I had a appointment from over a month ago. That I was told the day before wouldn't be happening and was only notified of this because I came to drop my vehicle off.I'm having a hard time understanding how I was never notified. This was gonna be a big present going into the new year. And simple communication ruined that . I've also gone in for a tire quote and left empty handed due to then being unable to find my profile or vehicle. Overall just not a good experience recently with va cars and I've gotten numerous work in the past.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes
