Took my car here for some fixes and they gave me an estimate that was completely different when I received the final bill. They consistently lied about giving me the whole estimate when in reality they kept some fees hidden. After I picked up my car, there were noticeable body damages that weren t there before and my instrument cluster, that they replaced without informing me first, was an additional 10,000+ miles. These people, especially Rob, are very dishonest, A1 con artists and some of the most ignorant and arrogant people I ve met. Terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed with my experience here and do not recommend anyone coming here for ANYTHING

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Rob is a lying cheat who over changed me and provided terrible service. Avoid at all cost! There are plenty of better vehicle services in Richmond.

Needed my car towed and these guys showed up within 30 minutes and quickly and competently hooked up my car to the wrecker. They also have me a ride to the repair shop in the wrecker.Great service and good price!

Dont come to rob he states a repair will cost a certain amount to get you into the shop to then start adding on random fees without explanation my cars issue also almost immediately came back after my repair they did a sloppy job on the repair and charged an outrageous amount with the hidden fees would not recommend this shop to my worse enemy

I have used Willow Lawn Service Station twice now and I have been very pleased both times. Each time they have explained the issue in a way that I could understand what needed to be done. I will continue to use them for all of my car needs. In addition to great customer service they have always done the needed work in a timely and cost effective way. I appreciate their honesty and straight forwardness.

Worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Cannot recommend them to anyone for any service regardless of how simple. Not only did they not call me and tell me that they broke a piece of my truck, but they replaced it and charged me without calling or saying anything. No mention of price was ever made until they ran the card and handed me the bill. On top of that, they also up charged insanely for all items. I don't know about most people but I can buy a container of coolant/antifreeze for a little over $10 at a local auto parts store whereas they'll charge you $20 for something they had on hand.

Excellent service provider!I recently took 2 vehicles into them for service.They removed and replaced all 4 tires, did alignment and inspection on my Jeep and did not find any mechanical issues nor did they suggest i fix anything.The second vehicle is a pre-owned Toyota which i just purchased. I wanted them to assess the vehicle to determine if anything needed to be fixed and give a tune up.They called back and said the cost was 49.00. I called back about 4 times and asked about the brake and alignment they said.... it is okhow about a tune up... it is okhow about timing belt... it is ok.how about oil change it is ok.They reported the vehicle was in excellent condition and i did not need to do any of the things i asked about.Not once did they try to sell me any unnecessary service but were forthright. They are very good people and would definitely use them again.Service: Brake service & repair

Honest work at fair prices. As a woman who drives an older vehicle I can't count the times places have tried to rip me off. I was recommended to this shop by my brother & legit I'll never let anyone else service my car. Everyone who works there is super nice, spends the time to explain things to you & always has my vehicle ready at the time they set.

Rob at Willow Lawn Service Center has been great to work with. I ve had my Land Cruiser in for work a few times, recently getting headers and cat back exhaust installed. He was able to get my truck in quickly and had the tricky install done by the next day.Whenever any of our vehicles need service I ll be bringing them back to their garage.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with.I can deal with (to some extent) people being rude but Rob and Chip go beyond that. They are dishonest people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE even for an inspection. I brought my vehicle in and was told it would take a day. It ended up taking four days and they didn't even identify the issue. They did absolutely no work on my car and charged me $300 for a diagnosis.

Had a minor issue with my car that needed quick attention. I could not have asked for a better experience. They took of the issue quickly, without an appointment, and charged me a very reasonable price. I will definitely go back to this place.

I have a Tundra with large 35inch tires . The spare could not fit under the bed as designed . I was referred to Rob by a 4x4 specialty shop . Rob was able to fabricate a way so that I could put the spare under the bed safely. Looks great and frees my truck bed of that huge spare . Reasonably priced . He even called to follow up on how I liked it . Good guy.

I needed a new battery quickly and was at the shop before it officially opened. They were able to get a new battery and replace it, and also performed the state inspection. Highly recommended with great friendly staff

This place is a total sham when it comes to inapections. They actually put your car on a lift and try to find things that they think you will need to get fixed and will fail your inspection for them.Then they say "we can fix these things for you" implying that you have to have them fixed before you can pass an inspection which is a load of bull. They just want to corner you into getting mechanic work done.

I've lived in Richmond 30 some-odd years, and taking my vehicles to dozens of repair, and Willow lawn service center has been my single worst experience!!!!
