I came at 6:27pm and how much they could offer me is a quote, after making a half-hour trip they couldn t change my tire. There was no car outside, according to the dispatcher they had already finished choosing their last car. I

I took my car in today to have all four of my tires change there was some confusion when I first dropped my car off about what tire size then once that situation was cleared up I received another phone call stating that they were unable to remove my lug nuts off my tire. After having to make two trips which I had to get a ride for I had to then take my vehicle that had a flat tire to a tire place right up the street and they were able to change my tires with no issue. please make sure the people that you have working for you in that department are competent and able to do their job also make sure that you have the equipment to be able to do the services that you offer. I would not recommend your tire division or will be back for service

I purchased tires from them but they put on a different tire size tires then what I purchased and put warranty on. The manager was going back and fourth with me like having wrong tire sizes can t cause stability issues along with other issues that can t lead to people getting hurt due to that type of negligence. With a big mistake like that you would think they could at least honor their tire road hazard warranty.

I went there waited for over 2 hours i go ask the attendant how much longer he says another 2 hours at least the guy never told me it would be this long when i got there i would not hace stayed and wasted 2 hours...everyone nice but the service itself was disappointing. I read some of their reviews but i wanted to see for myself

Yesterday the customer service was so bad I left without getting service. Today was much better , a newer employee helped me out today I think it was his second day. His name started with an S . He was great !

I just left this walmart automotive and the customer service was excellent. The woman who assisted me at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. She took my personal needs into consideration and helped me get to work on time. I was able to get an oil change and battery in 40 minutes. I showed up with car trouble and in a bad mood and left smiling. The people here make all the difference!

Absolutely terrible. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Receptionist kept saying sorry I have customers in front of you me you need to stay on hold. I then came in for an appointment at 2, did some grocery shopping and came back at 3 because I had not been called yet. Looked in the parking lot and had to POINT OUT that my car had not been taken back yet for service. They did nothing to recover the service- didn t even apologize for the mess up. Brought my car back at 330 to finally change the tire. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning.

(Henrico County WalMart Auto Service center, tire replacement):Helpful, fast, and friendly auto service center staff worked effectively to help get my son and I back on the road.While we waited we watched the staff members working diligently to ensure the other customers were also taken care of. Of note, team member William deserves a special mention for being exceptionally helpful getting customers sorted with the right parts.

Does the auto center make up their own hours? Posted hours say 7a-6p ..yesterday they didn t open at 7, was told they may open at noon and closed at 4. Today I was told they will open at 9. Accurate posted hours would be helpful.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

Got my oil changed here about a month ago. My engine blew.... Due to no oil in the engine. My engine does not leak. Either it wasn't filled properly or the filter/drain plug wasnt in correctly. Now I'm without a vehicle because of someones negligence. Thanks walmart.

Waited for more than two hours for an oil change. Although the store was not busy, the staff was taking their time. They were just walking around, chit chat with coworker, answering their phones and like an hide and seek game, going to check a car once after a while.

Never answer the phone on the phone it ranged for 1h I drive up there just get my question answered and they're all goofing off very horrible customer service Then when I asked my question to them they have a bad attitude problem. Will never shop here again I'll take the extra 45mins to mechanicsville next time.

awful....NineMileRoad Walmart needs a complete overhaul. The employees may benefit from some sort of incentive program. Rude, not customer oriented at ALL.

The phone number was either bogus or they NEVER answer it...actually call times out at 17 minutes while waiting for an answer on 2 separate occasions! Absolutely deplorable and unproductive!
