Horrible place to bring your U-Haul back to. I had to drop off a car trailer and the first place that I was suppose to deliver it to said they didn t have the room so then he sent me to this place. I had to drive around the block several times to just locate this place. The sign is too small for such a clustered area. The guy asked me to back the trailer in the grass on a busy road. When I told him I wasn t the greatest at backing it in and the road was so busy I didn t feel comfortable doing that, he then unhooked the trailer from my vehicle and walked off without saying anything. I didn t even know he was gonna unhook it from my truck! My daughter had to look to see because he just walked off! I don t know if he was the owner but very rude!

Wonderful peopleWe got standard in Renoake when our box truck broke down Friday night on the highway!!!Luckily their neighbor the tire who tried to help but the truck was too big for his shop told us about this place.They worked with our schedule, they kept their promise, they were in time and in budget without surprises.They made a great problem manageable, for that i am grateful.

STOP HERE!!! This is the place to go. Don t question it, just do it. They are incredibly honest, helpful and very reasonably priced. Frickin Unicorns! Look, I have been worked over by so many auto shops, so many times that it s just exhausting. Finding an honest place with good people AND good workmanship is pretty rare these days. Well, my search is finally over! A good friend recommended them to me, whose better friend recommended them to her, and well I am just extremely grateful to both of them for that! This will be the ONLY place I take my car from now on for LIFE. And any single woman who s afraid of being taken advantage of, needs to know about this place! Zero BS- completely void of any of that. Awesome trailer repair shop! While travelling cross country from California to Virginia my enclosed cargo trailer's right turn signal and stop light stop working. Since I was traveling they stopped and looked at my issue right away. They checked it out for me and determined that it was my van's electrical system not the trailer. My van is still under warranty so I'm going to take it to the Ram dealership. Even though I offered money for their time they refused it. Two thumbs up for their honesty! I highly recommend these friendly and professional folks!

Nice clean waiting area. Free coffee, water, and fresh popcorn (my grandchild enjoyed that), television and new paper or magazines to entertain while we waited. Great staff and experienced mechanics. They do a professional job. I was so pleased I went back the next day for more work.

I took my 2000 Ford Mustang 3.8L V-6 Standard to tri city auto for transmission diagnostics and repair along with window and door realignment and repairs. the agreed upon price of the service was $200. The "repairs" took a month and a half long to complete, most of said time the vechile sat untouch in the lot. after numerious phone calls thru out the time the car was there the actual work begain. i was told one issue after another was wrong with the transmission and the previous issue was falsely diagnosed. after purching a number of different parts to replace the "falsely diagnosed" parts i was given a diagnoses that a new clutch cable would solve all problems. i purched and delivered the part and it was installed. upon pick-up the car had a distinct metal on metal grinding noise that i was mislead to believe was a shock or brake issue. I paid above origional price agreed upon amout of $200 and paid an amount of $250 for the repairs. I purchased new brakes, rotors and calipers for the front passenger side and installed them in an attempt remove the grinding noise. the new parts did not resolve the issue. i had the vechicle inspected by Merchiant Tire and Battery located in Valley View Shopping Center and Firestone Complete Auto Care on Electric Ave. and both shops have concluded the transmission in my vechicle is where the sound is coming from. upon contacting Tri City Auto Repairs i was told they are not willing to resolve the problem and that they are not covering any work they performed, however i could drop the car off in the morning and they will do repairs when they were able to get to it for additional service charges, was made aware that the vechicle would sit in their lot of no less than 3 weeks before they could spare time to work on it. they continue to refuse to correct their mistakes in the initial diagnostic and repairs of the transmission. The Window and door were not touch and the issue are still oviously present.

Outstanding location not far from the Heart of the City you definitely want to use this for any of your heavy equipment needs if your a truck driver or over the road hauler and you are deadheading this is a great place to tune up your rig

This is one of the very first businesses that I was able to meet up with when I came to this part of the United States of America the owner of this establishment is a true American as well as his sons you know how to take care of the community in which they serve I would recommend this repair facility to anybody

Never got back to me after my call for my vehicle repair, I was to get a quote for vehicle repair and never returned my call...poor service and poor reception on phone as of I was an inconvenience to them.
