I m going to be generous and give 4 stars because they were open on a holiday and I d already received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, so I appreciate that. The customer service was one star without a doubt though. I hate dealing with employees who act like I m ruining their day by asking them to perform a service that I HAVE TO PAY FOR. I don t know the guy s name I just know he is African-American, but he became very short with me after I somehow misinterpreted his directions about which bay to pull into. He acted like he d rather peel off his own skin than inspect my car. When I returned the same energy, I was hon by the end of the transaction *eye roll*. I got a rejection sticker as I knew I would (nothing to do with Crossroads). I m very much up in the air about returning there after I get the repairs done or just going somewhere else and paying full price for another inspection. I don t patronize businesses to make friends, but I DO expect to be treated with the respect that a paying customer deserves.

I remember crossroads being around when I was a kid, so they must be doing something right, I've used them a few times and have zero complaints, decent honest people up there.

Work done quickly, efficiently and under their estimate. They worked with us, even took our payment by phone and left the completed car locked for us to pick up when we were exposed to COVID. Will def return!

Love Crossroads Smart Ford everyone there is awesome!! Super friendly, goes above and beyond to really make your experience one if a kind... Wish I could buy a car from them everyday lol Rachel and Mike were the best!! More like friends and family..I felt like I'd known them my whole life..And last but certainly not least I LOOOVEE MY JEEP WRANGLER SPORT! I smile every time I out the window and see it in my driveway THANK YOU!

The guy who does state inspections whos name is Earl acts like he doesn't want to be there. Every time I go there he's very hateful and acts like he's mad at the world. Will never go back.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Very disappointed. Would not lift a finger to help us when we had two flats on a trailer full of cows. Would not even let us use thier tools. So neighborly.

Would not let the shop to work on any thing, left my car there for shocks they took my mag wheels off and put on some rims, said they did not but they did,, stay away
