I made an appointment and they said I could drop the car off the night before. I drop the car off and call the next day to see how things are going, they tell me they don t see any appointment in the computer but they d try to get it in. Come end of the day they never looked at it, the guy said there must of been a miscommunication. What miscommunication? Bring it in Tuesday means bring it in Tuesday. I missed a day of work while my car was supposed to be worked on. Complete waste of time.

I recently revisited Brambleton Auto again after several years of going to other shops. Sadly, Don is no longer there due to his death. He was always a gentle soul and provided good service. I had them replace the alternator. I didn't ask for the inspection to be done although it was due. They did it on their own without charging me for it. That's the way business is done. Give the customer more than expected without Nickle n' diming them for every little thing. I'll be back soon. Way to go Robert!

Took my car there for several things. 4 Tire replacement, Brake repair, Oil change. Everything was done nicely. Good people. Reccomend getting an appointment, as they are always busy.

First experience was a 4 star. I brought in my own suspension for a Tacoma, they were fair on labor costs and even threw in a rotation while the wheels were off. Just called in to ask about installing new brake rotors and pads, was quote $500! I reminded the older gentleman that I was only looking for install cost as I had my own equipment and he told me it d be $600!! What a clown. Lost my business

Have gotten state inspections done here several times as well as some diagnostic work and help with minor repairs as well as a DIY repair that hit a wall. Every experience has been pleasant, with prices and wait times coming in as expected. Don t go here unless you know enough about cars to know when they are lying. They told me all my wheels needed new brakes and rotors in order to pass state inspection. We had to get a state trooper involved to verify that, in fact, NONE of the brakes needed to be replaced. They forced the shop to pass my car, but if my husband hadn t been able to check the brakes himself, we never would have known. Don t trust this shop, they will lie and tell you things need to be replaced just to make a buck.P. S. For the folks in the house who appreciate equality, the owner also had a sign up in the shop that reads as follows:Shop Rules1. No women allowed in the shop2. Men are always right3. Robert was kind & explained every charge to me in detail when I had questions. Other guys in the shop were also very friendly & courteous. This was my first time going & I have no complaints. I had an issue with my front upper arm control (as well as inspection due) & my car drives SO much smoother now. Planning on returning with my second vehicle.

I came in with a newer vehicle for a state inspection. They said I needed new wiper blades to pass the inspection and I gave the go ahead. On the way home one of the new wiper blades came off as soon as I hit the switch to try it out. Great. When I pull over to get that off the road, I then realize that my hood light is on. They installed the wiper blade incorrectly and never closed my hood after the inspection. What are they going to forget to do when they change your oil? I'm not going to take that chance!

Rob, is a great person to know and do business with, I have known Rob for a very long time, And trust him whole heartedly a very personable, honest Christian man who has two shops on the Brambleton ave strip for all your auto needs, and for some good conversation too, keep all your auto needs in the neighborhood, mainly Brakes and Brambleton Auto will keep your car running great

A++++. Very personable and professional. Found something wrong with my vehicle that was not worth repairing due to the cost, and they did not change me for any diagnostics (which they probably spent 3 hours researching). I live close by this place. There's plenty of very hard-working and likely very trustworthy people here, but they might just charge you $90 for an oil change here if you don't ask for a quote BEFORE placing the order.

I asked just to Change the oil, but end up with $128 bill. These people charged me for oil filter, shop supplies , labor and they decided to change air filter ( without asking me)I understand, they don t have many clients now, but I didn t expect to pay 3 times more.. it s not professional and disrespectful. Plus, they don t wear masks, talking to people. Highly recommend don t go to this place. We will be not back, you lost your client

State inspections are done as a first come first served. And it states that in the office. If you don't want to wait with the car than it is pushed for the ones that do wait. They are always honest on their prices and have never pushed work that isn't needed. When they say the work will be done by a specific time, unless a part or another problems comes up, they have always delivered on time. They explain what's going on in terms that are understandable to all.

Do not take your vehicle here if you care about your car, honesty and good customer service. I was always told I HAD to leave my cars for inspections. There was no option to wait. They were not open past 5pm then. They overcharged me, I caught it and was given a partial credit. I had to pay twice for the same part that I feel they broke or it came that way. I was also charged for a service I never received. The older man said it was a labor charge but they did not do anything to my car but misdiagnosed the problem and gave an outrageous estimate. I took my car to another mechanic who fixed the real problem and it was no where near the repair estimate these people gave me. BE WARE!

Told me to wait until 1 PM for an inspection, then when I arrived at 1 PM I was informed that they tell that to everyone, which is a very bad way to run your business.Wasted about 2 hours and 25 minutes of my day waiting to get an inspection that never happened, all because of some guy telling me "that's what they tell everyone" when I returned at the time they told me to return for an inspection.Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone ever. Never got my inspection from here, and I never plan on returning to this garage in my life.

Do not ever go here for an inspection. Matt was a lair and absolutely a dishonest person.He claimed he replaced my tail light and windsheild wiper because it was torn. When I questioned it he showed me a wiper that wasn't even on my car.The kicker is I replaced my wiper last week and the box for the new wiper was still in my truck at the time of the inspection. When I went to leave I realized what he had done, he had replaced my Brand new wiper with their product.Forget these guys.

Very poor service. I would avoid at all cost. Went to have my car fixed. 2 grand later still not working the next day. Took it to the dealer who asked, "what happened to this car" finally got it fixed. When I went back they told me they didn't know that car well.....WHAT!?!
