The online experience is very easy to navigate and they were very prompt and responsive. All requests seem to have been done well and the price for oil change/tire rotation was reasonable. The only thing I didn t like is they suggested changing my air filters for like $100, which is exorbitant, and after checking the filters they didn t really need them. I just declined that service, though, and they weren t pushy about it over the phone.

Great spot. Have had my Nissan serviced here a lot the past year (unfortunately, lol). Williams is always GREAT with communication and service. They do quick fast work that s top notch. Even will follow up to see how the car is doing which is really appreciated. It s nice knowing when you have a car issue that Williams has your back. They earned my service!

I had a slow leak in my tire, as alot of people did that day. I was seen quickly, and they were very patient explaining what was wrong with my tire, even showed me pictures! The price was reasonable and I am back on the road safely. I have already recommended them to several friends! The guys at the front desk are super cool and friendly too! I hope to not have to go back because who wants car issues, but I know exactly where i'm going if something happens again!

Williams Auto agreed to perform a state inspection on a Saturday despite their full schedule. I dropped off the car and they called when the inspection was complete. Great job and professional! Thanks guys!

Williams is a good place to go. They offer quality service and a fair price. They also have a rewards oil change program which is pretty cool. They follow up after you visit to make sure everything is good with your vehicle. Good people most importantly. I ll be going back.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my car in for a state inspection. Since it's a first come first serve type of service, I showed up, and waited on-site while the inspection was done. The team was very attentive and made the process pretty darn easy.

This was my first time using this shop and they were awesome. I love that they called and texted me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me the option to buy online or in person. They did check on other items I had that could very well be an issue late, they weren't pushy for me to get it done, which is why i will be coming back to them to have it completed. The staff was funny and friendly I overall had a wonderful experience.

For over 5 years I've been taking my car to Williams Auto. I've brought them a variety of vehicles over that time, many of them being hybrid and requiring specific and nuanced knowledge and approaches that are key and critical to the success of the assessment and remediation of those unique vehicles.There's a reason why my family has kept going back to Williams Auto. Not only do they have fair pricing, they offer outstanding service. I have never in my life bad a more positive experience with any service provider of any kind across all of the verticals in which I offer my business to. The key word here is consistency.Williams Auto has a consistent and proven track record of offering exemplary service. I would strongly recommend and encourage anyone in the Richmond Area to give them a chance to show you what they've shown me. Took my car in for its annual inspection on a Friday, failed for a taillight and cracked wiper blades. After making the repairs needed I went back the following Tuesday and passed. I did not have to pay an additional inspection fee. This is my second time going to Williams Auto for inspection and they were pleasant and I didn t have to wait very long. I was also informed of brake services that I would be needing soon.Service: Vehicle Inspection

No stars. Don t take any vehicle here. Over $100 for just a diagnosis. They don t even talk. They yell at you, try to make you sound stupid or making up stuff and couldn t care less about anything but bottom dollar. Then they try to sugar coat you after giving pushback about simple questions like did the vehicle get test driven . In a voicemail after no resolve was made. Didn t find out anything I already knew or was notified of before. Don t believe anything from this place. Save yourselves from them and anyone you know. When I went in to pay this outrageous bill they didn t even look at me. Unacceptable.Update: see even after you call them out all they can say is we are sorry you didn t like the price and testing price. Gaslighting rude and disrespectful behavior isn t even a joke. If I could put a thumbs down I would. People need better service and better people, not this business nor those people. So dissatisfied and disappointing.

Williams Auto was the easiest state inspection experience I ve had since moving to Virginia in 2019. They were professional, fast and helpful. i ve never once written a google review but i feel compelled to now based on my experience here. i took my car to a different auto shop for my yearly state inspection and was told i needed $1,900 worth of exorbitant repairs just for it to pass (which i immediately knew wasn t right, hence why i took it elsewhere). i then took my car to williams and they told me i that i only needed two bulbs replaced for $15 a piece to pass inspection. i greatly appreciate that these people didn t try to take advantage of me for being a young woman. i highly recommend this body shop!

