Got what I needed, but the kid working seemed irritated that I was there at all. He actually said "whatever" when I told him to have a good day. I'll probably go back for convenience, but hopefully someone else will be there.

This particular location is not my favorite. Twice I've been and the store manager talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I guess he thinks girls don't know anything about cars or can't work on them. There was a new young guy working that was nice to talk to while I waited for the manager 20 minutes to correct a problem the manager done himself. Oh and he messed up a second time requiring someone else to correct his mistake and I had to wait another 10 mins. I like AutoZone but not this location.

Literally the first and last time there. I always go to advance, but I saw they(auto zone) had my part while advance didn t. Went to pick it up, turns out I ordered the wrong piece. Take it back, the older gentleman who helped me asked if my HUSBAND or I picked this up . Husband, no it s just me. And then acts like women can t do car things . Yeah it s my fault for not checking the amps for the fuse thing but like I have never been treated that way at advance or o Riley s.

Needed a new battery, went to Advance Auto on 13th Street first and was told it was too much to do to replace it. Lawrence at Auto Zone didn't hesitate to help and replaced my battery in no time. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

My Jeep battery went dead after 4 years, just an old battery. I had my car jumped and was told to keep it running. I was panicked b/c I only have the one car and needed to be able to get to work, pick up my kids, groceries, etc. My Dad said just run down to AutoZone. I said ok, but everyone is saying this is a complicated battery and install, but I ll try. When I got there, a wonderful man, Lawrence, the Store Manager helped me right away after he finished up with another customer. He found my battery I needed, checked my install and worked on it immediately, making my need his priority. He knew exactly what to do with a difficult install, no questions asked! He even took this opportunity to train his associates on the installation. I am so happy that I came in and met Lawrence today! He made my day when I am always weary about car repairs and how much I will be helped or made to feel about not knowing much. This did not happen today and he was amazing!

They didn't have time to do a battery test. I waited 20 minutes and then left. I didn't see many people so I don't see why I had to wait so long

I love the fact the staff provides great customer service. Always willing to help diagnose a problem on the spot. And it's always a plus when you can hook your car to their diagnostic scanner and find any problem.

Purchased a tranny from AZ Gus nicksFirst one failed they sent another NCIt failed they ordered anotherI send my guy to pickup they want me to pay until I bring defective one back I had sold the vehicle so to hurry up processI give a credit card ,so I bring back the defective unit they don t no how to do a credit on a debit card . Now they say it got to go to corporate 3 weeks later no refund. Talked to one of sales managerNo help at allWhat a joke. (3500$) remand tranny

I needed a new battery and came in with just a half hour left until closing. The gentleman who helped me notnonly was very knowledgeable but he installed my battery for me even though they were closed by that time. He stayed and made sure my car was up and running. Definitely went out of his way and could of told me to come back the next day since it would have taken so long to replace my battery. But he didn't. He stayed, replaced my battery in the dark, using his own tools. I will definitely come back and tell people in the area to visit and shop at this AutoZone! Awesome customer service. Thank you again for your help!

I went to this location to buy a key fob and get a key made. While they don't make keys, which was understandable, Mr Dooley the employee stated that they didn't do key fobs. Now there was a sign right behind him that said they do key fobs. I pointed that out and asked when did they stop, because he clearly lied. So the answer I received was, since he'd been there they hadn't done this. That's when Ms Barbara finally told him it would be easier to look it up. Training or lack of, seems to be the issue here. Frustrated, by the time he decided to follow Ms Barbara's instruction and found out that it could be ordered, my mind was already made up, I would not let him receive a commission from me because of poor customer service. I went to B & D Lock, per his first suggestion. Sorry for the loss of sale due to lack of customer service skills.

All my experiences with Autozone are pretty good. But this store one of the old man with white hair and glasses just dont seems to be nice to people, with a terrible attitude. Like simple greetings or talk back can make a huge difference.

Good for fast and easy, in and out quick stop for auto parts. Have most anything one might need to keep their cars and trucks running. Maintenance or repairs, they probably have what you need at "reasonable" prices. Not my favorite auto parts store, but probably the one I go to most often, simply because of the convenience.

Not my first pick for parts but.....it works in a pinch. Employees could be friendlier. Seems like everywhere I go these days the employees are angry. NOT just here, EVERYWHERE. So if you read this and work dealing with the public try be friendly.

I went in to get one windshield wiper because the one I had was making a very annoying noise and I wasn't sure I could purchase only one. But the gentleman that helped me said I could, helped me find the right size, installed it and had me turn the wipers on to make sure that was the only problem. But the other one was making noise too. I couldn't really afford a second one at the time and told him so. He then suggested we put the one that we were going to trash on the passenger side to see if it did better there and it worked. This may seem silly to you guy's out there that know vehicles, but I was very pleased that the gentleman helped me out and didn't push me to buy another wiper instead. Very much appreciated!

Auto Zone they are wonderful . My low battery light came on but its a fairly new battery . They put it on their diagnostic machine and it was my alternator . The employees at the Gus Nicks Ave Store are very nice and helpful .

I walked into this store today and no one even acknowledged me, until I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes. The man asking me what I needed was very impersonal and acted like I was bothering him. After he found that they didn't have the part I needed he looked at me and said, "Good Luck". I then went to Advance Auto on 13th St in Roanoke and was treated like a customer. They were the polar opposite of Auto Zone.

I went to the one on W Gus Nick's, however the crew just kedt that could check my battery. Went to the one on Williamson Rd. They were able to remove and replace my battery.

I needed my car battery checked, it was 15 minutes until they closed. Well, I needed a new battery. He gave us a discount and installed the battery for free for me.He was so professional and kind.Thank you Auto Zone.
