This is the best place here in Roanoke, Va that I honesly shopped at. I heard nothing but the best about this place and always seen them selling nice vehicles all the time but good quality cars. We purchased us and Honda Accord last month and LOVE IT!!! I always wanted this vehicle when I lived back home but couldn't come across a good one. They're very nice and friendly as well and work with you and everything! I will definitely go back to purchased my daughter car for college soon. Thank you so much!!!

I just bought this wonderful SUV from Best Auto Sales in Salem, VA. I am very pleased with both the customer service and the vehicle itself. The team at Best Auto Sales was extremely nice and pleasant to work with and talk to. They were fast with replies and were happy to work with us even in rainy weather. I greatly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an amazing vehicle at an affordable, negotiable price. Truly the best auto sales in southwest, VA.

Do not waste, your time and money on this place. 1 star is being overly gracious. 7 years of biz review experience. It is a rip-off, turn and burn dealership. I am disabled, so I had my car savvy, brother do my calls for me. I decided on a 2016 car for $5495, that was one his website, and he told me it was sold 3 weeks ago! So I decided to get a different 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan(FPIS) from his site for also $5495. My brother called ahead and confirmed the price, features, and mileage posted on the site and that he would hold it for me until I arrived there the next day. So haven driven a 1-way car rental to Roanoke, VA from Raleigh, NC, He said it was sold!! He had only 3 FPIS's left on his lot two were 2015's and one was a beat up 2014 parts car.The one I was forced to chose to buy was a year older 2015 with 30,000 more miles on it and 2,000 more idle hours for the great deal of $5895! His website says his ex-police cars have new paint, lie. Mine paint was still in horrible condition, with the decals still visible on the car. It did not have Bluetooth or keyless entry, like he said it had, I had to beg him for a spare tire. An 1 hr in to my 4 hr trip home the check engine light comes on! It has a bad catalytic convertor! Another $2000! It had the dome lights ripped out with a 8x17 inch gash in the roof.And so for all my troubles he ended up selling me this lemon for $5100. $300 less than the 2016 that I had wanted in the first place. Oh, and he refused to give me wheel covers for my car, except for 2 he scavenged off his parts car! If you want an ex-police car or used car, DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS or has posted. Especially if you are from out of town! If you live in Roanoke, go into his lot at your own peril and looked to see what he has with your own eyes. Good luck! Now I have to get my beater painted. Which is another fiasco! Review pending.

The team at Best Auto Sales in Salem, VA had a large selection of used cars, trucks and SUV's to choose from. They were very pleasant to work with and were very fair on the price, when we purchased a car for our daughter. Additionally, they are a good resource for questions about vehicles and vehicle related needs. I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

I just want to say this was one of the best cat buying experiences I have had. Gul was friendly and helpful every step of the way.I would buy from Best Auto again and would highly recommend others to buy from here as well.

No Good/Bueno!! Doesn't respect the customers , make sure to take cars on highway ,check windows , blast the air, heat etc do not let your hard earned money go to waste ..

Nothing but bad things to say about this place. I called on two different occasions about cars that were listed online and both times they either didn't exist or were already sold. They are very bad about having things listed correctly online. On another occasion when I physically was at the location I was pretty disgusted with the state of things. Half the cars there either had completely flat tires or windows smashed open. On top of that the customer service was awful and the asking prices for most of what he was offering were completely outrageous. Stay far away from this place.

If I could give a 0 I would!! My son saved money to buy a car and found a Subaru he liked at this dealership. He paid $3,500 for this car. And the following day the engine and the ABS light came on. His grandfather looked at it and said that the car had too much oil in it. I wanted the car checked out so I took it to the garage were they had to take some oil out of the car because it was too full. They also had to fix the ABS and then there was a wheel bearing that was very bad and looked like they tried to fix and made worse. (Spent an additional 500) When my son got the car back he drove it for a short while and the engine blew. Someone said I should call and see if they could help me out at the dealership. But in the end he just hung up on me. Please don't get anything here. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We basically just threw away money!!

Bought a van from there in February. The ac didn't work had to replace the radiator because there was a crack in it. Now the transmission is going out. They get cheap cars and fix them enough to drive off the lot. Definitely do not reccommend this place at all.

Purchase a vehicle title not correct wrong color problem at DMV. The company sold a Lemon Car needs a engine only drove it home parked it now it s in shop cause l can t drive it Dealership Cost $4500.00. Make it right a refund my money.

This guys never return the money of the deposit, he stealed front me, I was asking multiple times about the condition of the vehicle, asking for rusty spots and the answer was always the same yes is in good condition , wasn t true vehicle have multiple spot with holes at the frame, body, bad repairs, asking for my money back and never get it back, I hope this help somebody.

