Let me tell you about this AMAZING Valvoline! When I say these guys are professional, quick and knowledgeable about all products and services I mean just that. They took their time to assess every issue I had and took great care of my husband and I! Thank you SO much to Donovan, JR, Freddy & Von (who knows that Cars is definitely an elite Disney movie )! You guys truly blessed us today. Keep up the great work you guys!

Jevon was extremely helpful and provided me with stellar customer service. He explained to me why oil change prices had gone up so much for my type of vehicle and how putting the correct oil in it will extend the life of my vehicle, considering the age of my vehicle.Overall it was a good experience, and the first time I didn't have to get out of my car for an oil change. Additionally, I was happy to receive my senior citizen discount which saved me 10%Jevon was super kind, efficient, and the manager Daniel was also super friendly.I highly recommend you visit this location. Always a good experience at Valvoline instant oil change. Everyone was professional, kind, and thorough. All the staff were covid compliant. Even though they were very busy they were still able to get us out within 20 minutes. The grounds are clean and everything is tidy. They get better every time I go there.

First time there and my experience was wonderful. The young man that facilitated the service was Damte and he was a pleasure. Service was great, he was personable, professional, and welcoming. This is definately my new oil change spot. Price point was also reasonable.

I visited this location for an oil change for my 2019 Ford Edge. I typically go to the dealer down the street but they had too many customers. I had a positive experience at a different location with an older vehicle so assumed I would have no issue. During the oil change, just from looking under the hood I was told I needed a transmission fluid service and steering wheel fluid change. I even received an email afterward suggesting the services. I declined and said I would take it to the dealer. Today, I found out from thr dealer that there is no dipstick for the transmission fluid and this type of engine does not need steering wheel fluid service. I wonder how many others this location has taken advantage of? I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

No appointment needed but I spent 1h3min min in my car waiting in this heat .... No apologies for the wait or nothing when it was time for me to get serviced? Okay.Find a better system and at least offer water bottles while your customers wait in their cars in this heat.Service: Oil change

First time here, and it went great! Pulled up to an empty bay and was guided in immediately. A tech walked me through a series of questions, and then they got started. I sat in my car the whole time- didn't even take off my seat belt. From start to finish, I was there less than 30 minutes for an oil change. They also checked other things, like filters and lights. While they offered to do additional services, I didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. Overall, I was very satisfied, and will come here again.

I ve been coming to this Valvoline for the past 4 or 5 oil changes and I have been a happy reoccurring customer ever since.I do want to be honest about my review so I ll mention first that I buy my synthetic-blend oil change with Groupon.Tristan was helping me with my service. As any other place would, he recommended additional services that my car is in need of (or would soon need). He s doing his job while pitching add ons, no gripes here, that s the way businesses work. Not to mention he was extremely friendly and personable. He wasn t pushy at all and he didn t make me feel like I was incompetent. He did a great job and spoke loud and clear in the noisy environment.I noticed the CarCam which I think is new, or I ve never noticed before. I think this is a great way to keep customers in tune with what s going on with their car but my only issue is that the video is so laggy that there is hardly a reason to watch the mechanic work on my car. (I was in Bay 3 if that means anything to the owner.)Nonetheless, I was out in 15 minutes, I was extremely happy and satisfied, and that is what brought me here to compliment the team.

Called the location and was connected to customer care. I was told that they could do the oil change on my vehicle. I got to the location and was informed that they couldn't because they don't have the filter. I called customer care back and told them what happened. The gentleman I spoke with told me that it was because the lady I previously spoke with didn't call the location and verify. He called another location and verified that they had everything available to do it. We arrived at the location to find out again that we couldn't get the oil change becuase they don't carry or make that filter. If I wanted to go get the filter they could change the oil. The price I was quoted on the phone included a filter but at the store it didn't. They need better communication between customer care and the store.

Disappointed is an understatement. I waited for awhile behind a car in bay 1 and then finally someone came over and spoke. I stated my coolant was extremely low and he said they'd handle it. The guy advised me to move to bay 3, they'd be done soon. 15-20 minutes later, they pulled me in the bay and cackled. He apologized and said they accidentally took in someone else before me because they thought bay 1 wasn't going to be done for awhile. The guy said something like, " they didn't do a safety check out there did they? " I said "no" and so he did that and they kept laughing amongst themselves. 10 minutes later they had me paying and l even had to prompt them to reset my oil light. I understand fast, but it needs to be efficient. I checked. It usually takes 20-30 minutes for service. None of my fluids had been topped off, nor was my tire pressure done. I drove back and had to get a little rude for them to fix the job. He told me they needed to see my receipt and apologized. Then said he couldn't't believe it didn't get done. I checked again. They only filled my windshield washer fluid and stole 2 or 3 of my tires caps after filling my tires. Absolutely astonished at how they treat women!! I have gone to Valvoline for years because of the excellent quality of service. You guys are trusted to make sure people's cars stay safe as you are able. This could end badly. Please hire the proper staff. I asked for high mileage max oil life and not even sure they did that. Not a good experience at all!

