They answer the phone, got me in quick for an alignment 2 times. 1 time they got me in for an alignment the same day. They gave me an alignment sheet after service and their equipment seems to be very modern and accurate. This service is exactly what I needed.

R&J is now my go-to place for balance/rotation/alignment! Had a bad alignment job done by another business which gave me a crooked steering wheel and had my truck pulling hard to the right. R&J corrected all of it and has it riding better than it ever has! Prices are fair and the service was excellent.

Hell will freeze before I take anything of mine here again, and I used to recommend this place to people. I supplied my own tires and R&J said they would install them for $40.00 and $10.00 to dispose the old tires. So, $50.00 in total for installing and balancing. Well, they told her she needed brake pads on the front and rear. She called and asked my opinion. Normally, I do my own brake jobs since disc brake pads are easy, but I told her since they already had the wheels and tires off of it to go ahead while they had it. I should have asked how much they charged for that. She arrived right at 2:30pm and left at about 3:15pm. Her bill went from $50.00 to $295.67 when she went to pay, for less than 45 minutes worth of work. And again, I supplied the tires. The only thing they supplied was the pads. That's absolutely ridiculous for no more of a job than that was. If that's how they're going to gouge their customers, I'll never be a customer again.

Broke a part on my car, and didn't even tell me! Came in for an alignment, snapped the threaded piece in the picture and stripped the adjustment piece in places from over torquing it, and ONLY after I had to check the same area again for another issue did I see it.. Called back in and not only was I told that he knew it happened, and it was from him torquing it, but said he didn't think to tell me because he had other things going on, and continued by defended himself by saying these things break and that I will just need to replace it during my next alignment!! I was shocked! You broke it, and are telling me just to replace it because they wear out?! What if it fully broke while driving?! What if debris got inside? Probably the most unprofessional business I've been to locally, and it looks like they'll get over on you if you don't look over their work. Would not recommend.

The guys at R&J Tire are the absolute best. I've been going there for years and never had any complaints. Always friendly and always take care of their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend.

I do pretty much everything myself to my motorcycles and vehicles but this is the only place I'll go for tires or a alignment, wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

Favorite tire place in Henry County. Quick, knowledgeable, and respectful to females. They have never tried to screw me over with marked up prices or made up repairs just because I am female like other places do.

Fantastic experience! I really hope that this wasn't just a good day for me, but that everyone is able to share the same sentiment! I blew a tire on my trailer and had no idea where the next truck stop would be on my route! I passed these guys not knowing I could have stopped. So I called and to see if they can help me and without hesitation the answer was yes, come on back! Swung a giant u turn and checked in! I wasn't there long at all considering I was a walk-in! Anyway everyone was cool and polite and willing to help which put me at ease considering the times we are living in! All I can say is thank you and I can't even say that enough! Price was well worth it and I was still able to make my 1st delivery appointment right on time! Till we meet again, hopefully under better circumstances! Mike Giles from Giles Transport Inc!

All the guys that work their at R&j are great people!! They have great prices no one can beat the performance you get out of you vehicle after you get it back.the alignment guy's do a great job.

I've been doing business with R & J Tire for years. The staff are always friendly, and very knowledgeable about what needs to be fixed/replaced. They're one of the few places around that try and work with customers when it comes to price and labor, plus they try and get you in and out as quick as possible. I've never had an issue with their services at all. They have a lifetime customer here.

This place and the people are just absolutely awesome. We have a 2021 Dodge Charger GT and it needed the front tire repaired. 3 other tire shops wouldn't touch it because of being afraid to damage to custom rims but not RJ's. I told him the issue and he said no problem and it was no problem. They have also replaced tires on our Impala premiere and tire sensor on our HHR. Absolutely awesome work

I had a blow out on the by pass Friday evening at about 5 pm, roadside assistance was the worst but the next morning ( thanks to my son) I was able to drive right to R& J and get a new tire ~no appointment, no long wait time..service was amazing and fast and I would highly recommend this business .

R&J are exemplary of excellent customer service and good people. We were driving down the highway on the way to a wedding when our tire valve broke and started leaking air. Thankfully, we were a quick google search and half mile away from R&J. They got us back on the road in 15 mins on a busy Saturday. Amazing treatment for us out of towners.

The owners and there employees are great. I got a set of Fuel Wheels and General Grabber X3 from these guys and they did a really nice job getting the tires mounted on the wheels without scratching them. You buy your tires from them and they get rotated for free. I will continue to get my tires from them in the future.

Been going here for 5 years now, never had a problem from these guys. Great staff, will get you in and out asap. 7 bays. They also service big trucks and tractor trailers.