Bought a car from Besmullah Wahidi, honestly was overpriced now that I think of it I just loved the car so much and being a travel nurse without a car for two weeks was really getting hard, so I guess I was desperate. Worked so hard to get this car paid him 8k cash, just asked him to fix a brake caliber. He told me since the brake caliber wasn t ready on time he went ahead and did an oil change, when I came to pick up my car I just filled out my paper work and left I didn t think I d have to test drive again or anything I trusted him .. come to find out he drained my oil and never put any back in... right hand to God literally left the funnel in my engine. I drove 4 hours on it before realizing because it was nighttime and being that I m an 18 year old girl I thought the smoke was just from it being cold out until my parents and I seen it the daylight the next day and realized I had no oil. Brought it to his attention that same weekend and took it to a shop after for an oil change and inspection to find out the motor and engine needed replacing now and ALL my fluids were low.. he refused to take the car back or pay for it and offered to send pics of the DRAINED oil. Claimed to not have any money for the car but I just gave you all cash? .. Poor customer service. Terrible experience and so stressful. Just has really broke my heart and really tore me to pieces because I was in two car accidents the weeks before and I worked so so hard for this just for it to be another thing .. I literally went through so much just to have a car for 2 days. An 8 thousand dollar piece of metal. I just can t wrap my head around why somebody would do that.. Things could ve ended a lot worse. I could ve been stranded hours from home alone, something could ve blown I don t know just sucks. So I am blessed for that but sad that I am now broke and carless again. Wouldn t recommend.

Just talked to salesman and they totally knew car had major problemsyet they cleared it with a State inspection. Sold car insurance to cover engine and transmission.. However the insurance will not fix transmission When called Best Auto their response was sell the car to someone else..Please do NOT buy anything from these dishonest people. They should have been HONEST however they are NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND TURN AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN. CROCKS!!!!!!!

We visited here recently (we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes) and the cars are all on top of each other with no room for you to really walk around and see the cars. The car that we went to see also had all kinds of small things wrong with it which made us think that maybe something bigger might be wrong. The pictures that were took of the car looked nothing like the car up close. The owner stated that all cars are as-is with no 30 day warranty and he didn't seem to care about our concerns at all because most of the time he was shrugging his shoulders with a non caring look on his face so we left. Not good customer service at all and and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else like we did and we found a great car. If you rush and go here you will regret it.

Awesome sales manager, Besmullah Wahidi, was respectful, generous, and cared about my service. He told me the exact truth of what was needed for my car to pass inspection. Today, I just put a security deposit on my 2007 Honda Civic and he is allowing me to get my car off the lot mid-December. In the US, businesses start small, and from my experience, this salesman is going places!! I would definitely recommend my peers to go check out their inventory. Thank you for your service!!

Great service and prices. They are honest and gave us a great deal on a ford focus. If something is wrong with a vehicle they will let you know exactly what is. Its a small lot and somewhat hard to navigate but you can find some gems. You wont feel pressured and they don't hover over you.

Transmission came out of vehicle on way home. Could have been coincidence but I seriously don't think so. I feel screwed but I didn't buy the warranty and bought it as is so I will take my medicine. If you deal with them make sure to do a thorough test drive. When I test drove it dealer rode along and didn't want me to take him too far from his dealership. Red flag right there I guess hind sight is 20-20.

I really like this place in the guy who sold us the car. We drove almost two hours to pick up a 2011 Kia Sorento and I've had the car for a while now and it's been great. We paid $5,600, they had it listed for 5700, and they were selling for like $7,500 to $8,500, so we felt like we got a really really good deal. These guys specialize in selling really affordable cars, because they're doing cash deals. Anyways, just really pleased with the whole experience all the way around.Also, just a side note, I read the reviews on CarGurus and some of the reviews weren't that good. I think the people who left bad reviews were expecting a new car dealer, or CarMax experience, but that's not what this place is. That's a good thing though, because you're not going to get a great deal at CarMax haha

STAY AWAY*Was interested in a car here, called ahead in order to make sure that the car was "clean with no scratches or body damage" as the listing said, was insured the car was a great buy multiple times and that it was clean with nothing wrong. 4 hours later we arrived and found a car that has been damaged all over, rusted on every aspect, looking nothing similar to pictures. Salesman laughed saying that if we think that car is damaged he could lead us to one that is really damaged and show us "real scratches".Inconsiderate plain and simple

Owner was very rude and acted like he wasn't interested in selling any cars practically had to beg him to let me test drive a car. Also the car I drove had a bad jerk when accelerating I asked if he would check into it and he said it was normal .stay away from best auto sales

I bought a car there back in February, the car is still running fine. Didn't have any problems with test driving or buying the car. The guy who sold me the car was very nice and respectful.

Bait and switch! I have visited this dealership 3 times now to look at cars posted on Facebook marketplace and their website. Every time I have visited their dealership the owner says "Oh, I just sold that one. But here is one exactly like it for $2000 more." This time I came while he wasn't there. His worker confirmed that the car I wanted was in stock and was getting an inspection. I showed him the listing online and he confirmed it was that car. I came back a few hours later and the car was there on the lot. I asked the owner about it and sure enough he said "Oh no, I sold that one. This is a different one. It is $1500 more than that one." What are the chances? Complete scam! Look at all of the similar complaints about him online if you don't believe me.

Good deals on used cars and trucks for the working man or woman.... Go see Waheedi for a good deal on a used car even if your credit is so so, he'll try and get you into something that you can afford with a decent down payment.....

Good guys to deal with here they try and work with you. They understand the average person needs a car but can't afford one.
