I go here for an oil change only when they send me coupons. The last time they told me that I needed rear brakes even though they had been recently replaced. I had them checked by my regular tire guy a few days later and he said that the brakes were fine. They charged my stepdad $120 for an oil change on a 4-cylinder truck...rip offs.

Let's just say I brought my car in for what was found to be transmission issue. A month later I picked it up and it didn't drive the same. Then my traction control light came on. Had it towed back to service where it sat in line waiting to get worked on. Picked it up 5 days later and not sure what the technician did or did not do and on top of it the car comes out this time with brake issues and a control arm issue? Didn't have those problems when I first brought it in? And now my car does not drive the same. My car is worse than it was when it went in for the original repair issue. Not sure what the technicians did to my car but my car honestly should not be driven right now until now I have to figure out what is wrong with it when in all honesty my car was driving so much better before I even had any repairs done to it. Keep in mind my vehicle is the family vehicle to get our whole family around in and I don't even trust putting myself in it let alone my children!!! And don't let there be ANY water on the road let alone it be raining!! I am ALL OVER THE ROAD!! MY CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AT ALL AND WHEN I TOOK IT TO YOU I WASNT AFRAID TO HAVE MY CHILDREN AND FAMILY IN IT. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Gunter Service ever again!! I don't even know what to do now because my good running vehicle needs to be parked and not driven anymore! Thank you Gunter Nissan Service Department!!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

I purchased my ram brand new from this so called dealership. Their customer service is awful and their vehicle service is even worse. Waited forever to attempt to get two warranty repairs done, which never happened. They continued to make some form of excuse. Ended up selling the truck, at a loss, just so I didn t have to conduct business with them anymore! 10 out of 10 would not recommend!! I wouldn t suggest buying anything from them! Contacting dodge next, in hopes that they will remove their sponsorship before Gunter ruins their name too!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Awful experience all around tried to buy a truck three days in a row. Never could find the key every time I went there. Then I get a call saying first come first serve on a truck I had been trying to buy. Then I get there and they tell me I can t buy it even though I was first there. Then changed their mind as I was was walking to my truck. Didn t want to work on price of truck due to high demand which I understood. But then tried to charge me $700 extra for a detail that never happened. Truck was not detailed and nasty. Looked like maple syrup in the center console every where. Then Sales manager was mad cause I didn t want to pay for something that never happened to the truck. Sales manager was rude and very unprofessional. Will never return there.

Very Friendly but threw in some charges that wasn't mentioned beforehand. BEWARE. Car is making a noise in the front $115 to tell me (diagnostic test) that it is the transmission, no other details... $115 for "your transmission is making a noise". I actually would've gotten the job done here... but not now. A place that actually charges you to tell you what the problem is. $115!! then add another $79 for a alignment..yep, that was my bill..I work 2 jobs for my money we can't afford these people. Not recommended.

Inquired online for the E-price with my information and was contacted by the internet sales department saying they could not give me a price on the unit unless I come in the dealership. My time is important and wanted to agree to a deal before making the drive to the store. Was told by the Internet Manager that they could not give me price because of Identity theft issues. Was not aware giving a price would compromise anyones identity. Will mark this up as a learning experience and mark Gunter Nissan off my list for my new truck purchase this month.

Lied about prices, messed up paperwork, created a Nissan account but failed to give me the password try to reset it and link says expired even though it was just sent (tried multiple times). Slow service took almost 5 hours to even purchase a vehicle.need lease number to login to Nissan portal but they failed to give me that. Claims you can receive it through the VIN number and other information but when you put that in it says the information is wrong even though everything is correct. My advice is to go somewhere else or get a used vehicle because they will cheat you anyway they can the vehicles themselves aren t bad but the business is

Lack good customer service. They tell you to leave a callback number but never call back. Once they sell you the car they act like they can t help you. They only care about money. They tell you to buy a service pack which is 35-45$ dollars more to your bill which they tell you everything is included in that pack, but it s no use when you still have to buy a spare tire for a brand new car.

They lie to you. They said they were giving a Credit forgiveness program for a Car for people who have some credit problems, they did nothing but ran my credit and caused my scores to be come even lower after I explained my situation to them. You guessed it "no car'. Liars This is the Sales Department and Owner, Wow!!!

Quit calling my phone for sales specials. I have already told you guys several times to quit calling me, I do not want any of your vehicles. Today is 6 times you have called me in the last 9 days. I will start putting a bad review up for each time you call me. Remove my contact information immediately!
