Advance Auto Parts is the absolute best 11/10 would recommend. The process was seamless and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Had the worst experience. I had ordered some parts online from this location. The first issue was my fault because I put in the wrong address and they were unable to change it. I had to cancel that order and ship it to the right one.The second order was shipping to my PO Box. That was mistake within itself. Even though it doesn't show it anywhere on the website, do not ship to a PO Box. The call center reps can't tell you any info on a package if it ships with USPS. I was told there would not be any issues with shipping. Found out I was given the run around. There has been a tracking number on the package for four days and it has not even left the warehouse. Found out today you can ship to a PO Box, as long as the package is shipping from warehouse A. If the package is shipping from warehouse B, the package is just going to sit there because they can't ship USPS and they can't reroute the package with another carrier. Of course you won't know that until the order has been placed and you have been given the run around for about a week. They said they would give me a "one time courtesy" and refund the item. First off, this is your fault so it shouldn't be a "one time courtesy." Honestly, I should receive some sort of discount on the new order.Very dissatisfied with the whole process. Once I have this order, I will not order online again. This has been a whole nightmare with the company trying to blame me for their shipping issues.

This is not a store location unless you re ordering online. It s a store support center. This should be clearly reflected on the search.

I won't go into the details but just suffice to say I'll never shop with advance auto parts again....The rule of 250 will definitely apply.....

This store also sells on Walmart.com. I know, I just got a pack of lightbulbs that they were the seller for. This particular location, 5008 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, VA. were the ones that fulfilled and shipped the order.It's funny because when I put those lightbulbs in my cart I didn't see Advance Auto as being the seller. I wish I had now.The package arrived in a timely manner, the price was acceptable, but it was the packaging that really made me want to write this review.Who takes a pack of lightbulbs, sticks them in a thin bubble wrap envelope and tosses them in the mail? Especially going through UPS. A courier who is well renowned with brutalizing packages. Yes, the package had taken a beating, but fortunately the lightbulbs survived. Not by much though.Management needs to explain to their employees that when you are shipping something as fragile as lightbulbs that you might want to wrap that item before placing it in the cheap envelope for shipping.Incredible. The mentality of employees these days. The less that they have to do the better - or so it seems by their actions.Advance Auto - you didn't win any respect OR awards this time around.

This does not seem to be a regular store, but some sort of corporate office. It seems to have online pick up though.

This was a cruise in with quite a few cars. Beautiful day and some beautiful and unique cars.
