We are supposed to be on an automatic refill schedule. They have our credit card on file and the payments are made immediately. We've been a good customer for years.The company has not been a good service provider. Last season we ran out several times. One time Amy the rep even asked me to call my husband to make sure it was okay that I have it refilled after we ran out since it was so expensive. I do not need to ask my husband's permission to stay warm in my home.The last straw came Friday the weekend of Xmas 2022, with temperatures at negative 2 degrees. We will be using another company now because that was unacceptable.

I have been with them for many years and they have always had the best prices. Always, looking out for their customer and very kind to work with starting at the office and extending all the way to their drivers that deliver. It was one of the best decision ever made when I switched over to them. Thank you all for all you do!!

Wow, when I walked into this establishment I thought, I guess this is just another ordinary oil and propane shop but BOY WAS I WRONG. I have fallen in love with their prices, and the service is phenomenal. I would give 10 stars, but they only gave me 5. I highly recommend!
