I purchased a Honda Odyssey van from Beepz car lot. I am extremely happy with my new van and the wonderful service from start to finish! I was able to test drive the van immediately and took it to my son who is a mechanic. He went over it and everything had been done to put the van in tip top shape. The salesman was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Less than a month after my purchase I drove my new van to Georgia and towed a trailer back. I did not have any problems at all. I know I will definitely go to them if I ever need another vehicle and highly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle go by and check out their lot. I recently bought a vehicle from beepz. What should have been the first red flag was the salesman inviting himself to ride along with me while I test drove the car which Ive never experienced at a budget used car lot , especially me being 40 years of age. He then rushes me through the test drive and acts if I m an inconvenience, I DID NOT ask you to ride along with me. I needed a spare vehicle for business purposes asap at the time so I bought the vehicle anyway despite the horrible customer service to find out that the check engine light randomly came on accompanied by harsh jerking just two days after I purchased it. It s a transmission & ABS issue that their warranty will not cover. NEVER AGAIN . Buyer Beware !

Bought 2014 chevy cruze for my 19 yr old.this guy sells her a coverage policy that covered nothing.turbo on it was cracked...she had to put 3 parts on...no help.policy is useless.way to screw a new adult just starting out bud.wont be back

I bought a 2001 Toyota Corolla from this place for my daughter's first car with the extended warranty on 8/29/2023. It is now 9/14/2023 and the car is leaking oil as fast as we put it in the engine. I called him to let him know and he raised his voice and said "the car is sold as is I don't know what to tell you". The warranty doesn't cover what needs to be fixed on it. It will cost $2000 or more to fix DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE!!!

Hey everybody I just wanted to tao in and gift y'all wit a lil bit of real tea real quick...Iwant to start by sayingthat this company has really just elevated me and my family,by simply being in business and helping those of us who's coin bag not that heavy u feel me?!! so this company has given me the security to get to and from work comfortably in my new Ford Flex by the way is superrr cute and safe and roomy and just all around a really good vehicleas quite as it was kept the process was A1 from start to finish Tom and Oliver are so down to earth and on top of the process it was quick easy, convenient,and don't forget CHEAP!So y'all rundon't walkspread the word bout Beepz cause I sure will! THANKS TOm and Oliver ! I know you will be huge u guys deserve it your the best my family said Thank you Beepz we love you

Bought a used 2008 Nissan Versa from this car dealer and the guy really worked with me on the price. Only problem is now I'm experiencing some issues with the transmission that could be concerning. Not even a week after. I tried to see if he would do something like maybe trade me something else or buy it back. He wouldn't do anything to help. Doesn't seem right if you ask me.

Drove an hour to see a car that the owner said was in great condition (2008 G6 Pontiac). The car was raggedy on the inside, seats falling apart. Oil change light was flashing, along with tire alert. Hazard lights would not go off once turned on. Owner only said that the suspension was bad after we asked to test drive. Car drove terrible. This guy came off as very nervous and dishonest. Seems like some people have had good experiences here, I am not one of them. Would not purchase from him

Never seen a place so out of touch and with so much lack of communication. Talked to 2 people, including someone deemed to be their trade in specialist only to be told they don t take trade ins by the owner. When they were discussing my trade in they wanted to give me $2500 for a car worth easily $6000 in trade. Don t call back, don t know cars, don t know how to be respectful and get mad when you call them out on it! Do not buy from these guys, they are typical used cars salesman using any excuse they can to take advantage of customers, totally contrary to their bogus mission statement listed in their web site! Shame on them for taking advantage of people like that, give your business to someone who cares and wants you to come back!

I bought a 2007 Honda Fit sport (160k miles for 3950) from these guys recently and I ve put about 700 miles on it or so since and she s running like a dream, obviously take the car you re test driving to a mechanic before you buy (most places do it for free) but overall this place sells good used cars for good prices. They also don t hover when you re looking at their inventory which is really nice! I was in and out with my car in an hour flat! I ll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a used car.

Highly disappointed in this business. Sold my 18yr old son a car as is KNOWING it had transmission problems and now won't do anything to help him.....He was told he bought it as is. Yes that may be true but they Knew it had problems when the car breaks down less than 2 weeks after buying it.. They don't care about their customers just what kind of money they can get out of someone young and not knowing what to look for in a car.

This is hands down the best car buying experience ive had. Henry didnt rush me when looking over the car or when we took the test drive. The process of buying the car was also very fast. I absolutely love my car and will always recommend this dealership!

I bought a Honda from them at the end of February. Two weeks later it started overheating and then the check engine light came on. The warranty I bought from the place was little help. From other reviews I've seen it's like a 50/50 chance of you getting a car with an issue. I personally wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone unless they are willing to take that 50/50 chance.

Went there to look at buying a car, hours said Friday 10-6. No one in the office, despite the lights being on, and no one picking up the phone. What's the point of saying you're open when literally no one is there? Try somewhere else.

Don't buy from here. These people are crooks. Brought a car from here 2/23/21. Here it is 3/08/21 and the check engine light came on. Had it checked out and they say it is the Engine control module. That piece cost 380. I'm called to see if they would reason with me and work out a deal. No they didn't they wouldn't even at least go half with me on the part. Or switch out with another car.

Went to car lot looked at Mazda 3 person working there was really rude and unwilling to work with us on the price or fix the issues we found o don't recommend but anything from this car lot my dad bought a jeep from this lot a few years ago and the motor went out shortly after and they wouldn't help him what so ever either

Bought car monday..wouldnt start Wednesday. Paid more than it's worth cuz the guy seemed legit but now thinking it was a scam and vacuuming is all they do to cars before sale