This was the first time I've been to a Valvoline IOC in 8 years, and the standard of service and care is as great as I remembered. Daniel and Eric did a great job of communicating the process while I sat in my car, and got me out of there in 15 minutes. After some truly subpar service at a competitor, I'll definitely be returning the next time I need an oil change!Service: Oil change

Came in today to get an oil change 2,000 miles before I was supposed to get my next oil change the worker, Donovan was extremely rude to me and told me that I'd only driven 1,000 miles when it had been 5,000 so they refused to a oil change. When in reality I have been living in my truck and took it all the way to Florida and North Carolina. But they were laughing at me and made me feel stupid when they are the ones that messed up the numbers in the computer save your time go somewhere more professional

It s fast and service was excellent. The only negative was them telling me I need to change the rear differential oil every 500 miles. He showed me on his computer screen! I know it s every 50,000 miles but some people may not.

There were two cars ahead of me, the bays were full, but the staff directed us to the next to open bays to get us in as quickly as possible. Staff was efficient and professional and pleasant. There was no pressure to buy other services, and any that was recommended was mentioned only once and they moved on. I liked the report on the tires that I received by email. This beats waiting at a dealership not knowing when they will actually get to your car. I have used this location a few times now, and love the convenience and service.Service: Oil change

Normally I will go to Tuffy next door but I had a coupon and my manager actually recommended this place so I tried it. The only good thing i can say is that the oil change was quick and they checked everything while I sat in my car. The girl who was checking my car had an attitude and would assume I knew what to do. She held out a box infront of my face which I had no idea what was for so I held out my hand cause I thought she was handing it to me or something. She said "You're supposed to put your keys in here. What you thought I was giving you a present or something?" And started laughing at me. I also was going to get a tire rotation so I sat in the lobby for about 20 minutes. First the girl came in with my oil stick staring at me and didn't say anything so I said whats up? She said this is your oil when its full & mocked me when she left. Okay? That was weird. 15 minutes later the guy came in and told me they couldn't do the tire rotation because they don't have the right tools for my tires?? Whatever. Then he said I have a severe oil leak & they couldn't do that either & never gave me any recommendations or what to do. Once I got home, I realized they had damaged my lug nut while they were trying to take off my tires as well as dirty hand prints all over my car. My car is white. Never coming back again. I'm now at Discount tire getting a replacement lug nut and rotation for free.

I had my first visit here and was happy with my experience. I was initially confused about how "conventional" oil was offered for my Ford Ecoboost engine when a synthetic blend is required per the owners manual. Michael took the time to show me their conventional oil for 5w30 is now referred to as Valvoline Daily Protection which includes synthetic oils and meets Ford's standards.

Great service today! Daniel helped me. They didn t have my headlight or air filter in stock, so he went to Autozone and got the parts and came right back. That was classy. Thanks!

First time using this facility for my oil change after moving to Richmond from out of state and I was very pleased with the service. Nate and his team were very courteous and professional. Nate explained every step and was not pushy about selling any unnecessary additional services. The service was prompt and impeccable. Kudos to Nate and his team.

I went in there on 6/25 for a simple oil change and left with a oil pan that was damaged by them and my car was leaking oil. when I went back the manager Nathan King wanted to blame the people who did my oil change before them but my car wasn't leaking from my last oil change nor was it leaking when I pull into the shop...somebody is gonna pay and it's not gonna be me.

This is my new go to place when it comes to oil changes. I Love how I dont have to get out my car and I can see the work that's being done. I've been once where I had to wait but it still was a pleasant experience. Their employees have always been polite and engaging. I wish they offered more services but that's just me. If they did it would defeat the purpose of and express shop. All in all, I find no fault.

I had a very bad experience here. I had two cars in front of me and waited for 1.5 hours to finally get in. Once you re in line there s no way out so I was stuck in the car with two little ones. I was told the wait was longer because others had added on other services. Not my problem! If that s the case, their system needs to change and those cars need to be moved to a different garage (there was another empty one). It s unacceptable to let people wait in line for this long and since it s a drive thru place you re stuck in the car. Plus their prices aren t even great. Never coming here again!

The men and woman here went above and beyond expectations . Professional and courteous. When I arrived I didnt even get a chance to park my car in the lot to walk in and there was already a representative walking towards my car to provide assistance and service. My oil change took 15 minutes. I sat in my vehicle while it was done. No waiting and if there was a wait, they folks are so professional at their job, the wait would not be long.Will definitely come back.

I never thought I would write a review about an oil change! The crew here is amazing- Donald and Frank were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. The whole staff there was communicating, working together, and seemed to enjoy their work. I came here after 6PM and they still welcomed my business and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Donald is awesome- my kids also loved the experience- watching "the men work on the tv" and the suckers they gave them :) A nice touch and awesome experience. Will definitely be back!

Editing my review after a much better experience.The first time I went to this location, the technician spoke to me in such a condescending way. It was incredibly annoying. He never asked me what knowledge I had of my own vehicle, but yet proceeded to speak to me as if I'd never seen under the hood of a car in my life. And even went so far as to criticize my car battery because HE had never seen it before (It was literally a Toyota brand battery). It was honestly just an annoying experience.I decided I wouldn't return to this location, but with an emergency need today and them being so close to my home, I gave it another shot. And this time when I went in, I got a technician who spoke to me with common respect and a fun personality. It was a solid visit. Plus I had an all-women team this time which was pretty cool!

These guys were about as good as it gets. Obviously shorthanded, they were still quick, friendly, and helpful. They checked everything their literature said they would, and did it with a smile. If you own this place, these 2 are great representatives of your organization.

This was my first time visiting and I can confirm i ll never be going to another place for my car maintenance ever again! They got me in right away, put air in my tires, while changing my oil in what seriously felt like less than 10 minutes!
