Employees (Felix and Rachell) continually misgendered me and refused to complete order claiming they needed my ID when there was no indication of required ID for pickup order.

When I went it to this Walmart the other day (9/14/23), it had changed quite a bit as far as the staff & their helpfulness. At the front of the self check-out, I asked, "Where are the tires?" The person looked confused so I asked, "Where is the auto section?" He said, "Go to customer service," & pointed to the front. He seemed annoyed. Instead I looked around for the auto section. A man there was on his smart phone when I asked if they sold or ordered tires there. He could barely answer & kept looking at his phone. The non-verbal message was: "GO AWAY!" This store has really gone downhill in a short period of time.

Did not do everything on their checklist, but said that they did. Realized it after I got home and looked at it closer. Did not appreciate that, and I paid for the high mileage service, which means you're supposed to get a little bit extra than just standard service. Did not appreciate that AT ALL!!!

I came in with a tire that kept losing air. They worked quickly to find the tire and found a nail that was a bit hidden. Customer service was great and they were very careful with my car and my keys. Will definitely be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

The one guy that runs the place has been there for a few years now. Super nice guy, and very quick on the oil changes. I'm thankful when I go there and I see him.

3rd time I ve been here within scheduled hours per the site and they have either been closed or Try n me away saying they are already closed. Someone needs to update the site or have a sign somewhere stating new hours. They used to be good. Dunno now since I can t seem to get serviced. Other reviews state the same. You d think someone would take a hint.

Excellent service. Fast friendly associates. Cashier Rachell was very friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend you go here for all your car care needs. The service desk associates on 12-31-22 was very rude and took their time before waiting on us. Service desk gave very Poor service.

Always great, fast and helpful customer service. Bought new tires and had a flat on 95S. Brought the tire in to be replaced and it was done within 45 minutes. Only problem was my not purchasing the road hazard warranty. The tire would have cost me nothing. Lesson learned. Thank you to the mechanic who was so helpful

I'm bought Goodyear tires for my 2018 Dodge caravan. They were reasonably priced and they performed very well. The problem I have is that the technician did not properly balance the tires!When I brought the vehicle back 2 weeks later, in order to have the tires properly balanced, they performed the service but still the tires were not properly balanced!The cashier who was not very friendly and only vaguely professional tried to tell me that I was only eligible for one balance, but my receipt clearly showed that I paid for lifetime balance! The technician performed the service but still didn't get it correct!I don't have time to go back and forth because of the same problem! I'm going to try the 9 Mile Road location if they will get it done right!I'm not going back to buy tires, or any auto service, from walmart!Service: Auto tire replacement

The hours are incorrect. Every time I take my car there, they have an excuse about why they can't service me. It appears that they have some staffing shortages. I wouldn't expect a big company like Walmart to be so poorly managed. If they need more workers then they should make it a priority to hire new technicians instead of giving subpar service to its customers.

Hours are incorrect everywhere. "Staffing issues" has evidently meant that the auto center is only open from 7am-3pm. The hours on the website say they are open until 7, even the text message that they send you when your car is ready says "your car is ready, please pick it up. We are open until 6pm today." But if you show up after 3pm there is no one there who can help you.

11 months ago I bought Goodyear Viva 3 tires at Walmart, they assured me of a 60,000 mi warranty on normal wear and tear. The vehicle was driven 16,000 miles and the tires went completely bald. When I stopped here to claim the warranty they said they couldn t help and I had to call Goodyear. Turns out they are Walmart brand tires that they slapped the Goodyear name on, and Walmart is supposed to fulfill the warranty on them. I m beyond disgusted by the unhelpful and deceitful practices here. The manager was totally unhelpful and unprofessional. I will NEVER have any service from Walmart again.

All things considered the tire repair went well. Although it did take about 3 hours to get to my vehicle even though I arrived 20 minutes after opening on a Saturday morning. In their defense there was only one tire guy in, so I guess it is what it is. No wheel alignment done here though. The staff was great so thank you Wal-Mart I'll be back!

I've had a good experience here before but just walked in at 2:40 and was told they were closed for the day. I asked if that was every day and she said yes, 7:30 - 3. OK, so 1) it is 20 minutes before 3. 2) hours listed as being open until 6.

Ordered my tire online for same day pick up the day before. I got there and they couldn't find my order had to cancel it so now I'm waiting on a refund, and had to pay for the tire twice. All in all the whole process took over 2 hours to get one tire put on my car. Very disorganized and uninformed staff had mixed up cars for other customers and didn't even know who's was whose. They also charge you more to have a tire put on that you buy from them than if you were to bring one in. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated.

Had an awesome customer experience at this Walmart Auto Center yesterday. I requested a last-minute battery diagnosis and then required a new battery to be install in my car. Customer service was great, and they did everything quick.

Employees were very nice. However, I had to go to Advance Auto to buy my oil filter -spent 8 for it and they only gave me a 2.00 credit.. Also, it took them about 20 min just to open the hood. Definitely would consider another place if you are in a rush

Terrible experience today! The lady who took my order was not helpful at all, when I asked for a time estimate for my oil change service, she said 30 min, I ended up waiting for 2 hours. The manager didn't seem to care about customers. They have to improve a lot their customer service skills and time management.

Walmart put the wrong battery in my car, 9 months later when it stop working They didn't want to honor their warranty with the right battery. Tried to charge me for a new battery instead of paying the difference. Frick & frack putting the battery in tried to tell me I needed a starter when that didn't work, they said an alternator. I came their straight from the dealership mechanic shop, they said the battery was no good. Nothing about my starter or alternator came up on the diagnostic. However the young lady(Sharday) working was the only one that knew what she was doing

This was a pleasant experience, considering that it was a routine oil change. Destiny Hill provided me with an accurate estimation of the timeframe and price, which made my busy morning that much easier to negotiate. The crew working in the bay handled my vehicle as delicately as a Rolls-Royce! Attention to detail, prompt service, and a friendly staff are all reasons why I will continue to bring my vehicles to Wal-Mart for oil changes and tire services!

Not a place I'm carrying my car to have work done , only reason I was there was to have a tire plugged employee could not find leak even after showing him general area of leak . From start to finish of job was over an hour !

Call to see what time I could get a oil change on a Sunday. They said the shop closes at 5. I said could I make a appointment at 4 and they said we don't make appointments but that I could still get a oil change at that time. I got there at 4 and the shop was closed I was very disappointed because I rushed over there. Bummer

Under new management has made them better. Service is fast and efficient and also pleasureable. I stopped going there for a while but I would recommend going there now. Earlier you go the better if you go later in the day it's going to be busy. If you go early in the morning you'll be in and out within 20-25 minutes.
