the lot. That doesn't sound like it runs perfect to me. These people are preying on customers that don't know any better. It's disgusting, and I truly hope they don't make it through the recession. Oh, and they likely sold my phone number to scammers. Stay away!!

Bought a vehicle there. No negotiating on price, but the price was decent for the car. Unusual practice for automobile sales. Haggling isn't a thing anymore?No spare tire on a 2014 model purchase that had four different brands of tires.

Hopefully it s not to late and you found this review. Please do not go here! Mechanically sound is a dipstick check. They will upsell/ say anything to get that payment. Recently bought a car after driving out of state. Within less then an hour the engine blew out on us while trying to drive home leaving us stranded. The mechanic which is where the car is at now, says there s a list of problems wrong with the car. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just purchased a beautiful 13 Lincoln navigator FULLY LOADED from Direct auto sales! I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THERE SERVICE! They are very polite and have a good inventory of a variety of cars, trucks and SUVs from standard to luxurious! I will be back for sure when looking to purchase another vehicle. I highly suggest anyone that is looking for a wonderful car at a good price to check out Direct auto sales!

** BUYERS BEWARE ** hopefully you found this review this lot sells nothing but lemons !!! My mother has not even received the title yet and within 2 days the transmission has blowed !! Upon asking him he had many many excuses caught him up in tons of lies saying he had documents of getting the vehicle expected which he could not provide ! Over $ 9,000 down the drain ! He will not refund her money or even right the wrong he cleared the codes on the vehicle and sold as is smh he will have his day with us in court .

Do not go here. Place is sketchy from the start and after the test drive that started alright noticed things about the vehicle that even they didn t know. They were really pushy about getting a payment. They speak foreign language in front of you so you don t know what they re saying about the vehicle. They ask for your social security number which they should never do. Save your money and never go here!!

Lot is tough to navigate and getting out was not so easy. Nice selection of cars, in all fairness we didn't speak to anyone therefore we do not know how they are face to face.

Bought a truck from Ali broke down within 2 weeks of purchasing. Now I m stuck with a broken truck do not go here they are a rip off !!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else !!!