The staff here I interacted with was very professional and courteous. The prices were reasonable. They quoted me a 2 hour time frame and kept their word although I had to get a few extra things done. Great service! I will be returning.

I came in, having previously done an inspection, to address one of the issues that needed a repair that I saved up to get done. I dropped off my car and was called the next day saying they heard something wrong with the breaks so I have to pay for a new inspection for 70 dollars. I get the report back and it lists everything from the last report that I already knew about the car, and nothing about the breaks at all. When I came in to ask them about this, they said there was never a note in my file about a sound with the breaks, and I d have to pay for the second inspection regardless of them not having an explanation as to why I got that call. After talking to two people for ten minutes a third person walked into the room and told me that I didn t know what was wrong with my car, even though it was my second inspection to come back with the same issues. Don t know why he d tell me what I do or don t know having just walked in but you can interpret that however you d like. I have to get my state inspection done next month and will have to pay for the same information again so it makes no sense for me to have voluntarily gotten this inspection now unless there was a malfunction with my brakes that I didn t know about. I have a baby and can t risk driving with bad brakes, but given that they had no record of what I was told on the phone, it feels like I was lied to so I d have another inspection. Trying to talk to them was pointless, especially when the 3rd person walked in, it felt like they honored a culture of saying anything to disregard me. I paid 70 dollars to get mykeys back and find people I can trust.

I went in there not really knowing what was going on with my car and immediately someone was up and willing to check on things for me. I knew I maybe needed oil or something and the gentlemen walked out checked my oil for me and informed me of information that will be super helpful in the future. He then added oil for me, all within a 20 minute span. I was in and out of there. They were all super respectful and helpful!

If they actually would've fixed the problem to my truck i would've gave them better ratings. They're good with oils changes and inspections tho.. They fixed a problem on my truck but not the initial problem i brought it in for.

Can t brag on this service team enough. I was traveling to Richmond from Kentucky to visit relatives and my truck stared hang issues about 20 miles outside of town on a Saturday at noon. I called the location and explained my situation and needed their help to get me back on the road for a Sunday return home. Without hesitation, they told me to get it to them as quickly as I could and they would do everything they can to get me back on the road. Well, to say they delivered, is an understatement! They diagnosed an alternator issue, called me with the estimate and had me back on the road in 2 hours. Thanks to the team!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Just got my truck back from being diagnosed at Toyota. These guys won't even give me a quote without me paying them to do their own diagnostic. This alone screams that this company is alllll about milking you for ever cent they possible can. Avoid avoid avoid.

I had such a great experience here. I called twenty minutes before I came and they were instantly able to fit me in. Everyone was friendly and cordial and I was out in 30 minutes, with a detailed report of what was done. This was genuinely the best experience I ve had at an auto service.

This place was crazy busy! I needed an alignment and oil change. I had called for an appointment earlier in the week and was told they do it by walk in. When I got there I had an hour wait which was ok with me. If you wanted a state inspection the wait was 4 hours!!! He recommends dropping your car off if possible. They did a great job on my car, and the price was reasonable. The staff is friendly, and the owner does a great job of informing you about your repairs and other things the tech noticed while doing the work requested. So, no complaints from me, and I will be back! That's saying something since I drove an hour to get there! Thanks guys!

I want to give a huge shout out to Williams Auto on Cowardin Ave. They have helped me and my car so many times and I am overdue bragging about them. They offer advice and easy communication to help me keep my old car running well. Most recently I had to get a new engine. Matt at Williams Auto was very sensitive giving me the bad news and was quick to reassure me the right decision was to replace the engine vs. buying a new car. They also fixed and recharged my air conditioner for free. I feel like I m driving a new car now. I can t thank them enough. I ve been a steady customer for four years and continue to remain one.
