We hit a pothole and had a flat tire. Although nobody picked up the phone, when my family brought the car in, they were able to assist with all the parts right away. The waiting room area was very nice with an espresso machine. The people there were very nice and helpful. It was close to restaurants in walking distance. While waiting for the repair, walking to get food was possible.

Good work and timely but not impressed with the staff. Dropped a vehicle off for service. I had no appointment but was dropping off and made no request for when I needed it to be completed. Had more than one complain about no appointment. In discussing making an appointment, I was told it could be 4 weeks out. How do I know when I will need maintenance 4 weeks out?? Also failed to provide me a price on replacement of a cabin air filter. On pick up, I was charged $100 to change a filter.

From my sales person to service. I def have a soft spot for the TEAM here! Lee is my fave service tech there. Positive, funny, helpful and can take a bit of harassing! Always important when dealing with customers. Due to my positive experience since purchasing my Santa Fe a cpl years ago. I likely won't go anywhere else for my next vehicle.

i mean oil change was good and all but when they took off the oil change interval sticker they didn't bother cleaning off the residue, i tried getting it off with just a microfiber cloth and it didn't come off, might need Windex or goo gone, they need to find better stickers or clean it off before returning car

I had a wonderful experience at location, this is my first hyundai. I normally drive a Dodge. I'm learning. And they are allowing me to ask the questions and giving me the answers that I need.

Nice waiting area! I was able to test drive several vehicles.Very good selections & prices negotiable! I went home in my new smaller SUV after a very informative salesman walked me through the process!

This would be the second time I've taken my car in for issues. Though the prices are high for parts and Labor, the customer service of the service center is top notch. I never felt like I was being cheated, which is a concern being a woman. I was given all the information up front and my service tech Paul is the best. I never had to worry that my car wasn't going to have the best service.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Denise at West Broad Hyundai took my call in search of the right sized replacement OE tire for the Palisade and was able to squeeze me into a busy schedule for an urgent tire replacement. Prioritizing an urgent tire replacement demonstrated exemplary customer service and judgement by Denise. West Broad Hyundai should be proud to have Denise.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement
