I needed a new battery for my Nissan Xterra, I have shopped at Batteries Plus for hard to find bulbs in the past, never for auto battery. Batteries Plus had a Duracell premium battery for less than the local competitors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the installation was free and timely at the store. I completed the purchase online and the web site was easy to navigate and I was able to make an appointment for installation within an hour. I would recommend them for auto battery replacement. Jim

I will go to the Roanoke Batteries Plus store over this one any day. I called The Roanoke store and they were more than happy to let me drop by and check out my battery needs first hand and they will install it. This store she said no they do not install batteries, and also didn't want me coming by until I gave her the battery number. Even after I told her the search, I found on Battery Plus stores, said they do install.

I got a replacement screen put on my iPhone 13 and it is terrible. At some angles it s a different color. Sometimes it flashes black for a second. Also it drains the battery very fast. I went from getting my phone off the charger in the morning and staying charged for the rest of the day to have to charge it three or four times a day. If you need a replacement iPhone screen I do not recommend getting from these guys.

Called Batteries Plus because my phone screen turned black. When I took it to my cell phone carrier (USCellular), they were unable to help me and instead tried to get me to purchase a new phone. Batteries Plus was quick to diagnose the issue and replaced my screen and had me back up and running quickly. Thanks for an awesome job.

I came in a few weeks ago, everyone was really nice and helpful. I came in for a battery replacement and it worked for two days, but when it got changed there was a battery warning. I'm not saying that it is their fault but I do not know what to do about it.

I personal will never use the battery plus again. The battery I purchased died after 2 1/2 years it was still under warranty they replaced it with a smaller and cheaper battery they said they didn't have the original battery. There batteries are junk. Then the sale slip listed parts I didn't get. There employee is cheating the company. I didn't pay for anything. A battery I purchase about the same time for my lawn mower died just out of warranty. I believe there Battles are designed to die after the warranty expires. Disappointing

Friendly, quick, and efficient! A one stop shop for the car and home. I had cracked my phone screen and needed a quick repair to continue my work day. Two hours later, the issue was resolved and my phone looks new again. BPB also offers key fob replacement and additions. Since my vehicle only came with one, this is a close location to obtain a spare. Pricing is reasonable and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience!

Sarah was great, she quickly diagnosed the reason for my iPhone 6s's poor battery function and kept me posted as she worked. She replaced the battery and it started, she explained that it wouldn't be fully charged initially, and that if I had a charger in my car I could use that so I did on the way home (for the first time!). I also talked with her about bringing in my iPad, which I purchased around the same time I believe as my iPhone, perhaps not, as I did have an earlier iPhone, as it is having battery and powering on issues as well. I was delighted to learn all that the store offered and how friendly the service was! My phone is doing just great!

Purchased a specific battery online to pick up at store. When I arrived at store they tried to give me a lesser quality battery for the same price. I wasted my time as well as expensive gasoline which could has been avoided if they told me they didn t have the product when I was ordering it online. I will from now on check elsewhere 1st. Shame on them.

We didn't get our 10% off our online order when my husband went to pick up our order of $135 . He explained that he HAD used the code given but it cost the full price. The employee working with him put our 10% off and refunded him the difference on our card. EXCELLENT service!

*Update below*They don't stand by their phone repair work. I had a new screen installed on my Pixel last August. It began to separate from the phone in late December and I brought the phone back to them in early January. They spent a few minutes adding a little more adhesive and told me "if it happens again, get a full case". Ok. Well, it happened again and I took their advice. You'd be wise to take mine. Don't take your phone to them, they do not stand behind their work.Response to the owner: The manager called and left a message. I returned the call and left a message for him; he was "out of the store". Instead of returning my call he replied here. Note what he did NOT say below: "We've seen the phone and know it was a faulty repair on our part. Just bring it by and we'll redo the repair and make it right."

Never knew this business sold car batteries. So glad I found them! The price I paid was $50 less than competitor s prices. The technician/sales person installed the new battery in minutes. She was very efficient. Very pleased and will definitely return next time I need a battery.

I came in with a crack screen on my Samaung S8. While there the manager suggested a simple snap protector. I did agree with him cause he said it would paid if I cracked my screen again. So I told him please put it on. 2 days later it came off. Needless to say i was a little upset..I called he told me to come in and he told me he would replace it.I came in and he replaced and was surprised that it came off. He suggested that it may had been a bad one.It came with a life time of the phone.So I left with the new protector. Very happy for the professional treatment.Yesterday the second protector came off .Today I went back the manger was shocked that this one came off. Two in two weeks. I wasnt abusive I never have been. I called Simple snap to see what was going on. They told me that it wasnt under warranty because I had the otterbox I explained that the protector and the otter was not touching. They told me that it voided the warranty. I explained that there was nothing written or nothing was said that it would void it.I contacted batteries plus back they agreed to work with me.Battery plus is a awesome and professional business I strongly recommend them for any of your needs.Thank you for working with me.

Ordering was super easy online.. though I am glad I did not have to pick up right away. It took a while for someone from the store to contact me to inform me that the battery had to be sealed and charged. This could take a few hours. NO WHERE ON THE WEB did it inform me of this! I was not happy and had to change my plans. Very Poor!! They did not call either to let me know it was ready. I took a chance and it was ready when I had to leave. The battery worked fine once installed so I guess all is well that ends well. Communication was not great.

