Super friendly staff, I went in a little hesitant (I ve never purchased from a car lot before and honestly didn t have much knowledge on the process) but they walked me through the whole thing and never made me feel pressured or came off as pushy as some places do. I recently had my first baby a few months ago and needed something that was more spacious/safer for her and so far I m extremely happy with my purchase! Only giving 4 stars since I just got the car today and will obviously update once I ve driven it for a few months but as of right now, the entire process was easy & quick and I have no complaints. I can t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me but like I said, the entire staff was great!

Great people to work with! I got a 2013 ford Taurus that I m in love with! They worked with me on my down payment as well!!!! Definitely recommend them!

There just isn't enough good to be said about these folks over on Tazewell Ave in Roanoke, VA. I learned very quickly that this was a family owned business where dense family traditions of integrity and customer service have been passed down through generations. Michael was attentive to every question I had, and made this major purchase much less stressful. In the sales office you'll meet Sharon and Todd who work diligently to make what is generally a long process of filling out paperwork into a smooth, efficient purchase start to finish. If you value, long-standing, family owned business when shopping for a vehicle to get you and your family from a-b, this is where you need to go. Ask for Michael or Shane and you won't be disappointed!!

My daughter had such a wonderful car buying experience that when it came time for me to buy a car I knew right where to go. Bill s definitely didn t disappoint. I got exactly what I was looking for. I just really enjoy their their commercials and that they finance and I heard they don't even pull your credit. I have 2 co-workers that have bought vehicles from "Bills" and they're extremely happy with their whole experience. They said they really go above and beyond. I look forward to dealing with them in the new future!

I have been buying vehicles from Tim McGuire at Bill s Auto Sales for over 20 years. They are fair and honest which is rare in the auto sales industry. They always go to great lengths to make us happy. Great service and he s surrounded himself with great people. It s where my family goes for vehicles!!!

Bill's came highly recommended from multiple people. They have now gained a new customer. What a great experience. I needed an affordable car that was safe and reliable to transport my kids. They reassured me (and my mother who called a few times) that they check over everything. Super easy and smooth process. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Above and beyond in service. My sister and kids had a fun time while I was signing everything. It certainly wasn't the experience I expected from buying a car. I won't even consider going anyplace else when I'm ready for another vehicle!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2007 CHEVY IMPALA FROM BILLS & THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE THE CAR RIGHT. FROM TODD TO THE SWEET 21 YEAR OLD LADY THAT DOES THE PAPERWORK THEY ARE HONEST,RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR NEXT CAR PURCHASE !!!

I've been doing business with Bill's since 2008 and have purchased several vehicles in that time; SUVs, cars and most recently a van.With my first purchase poor credit and desperately needing reliable transportation to and from work lead me there. Having worked on my credit since and now having pristine credit (and admittedly have purchased new cars/truck from other larger dealers), I STILL purchase some vehicles from Bill's.Sharon is always so friendly and professional! She even knows you by name! I've called to make payment over the phone before and she'll answer "hey Alex, making a payment today?" Wonderful lady! I believe their son is part of the business now, he's also very friendly and helpful. I also suspect he's the reason they have such a nice website now.They are a buy here pay here operation but they do not screw over customers the way every other pay here pay here in Roanoke does. Their cars are priced fairly, usually within the fair market value range and they have a VERY reasonable interest rate; most buy here pay here's are 20%+; Bill's is half that. They have a decent warranty, and I've known others who had mechanical issues outside of the warranty timeframe, and they still took care of the cost of repairs.If you're looking for first class service, old fashion customer service and a dealership that appreciates your business and stands behind the cars they sell, Bill's Auto is a must! I will be doing business with them again and again in the future. This Jeep is the FIRST vehicle I bought from Bill's. I would still be driving it today had a tree not fell on it and crushed it.

BUY YOUR CAR HERE! I've had my car for over 10 years from Bill's Auto Sales and she's still running strong, its had no issues besides the usual things you replace once you've reached certain milage. This has been my first ever (and only) car since I was 16 and she still hasn't let me down yet even being over 250,000 miles now. They know what they're doing and they'll make sure to get you a car that will last you a VERY long time. Can't recommend them enough!!!

Was very disappointed with the way Michael handled the car I was suppose to purchase after promising to call me when it was ready. Then it was sold to someone else. Was in contact with him for three weeks about this car.

The team at Bill's is terrific. I highly recommended them. They found a reliable and reasonably priced used car for my 19 year old. (They made sure it was mechanically sound). While there, I told them about the issues I had with my 2011 Honda Pilot. Another shop (I had used for a while ) had told me the engine was done and I needed a new or rebuilt engine. Tim and team at Bill's found the REAL issue and now my Pilot is firing on all cylinders. Saved me thousands of $'s! I now have a new "shop of choice" for my family.Thanks to all at Bill's for the wonderful service.

