It has been almost 20 years since I bought a car! My Honda S2000 is still going strong with 62,000 miles! However, it is time to get into the modern age. Antonio helped me to do that! He explained that the modern cars are a moving laptop computer with all the electronics. Boy was he correct! So, he sold me a Honda Accord Hybrid Sport! It is a great car! Thanks Antonio!

I had met Kevin in the past when he was selling cars to my parents, but this was my first time buying something from him and I would give him a 10/10 he made the process super easy explained every detail to me so I wasn t jumping head first into something I couldn t handle and he ultimately had his customers best interest at heart. He is sweet and funny, but above all else I appreciate his impeccable professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone who is buying a car through West Broad Honda. I love my Honda Civic. We worked with Kevin Smith on our purchase and did it all over the phone based on the information listed online. Kevin came through with the car we were looking for within a very reasonable amount of time and we could not locate this exact car anywhere else in the region. Kevin was very good with communication and kept us up-to-date. The car was ready and we were in and out of the dealership when we purchased it. Great job to Kevin and his team.

This is a nice, low-key dealership. Rob Ramer is a sales veteran, but in a good way, and will not pressure you or use any kind of tricky tactics. The F&I guy Phil Noel was respectful and courteous and did not push aftermarket products on me. Highly recommended.

I m a little late but I got an oil change in January. Personally I ve never had a bad experience at West Broad Honda. Waylon Lloyd was very helpful while my car was getting serviced. He s helped me in the past a few times. This time I was interested in changing my headlights to LED. He took the time out to get me the necessary information. I could get my car service at a much closer Honda but to me it s worth the extra drive. It s where I got my car and I ve built a trusting relationship with them.

The folks at West Broad Honda are so wonderful to work with. My salesman, Rob, was patient and accommodating each time I visited the dealership and kept me updated while we waited for delivery of my car. I received a very strong value for my trade-in - much more than any other dealer including CarMax. Phil in the finance department took time to get to know me as a person and helped ensure that I will have peace of mind about my car for many years to come. All around it was a no pressure, ENJOYABLE car buying experience! Couldn t recommend West Broad Honda more!

Brought on my car for service on Saturday. They were attending other people but the young lady was quick to say that she would be with me shortly. She was very kind and attentive. Once my car was serviced a gentleman informed my car was ready. Both were very kind and sincere in the heir efforts to ensure my cars care was paramount to me.

Our experience in purchasing a new Honda Passport was exceptional. Wendy spent a lot of time showing us vehicles and test driving them to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was professional, friendly and a great communicator. Her supervisors and coworkers were equally professional and helpful. Best experience we ve ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Brought a vehicle in for maintenance and was treated poorly by the male service assistants. One of them directed me to a female to get help and she was very knowledgeable and helped me right away. The males either refused or were incapable of properly handling my service request. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Buying a car, in the past, has been an event I dreaded. My experience at West Broad Honda was incredibly smooth and easy. Dave Sewell, my sales consultant, was so professional and pleasant. He showed me what vehicles where available with my specifications (sunroof, a must). I found the perfect car within 10 minutes of my visit. The next day I came back to finalize the sale, and Phil Noel, business manage, had all the forms ready for me to sign regarding financing, and I was out the door in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Dave if you are in the market for a new Honda. I know he will do his best to find you your perfect car!

I had a really positive experience buying a new car through West Broad Honda. Mark Stigall was great to work with, very personable and helpful, with no hint of the dreaded sales pressure. He stayed late even though he had somewhere to be, making sure we were taken care of. Tim Cartwright made the financing process as enjoyable and efficient as possible, and also didn't put pressure on us to choose any options we didn't want. I also want to mention Saul Kazdal, who was very kind and helpful in giving me advice about my previous car and recommending a great body shop as well. All around a really fantastic team!

Took my Honda HRV 2023 for serviceAnd it looks like a rush job at first I thoughtThey forgot to put enough oil so I put 3 quarts than 1 month later again same problem than one morning I wake up to warm the car up and a loud noise from the engine bay nocking so I check for oil and my luck is dry no oil I put 3 more quartsAnd I see a lot of oil stains on the garage floor and I did not believe my wife so I lift the car up and my luck so I took picturesOf it this is very dangerous and if the engine got damage I m 100% sure they would not covered it because they all waysBlame it on someone elseThanks Honda techs

This awesome man made the VERY BEST Birthday for my Wife on February 16th!! We purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite, with the Black Trim/Wheel package, and WE LOVE OUR NEW VEHICLE!!!! This post is specifically about their service department. Waylon was a nice guy and very communicative but the dealership as a whole cannot be forgiven. Our 2016 Honda with 125k miles had transmission totally go despite bringing it into a Honda dealership for service at least every 30k miles. WBH quoted us more than $9,000 for a new transmission and a Lube, Oil, Filter, or said they would only give us $1,000 trade in. They are selling these cars for more than $15,000 and would have their own guys throw in a transmission and immediately flip it, but offered us $1,000 dollars. Honda America offered no assistance and we had the work done elsewhere for FAR cheaper.

Drove 1.5 hours to see a car that I had been looking at online and when I arrived they had it out there for me to test drive within 10 minutes. Car was in very good condition. Went inside to talk numbers and during that process, multiple people stopped by to see if we needed any refreshments. The car salesman, Mark, answered all my questions as well as the finance manager, Tim, when talking about the numbers and warranty option. Being that the car has just been traded in, it needed to be cleaned and detailed. They had all that done while I was signing paperwork. Ended up driving home in that car and I couldn t be happier with my experience. Everyone there was friendly. Overall a very good experience dealing with this dealership.

Chris CD was incredibly helpful finding me the right car for my budget and getting me through the leasing process! West Broad Honda Dealership in Richmond is the one of THE WORST WORST dealershipI had visited this dealership before few days ago for transmission fluid change and they told me there is s Recall on Radio and Back camera and they offer to do this Recall for, I agreed and I left the car with themAfter I picked up the car from the I noted that the break hold push bottom switch is not working also all the dashboard panels is open so I went to my friend he is mechanic and he found the harness of the switch is open also all the clips that hold the panels is broken SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO VISIT THE SERVICE OF THIS DEALE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THE DID BIG DAMAGES IN MY CARSEE THE ATTACHED PHOTOS

The service department deserves less than 1 star. My wife scheduled a tire rotation and oil change. 3 weeks later after she complained of an odd noise coming from the front of the car. Upon inspection I noticed 2 lug nuts missing from the left front tire plus a 3rd lug nut that I removed by hand. Spoke to the service manager who immediately apologized, offered free oil changes ( to which I declined). Only asked that they review the work and get her car back to safe working condition. Upon inspection said that wheel and hub had corrosion build up which they cleaned. Why wasn t this discovered 3 weeks prior??To add insult to injury they went from free oil changes to charging $180. Really?? Certainly not the money but the principle of not treating customers fairly. They have lost us as customers. After putting my family s lives in danger they put the money ahead of customer service.

We had such a great experience with West Broad Honda. Chris CD was our sales consultant and was really great to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to navigate us through the sales process- even answering texts and questions on weekends and after hours. I never felt pressured throughout the experience and felt like he gave exactly the right amount of freedom for me to make my own decisions about which car was right for us. When it was time to settle up with Honda, we worked with Timmie to sign all of the paperwork and had the same great experience! While maintaining the utmost professionalism, we also felt like we were chatting with an old friend. I really can t say enough good things about our experience with West Broad Honda, Chris and Timmie and we will continue to go back over and over again!