The online scheduling is so easy and the price is very competitive. Terry had the store open a few minutes earlier which helped with my schedule. Farah and Terry both did an excellent job getting me checked out.

I purchased a car battery 4 to 5 weeks ago for $131. The sales person was unable to install the battery (tool box looked like a 4 years old kids). I told him the battery looked to big, he said it was the correct one. So I took it with me so I could install later. A few weeks pass, a death in the family etc and it gets cold. The old battery failed and I removed it, I grab the battery your store sold and immediately see it is too big (10" wide the old one was 9" and the battery compartment is only 9.25"). We live on 460 / Orange Ave. and I need the vehicle so I have Mr. Tire put in a battery.Yesterday I tried to return the battery and was told there is a 2 week return policy even though the battery was never connected and your store sold me the wrong battery. The female employee said I could speak to the manager but she had no idea when she would be in again. Told her we would not be doing any business with your company again, her response was "that's fine." We also had been purchasing batteries for our golf cart, emphasis on had! The whole experience was disappointing to say the least!

I had to have a battery change in a Samsung 6 Galaxy, which I would never attempt to put in myself. Everything went well, at an affordable price! Service was excellent! The people at Batteries and Bulbs were friendly, and finished the job in a timely manner. Will be back to do business!

Had to leave the phone for an extra day in order for a "functioning new battery" to be brought as the first one they tried didn't work. Had to bring the phone again so the sealing adhesion material would be reapplied after they got the right one, initially did not seal acceptably. But otherwise the staff was courteous and would definitely use their service again

Clerks were all helping the cute little blonde. When I was finally waited on he showed me the batteries I needed for my penlight. Amazingly he said his Co worker would take care of me when he got time. I've and good experiences before which is the only reason this isn't a one. I needed several small flashlights for my business I needed a bulb holder for a meter and I needed some batteries. I left empty-handed. I really wanted to purchase from brick-and-mortar locally but alas Amazon to the rescue. I could have been all the way home in the shower by the time I got waited on. Then I could have ordered the things I need online comfort of my home.Update.Still wanting to support brick and mortar I went back to get a specialized battery I needed. The young man was quick, proffesional and did an awesome job. In and out in 5 minutes.Bravo

Went to get my iPhone 7 battery changed. I made an appointment online which was very easy and convenient. I was helped almost immediately. It took about 15 minutes to get my battery changed which is pretty reasonable. I wish there was something in the store to do during that wait besides walk around though, because it isn't worth leaving for only 15 minutes but wandering looking at light bulbs for that amount of time seems to last forever. The battery put in was only at 52% too, which seemed unusual. Otherwise, everything was quick and easy. Even got $10 off for making an online appointment!

Car battery warranty is horrible. Mine died. After getting a jump I drove the 40 minutes to the store. After assisting the tech who had trouble with the tester, they determined that my battery was dead. However, because it was under warranty, they would have to remove it, charge at least twice, then see if it holds the charge. Guess what? Now I have to purchase a new battery and wait for them to determine if I get a credit for the remaining time on my battery. I will never shop there again. The lady assisting me blamed it on Duracell. Hey, carry another brand. You just lost a customer because of poor customer service.

nice folks; effective job; Phone repair was not finished when promised. I was asked to come back in 30 minutes. Still had to wait 15 more minutes. I had an 11 am appt, promised 1.5 hour repair but left Roanoke after 2 pm. If I weren't retired, i'd have been really upset.

Batteries Plus Bulbs had everything I needed! I stopped by because I heard they were good at fixing cracked cell phone screens. I ended up grabbing batteries to replenish my stock at the house, a new charger, and a screen protector to put on my phone after they fixed it! I recommend this place and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant!!

First visit, quiet afternoon. Looking for Samsung phone battery. Gentleman behind counter went directly to battery, then quickly installed for me. Proper charging instructions given and then I was happily on my way. Excellent customer service! I'll be back!

Mainly because of your sales person, Terry, whi spent the time installing my car battery. The battery had much corrosion on the terminal and took extra time and effort for the replacement. He remained pleasant during difficult installation.

Batteries Plus has really evolved. They have a great selection of duracell batteries and lighting. They are now offering screen repair for smartphones at a very competitive price. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you haven't been there for a while it is definitely worth another visit.

They were very kind and helpful. They helped me with a battery for my phone. I had mentioned that I didn't know they had a repair center and that my mom was having trouble with her keys. They gave me a coupon for her to bring her keys in. I will definitely go there again.

I ordered a battery online for pickup at the store. It was paid for & I did receive a confirmation the item was ready for pickup. The store had two employees on duty with one working the floor and in the repair area behind another counter. The store was understaffed based on the floor need and the repair person totally disinterested in helping the floor person. So I waited. Then the item was not ready fro pick up. The floor person asked me if I got the confirmation which I handed him even before I asked. He walked the floor a bit and came back to check stock levels. There were 21 in the store somewhere. DUH......... he finally found one and we proceeded with the check out. He asked if the item was already paid for which was obvious since I handed him the pick up notice some 10 minutes earlier. Bottom line to me was the dude that does the repairs should NOT be part of floor sales staff. You guy's need three people there - not two with one useless to helping customers. This all happened approximately 5:10 PM on Friday 25 November.
