I went to this location because the reviews were good. But now I am under the impression that the employees are creating the reviews for the company. I went to see about purchasing four new tires and when I got there the employee was on the phone looking at me standing at a locked door in the cold and walking back to my vehicle. All while another employee stands and watch as well. The kicker is no soon as I walk away from the door he gets off the phone, stands Up, walks to the wall, and still watches me walk back to my vehicle to leave. The opening time of this company needs to change to 8:00 am or 8:30 am if they're going to be asinine about potential new customers coming at 7:40 am when the starting operation hours is 7:30 am ( the hours are online and in the door) That isn't how you operate a business.

Very professional and fast. John and the Crew keep this place running like a well oiled machine. Be sure to call ahead, you'll need an appointment as they are always busy. Spicer Automotive recommended this place years ago for my tire Sensors to be replaced, and any other tire issues. I drive here from Midlothian, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Guys!

Bought 4 new tires from here a couple of months ago and had a very good experience. Recently had to get a new tire after a pothole took one out. Great experience both times.

I had a flat on a brand new tire (purchased from another shop) that had 2 miles on it.They could have charged me more, but since I only needed a new valve stem, the repair cost was less.Everyone was very friendly, and this is the shop I will use going forward.There is plenty of comfortable seating the the huge waiting area, which doubles as a mini automotive antigues museum.

Excellent customer service. Warren helped to find heavy load original factory tires for my Tesla Model 3. The tires needed to be special ordered, but Vonderlehr Tire Pros was still able to take delivery and schedule the install within just a couple of days! And, they beat the price of the Tesla service center by about $20/tire. Great service plus great pricing equals maximum value. Thanks Vonderlehr Tire Pros!

The staff at Vonderlehr Tire Pros are professional, courteous and quick. The team got me back on the road as they always do in the least amount of time as possible. Popped in on my lunch break earlier today, and even though they were really busy, they made time to detect the holes and repair the leaks in my tire. Thanks guys

The day before taking a long road trip, we had a tire that started leaking air. I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule. Within about 45 minutes, they patched the tire and only charged $25 for their work (vs trying to upsell me new tires like most other dealerships).Richard was extremely professional and I'll be back to see them when its time for new tires or another repair!

Update 11/15/23: yesterday had to get a flat tire blowout replaced last minute. They were able to match up a comparable tire and install in less than 45min, to get me back on the road. Definitely recommend these guys. John V helped me out at the desk. John offered the option to match tire exactly, but would have to wait until the next day.Previous visit several years ago:Great customer service, patient with us as we selected tires and options for them to deal with. Great prices as well. Warren and the rest of the employees are top notch.

Very solid outfit. I had a screw in my tire causing a leak and these guys fixed me up in 15 minutes and made sure my other three tires were balanced and good to go. Only $25 for the patch. Happy to have a reliable place like this nearby!

Great experience! New tires installed on new rims I provided. Communicative, transparent, answered all my questions and helped me narrow down choice of tires based on what I was looking for in a tire. Price quoted was price charged. Will definitely use Vonderlehr again when buying tires.

Best tire professions anywhere! I have bought my tires there for 35 years. Also had tires rotated there and while I have needed few repairs they have done those also. No fuss. Quick, friendly and highly competent service. They don t try to sell you the most expensive tires but my tires usually last 60K miles without problem. I haven t shopped tires in many years because I know I will get the best deal at Vondelehr.

I had to visit the shop to get a new tire. The whole staff was friendly, especially Richard. I appreciate him wanting to get the job done immediately, rather than lingering around. I could not recommend this shop more. Very quality work, quick and efficient.

They are quick. They are a good deal. But I got told that they won't charge you for anything you don't need which is awesome but then I was told that I cost them $90 today. It's very degrading to hear that you cost the company you like money and then not have any real explanation I don't think I'll be going back because of this moment I've gotten three sets of tires from them and it's heartbreaking to hear the customer service be so wretched

I've been taking my car here for tires for over 5 years, they were a recommendation from the shop I've been going to for longer than that, and they have always been courteous, quick, friendly and professional. They know what's going on with your tires, don't overcharge you, and will get you going on your way as easy as possible. They are very busy so if you can, make an appointment!

The owner/workers do NOT like to honor tire warranties. Unfortunately for me, I was waiting for 2-1/2 HOURS with no service being done to my car the last Saturday before Christmas. He also llied to me about my place in line. And then they closed on me. Just because I refused to waive my warranty and pay out of pocket. I CANT support these guys.

After wheel alignment they made wounds on my all wheel.Not in the data base means you just charged money and didn't do anything.

I called in about a flat tire and was able to get an appointment the same day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, and it only cost $20 to repair the tire. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about questions I had. I really appreciate that the staff gave me information without pressuring me to buy anything. They get you what you need and don't push you for more like most auto shops do. I highly recommend!

Notes: Call ahead! Excellent and honest service. I'm definitely using them again in the future.Having been burned by another business in Lakeside, I've been a bit leery about going to another mechanic for fear of getting fleeced. After looking at Google reviews, I decided to call Vonderlehr to schedule an appointment for a front end alignment, knowing that my right front tire was getting pretty thin.I'd called on a Friday, but there weren't any openings, so I scheduled for early on Tuesday. It didn't take them long to get my car and take a look at it, and they were up front in that there was a chance that I'd need a full 4-wheel alignment, if it was bad enough. After a bit, one of the mechanics came and let me know that my front tire was worn through, and it would be too dangerous to ride out on. He offered to find a tire that matched the new ones I had on the back, which was reasonably priced and came with a good guarantee / included balancing in the future.He even went so far as to rotate my new tires up, and make sure everything was set with the tire I had to buy. In the end, I wasn't charged for anything that I wasn't made well aware of, and I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me in any way. I was out in about an hour, and the service was excellent. I'm really glad to have found a mechanic that I can trust, and I plan on going back in the future for other service needs.

I never ever leave reviews but I wanted to recommend this place. Called the day of for a concern regarding my tire. Fit me in the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour that same evening. Fast, professional, and very reasonable prices! Thank you for a great job.
