Incredible experience with Caliber and specially, Derek Chapman. From the inspection through car delivery, I was kept in constant loop via texts and was sure my car was going to be restored properly. Timeline expectations were set and everything was smooth sailing. Very happy with the repair. They went above and beyond washing my car and making it look so nice and shiny for my pickup. Cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you, guys!

Everyone at Caliber Collision was super helpful and friendly. They provided me with updates from my initial drop off until which time my car went to detail prior to pick-up. Caliber Collision made me comfortable with choosing them for my car repairs.

Insurance chose this place for auto body repair, everything looked great, but they couldn t get the rear detection system to stop giving an alert when I got in the car saying it wasn t working. But assured me everything else was working fine. I took it to the dealership and they found the rear wiring harness was shattered and they had to replace it. I m not sure why caliber wasn t able to assess this problem and correct it.

Someone hit my car, and this was one of the body shops to get it fixed at through their insurance. They had good reviews so I gave them a try.. they said 10 days to get my car fixed but it only took 8. They kept me updated on the progress of my repair and returned my car fixed AND cleaned!! Very happy with my experience. Definitely recommend.

Great service and repair team, management seems very organized and I have no complaints, very pleased and respect how well they are doing their job. The people I interacted with were great. Dylan who I believe is the manager was reaching out constantly and updating me throughout the whole process, and the front desk worker, didn't get their name was very polite and helpful. Appreciate yall greatly. Was in a hit and run and now my charger looks brand new again, if I get a response from the owner or manger and yall would like me to remove the name for personal reasons please let me know.

Tina, Mitzi, and the rest of the Caliber staff were super helpful in making this process as painless as possible (sorry for not getting your names). I was stressing out to the point of losing sleep about whether or not I could find somewhere to fix this right since I'm a bit of a perfectionist. I was LOOKING for mistakes that may have happened during respray and I couldn't find any. They got the pearl flip in my paint spot on and I have absolutely zero complaints. Thank you all so much!

We came to Caliber Collision on Franklin Road in Roanoke to ask about having the front emblem on our Sonata, which had come off, put back on. The Service Manager, Derek, came out, took a look at it and ask if we had a few minutes and he would take care of it. Within 20 minutes, Derek had completed the job and sent us on our way. My wife was extremely happy. For Derek to take the time to do this for a customer who just pulled up on his lot was unreal, especially the way customer service is today. We will definitely send anyone needing any type of Body work to Derek at Caliber.

Highly recommend. Mitzi met me at estimation and walked me through the entire process. She was very informative, professional and advised upfront expectations. The other girl there (can't think of her name) was sweet also. She actually drove us over to the rental company to get the rental after I dropped my vehicle off. As soon as I got to the rental company they had a vehicle freshly washed and ready for me. I did wait a little bit to get my vehicle back but enjoyed my rental and this was already advised upfront due to slower wait times with parts etc. Mitzi was great with communicating throughout the entire process. When I picked up my vehicle it was freshly washed and they had even vacuumed it out and wiped down the interior. It smelled and looked fantastic! Highly recommend. No issues or complaints here. Would def use their services again! Thanks so much guys! Really appreciate all involved in getting my car back together!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The team at Caliber Collision was very professional, helpful and timely. Mitzi was wonderful through the whole process and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle through the entire process. She was welcoming and upfront with with all the question I asked. She worked seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental company, you could tell by the way they interacted it was for my best interest and satisfaction.My truck looks great and all the work has a lifetime guarantee. They guys in the shop went the extra mile as well, they vacuumed and polished the whole truck before I came to get it, the rims have never shined like they do now. This was an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend them to others and will return if I ever need work done in the future. Thank you guys for making this process so easy.

Literally the best auto shop and business I've ever dealt with. Every person I've encountered is pleasant and helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Huge shout out to the nice lady working the front desk, Derek, and Toby the GM. I live an hour away from this location but anytime I need work done I will surely be going to them.

If you are looking for a honest and fair auto shop this is the place! The entire staff is friendly and helpful! I worked with Derek and he answered all my questions and concerns and if he didn t know the answer 100% he would find out and get back to me! Great customer service! Friendly and honest! Both are hard to come by today! I will be using them again!

I had a horrible experience with my insurance getting my car to Caliber from the sight of my accident but once it was in there hands they worked diligently on getting my car repaired quickly!!! They made up for the lack of attention my auto insurance paid in making sure I as the customer was taken care of. Going to go ahead and say 5 stars although there were a few issues, but in their defense- they were overwhelmed with work. Had my vehicle there 8 days before they even started to work on it. Upon completion it was supposed be ready on a Friday, that got moved to the next Monday and then that got moved to Wednesday. So get a rental. When I picked up the car a couple things were overlooked. The taillight on the side they worked on was unplugged and the hood was not shut completely. Remedied these things the first place I stopped at. The work itself looks good. So positive overall.
