Gunter Collision Center did an awesome job on my car. I was involved in a hit and run . But they did an excellent job! I am very satisfied with the final job that they did, and when I am ready for a complete paint job on my car, I will get them to do it for me! Michelle kept me up with everything that was happening with the car. They were just easy to work with, and they had my car repaired at the time that they said would.

Gunter Collision center went above and beyond to not only fix cosmetic damage to our family vehicle, but also helped determine the root of a totally different problem in the process. The staff was constantly communicating with me with updates throughout the entire process. They displayed a very customer oriented attitude and ensured that I was satisfied. I highly recommend their services for your repair needs.

The entire team is great. Sarah and Michelle are top notch great people who care about their customers. I always knew what the progress on my vehicle. They work for the customers. They are caring, compassionate, professional in all they do. This is my second go round. I am thankful for each of them. Keep up the great work.

If you want to make sure the job is done right, take it to Kevin at Gunter Collision Center. Major attention to detail, great customer service, and a quick turnaround time. He even handled some things that the insurance should have taken care of. Thank you again!

They called me when they found other things and let me know how much longer it would be before I got my car back , they did an out standing job on my repairs, car looks just like how I bought it!!

We had a Nissan Quest that had a leak from the windshield that messed up our radio and air controls. We had some hiccups along the way but the ladies working in the repair center were extremely helpful in every step of the repair. As of today we got our van back and everything is fully functional. The body shop received incorrect parts a couple of times and other things, but overall - we were very pleased with how everything ended.

Car was damaged during a hail storm. Had issues w/ insurance (State Farm) not wanting to pay for damaged that was estimated. The ladies in the collision center office were more than helpful in getting this taken care of. Car looks amazing! Thank you ladies!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Awesome place to take your vehicle for repairs. I couldn't be more pleased than I am. Kevin did an amazing job at keeping me up-to-date. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and very helpful!

I won't do business with the mechanic department again. They put a used tire on my car and swears it was brand new. I know it isn't because the one they replaced has no tread on it at all. The guys in the service department was rather rude and because I'm a woman they think I'm stupid. I have bought my last two vehicles there but I will ride horse and buggy before I ever buy there again. I am also telling anyone that will listen to think twice before doing business with this establishment!!Service: Tires