I rate Bill's Auto 5 out of 5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and thoroughness. I have bought two cars from them and was happy each time. Michael, Sharon, Todd, and the gang have always looked out for me regarding payment affordability, mechanics, and other service checks. Bill's Auto is a one-stop-shop for all your car needs. This family-owned business has been a blessing to the Roanoke community for years, and I highly recommend you check them out.

My daughter and I found out about the perfect car for my Granddaughter on Bill s Auto lot. My son seen the car and told us about it. He has purchased at least 5 vehicles from here and they all ran great and were driven for several years. We drove this car for a bit and returned knowing it was indeed perfect for her. A clean, great condition inside and out, lower mileage 2016 Ford Focus SE for my sweet granddaughter s early 17th Birthday. The process at Bill s is actually remarkable, quicker and easier than any I ve worked with. Got the paperwork filled out and with the very efficient work of Michael and the knowledge of Sharon, they had the tags on and paperwork in hand in far less than an hour. Oh, the interest rate is phenomenal too! Check them out, they are all wonderful to work with!!! I m sure this won t be the last time for us. NJ.

Last year on Valentine's Day I wanted to get myself a car. Bill's made it happen for me. I had been wanting a Jeep. They asked for my license while me and my dad test drove it. I said I want the car but I've got to be at work by noon. I got insurance for it and was driving to work on time! My JEEP IS PERFECT FOR ME!! I was walking, catching the bus and asking for rides prior to getting my truck. My jeep has gotten me to and from school, drove myself to my graduation and blasted Journey Wheels in the Sky with tears in eyes wearing my cap and gown. This jeep has saved me. Anytime I had a question they just say drop it off. And by the time I'm off work, It's DONE. The people are great, the service is great. I thank you sincerely, I use the Pay My Car app but still drop in sometime for a in person payment just to see them. Destini' Williams #TheGirlInTheJEEP!

I just LOVE this company so much ! I purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot last summer an the experience from the time we came on the lot was outstanding . I decided to return again an this time purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder ! Again the customer service was AMAZING ! This business is so welcoming an their communication is over the top ! I respect them for what they do ! I strongly recommend anyone that goes to them to get the GAP insurance an the insurance they offer on the engine an transmission . I have the coverage on both my vehicles an boy am I glad I decided to get it on the pathfinder because a week after driving off the lot I started to have problems ! I called them an they told me to bring it in so they could find out what was going on ! They didn t brush me off like most used car dealerships ! long an behold I needed a new transmission ! When I tell you I was so thankful to have contacted them instead of letting the problem go on I am so happy I did ! They took care of it right away an put a brand new transmission in my vehicle ! I didn t have to pay for anything , not a part , no labor nothing !! I got my vehicle back an it is driving brand new ! Please , please when purchasing a vehicle let them explain to you every bit of coverage they offer . Be patient they have great vehicles ! Thank you all again && I m so glad I m able to do business with y all an it never feels like just a transaction being completed ! Y all go above an beyond ! Thank you !

I am yet to leave a bad/nasty review on a company as I am aware this can leave a lasting affect on a business. However, my father and my sister both purchased cars from this dealership and they were both terrible to say the least. One of the cars was a Mazda cx7 with 100k miles and after it was in and out of the shop for oil leaks, a broken radiator, and a bad starter, the car stopped working after 4 months of use. The other car purchased was a Subaru outback with around 160k miles. This car had better luck until the timing chain broke and destroyed the engine after 8 months of driving. But the service was great and they're nice people.

I highly recommend Bill's Auto Sales, and have done so to many people over the years. They have a nice selection of vehicles at great prices. They are friendly and honest. I have always found it a pleasure to work with them for sales/service/payment issues. Bill's has excellent vehicle service before and after the sale and they are my first choice when one of my cars needs work. My family has 5 of their vehicles on the road currently, and all are running great. Thanks for all the time and service over many years!

They are amazing in every way!From the quality of the cars and trucks they sell to the way they treat their customers.My husband and I went there after searching and searching for the best deal on line and reading all the great reviews and we are so happy we did.The staff that work there are the kindest people , they really care about the people they are selling to and work hard to make sure your happy.If we ever buy a car again it will definitely be from them!

This is by far the best place to purchase a vehicle from.This is my second time buying from here and they just keep getting better! They understand that sometimes things happen; as in my case I had to VOLUNTARILY turn in my first car after some personal issues arose, they welcomed me back and didn't hold it against me.They have GAP coverage now as well as a great month/6k mile warranty on transmission and engine for very very affordable rates. And they still maintain the best interest rates. If you are looking to buy a car make this your very FIRST stop.Thanks Michael, Rob and everyone else you make care buying so easy! Keep up the great work!
