I went in with a simple problem but it was worse than I thought. It wasn't an easy fix but these guys had so much patience and not only fixed it but found another problem and they are willing to fix that too. Customer Service was Awesome. Great bunch of guys. Thank you so much !!

This place is only good for tires. Don t get your inspection done here or any auto mechanic repairs. They left the air filter intake off the car and my car was really loud and slow. Glad I stopped somewhere else and checked it. Also they left a tool under the hood and the cap off the head light compartment. These items could have fallen into the engine or other parts and did serious damage. Who knows what damage driving around all that time with the air filter compartment off did to my car. I called and the manager could only offer me an apology and said other than that there was nothing he could do. How about refunding me the $45 I spent on bad service. Don t waste your time and money.

Went there to get alternator put on and clean battery cable. Somehow broke battery post and had to replace battery. Their new battery was $182 and I guess they put it in. After checking prices I found battery for $114. When I called back to say I would bring my own Manager got very rude said he had to get car out the way. Went to pay and said I would have someone else put in battery to save money and he started with all these excuses about had to check belts and not having people working on their property. So he ended up charging $145 for what he said would be $70 to put in alternator. Also didn t put all parts back on (battery brace and AC bracket)until I asked about them.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Never knew putting in batteries could be so expensive.

I had just gotten a flat tire and went here as soon as I got my spare on. They were super helpful with figuring out what my solution is. I ended up buying a new tire for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I was in need of an oil change and short on time I was able to pull in have the oil changed and be out on my way in about 20 minutes. I did not get the name of the gentleman who serviced my vehicle but he has done work on my cars in the past. Always very friendly and informative.

Had problems with tires I bought from one of these big companies I have had it back to them twice telling me they fixed the problem. Took it to Ridgeway they fixed the problem right away. Great job guys you have my business.

I took my car to be inspected in March. Passed with flying colors!! 3 months later, I discovered cords showing on tires and ended up with a flat after it was deemed safe by these guys. My husband was charged $950 for them to fix ball joints they NEVER FIXED!! Justin is all about the money and not about quality! I wouldn't trust them with a tricycle!!!

Horrible service. After reading the other reviews I wish my father had NOT went there.They must be desperate for money they charged my father for something they didn t do. There were no issues with his truck.So I called Justin and he is very rude and he hung the phone up on me.My father called and he hung up on him as well.This is a place that I use to go to in the late 90 s early 2000 s never ever had any issues.Some people just DO NOT have customer service experience.STOP ROBBING THE ELDERLY

I had been going to this establishment for awhile. Unfortunately I started having problems with my car after the last Oil Change. The car had trouble accelerating and there was an obvious noise which is hard to describe. The first time I took it here, they did not even drive the car, but changed the belt. The next time I took it back while still doing the same thing, I asked they drive it. They did and then put Transmission Fluid in it. By this time, I spent $300 on my car with the same problems. I then ended up taking it to another local garage. As it turned out either no oil or the right amount was not added to the car when Ridgeway Auto performed the oil change. What cost me $340, should never have occurred if the Ridgeway Tire and Auto had checked to see if the work was done properly. I was told by several people that it was a miracle the engine did not blow. I also have been warned that driving a car without oil could end up causing me more money as other parts might start to malfunction. I sent the father who originally owned the place several messages. I was not offered any real apologies or reimbursement. I just wanted to share my story.

I am a single woman traveling from High Point NC from a company meeting trying to get back to Roanoke, VA. My battery light and brake light were both on....I had a friend get online to try and figure out what could be going on. Consensus online was the alternator. I called my mechanic in Salem, VA and was told the car may or may not make it back home. I saw this garage on the way home and made a U Turn for help. I was scared of being stranded on the of the road alone. These men could NOT have been any kinder. They have restored my faith in mankind!!!! They immediately noticed that a belt was hanging from under the car. It was 4 pm and they were very, very busy. They didn't even have the belt I needed in stock but took the time to call for a delivery. This was all at 4 pm and close to closing. In the end, after meeting Steve, Squeak and the Colonel I was told that the charge was only $40. As a female that has had so many garages take advantage of my ignorance of auto problems, I can't say enough GREAT things about this place and the people!!!!! If you are ever in need of assistance and need some assistance, I would highly recommend this garage!! God Bless you guys!!! Ya'll are the BEST!!!

Ridgeway tires are ok as far as: inspection and tire pressure.. Checking the tire for leaks I don't know, but I recently stopped to check a fast leak in my tire that was going low every 10 minutes but they supposing sprayed it down told me they couldn't find the leak and sent me back on the road w/ a flat tire. They really are not sympathic and concerned. Just not a 5 star for me.

These people go out of their way to help you, especially when you need to be someplace and a light shows up on your car dash notifying you of a problem. Compared to their service and their rates, I'd choose Ridgeway Tire above any others. If you haven't had the fortune of having your vehicle serviced here, check them out, you'll be glad you did. Very polite and professional on thing they put in vavoline 5w20 oil when I specifically told them I wanted Castrol 5w30 and I know that is what it calls for but the customer is always right
