DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I repeat! STAY AWAY!!! Bought a car yesterday and today the check engine light comes on and it shows the car needs a catalytic converter. I figured I d need to fix a few things here and there but not this and not in less than 24 hours!! Also the seat belt latch for the passenger seat is busted. Reached out to the Salesman and was basically told tough luck. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else!!

I would 100 out of 100 not recommend going there. These guys are repo tow trucks that steal your car and make you pay for them.And I witnessed everything and here's evidence.

Do not buy a car from this man, I test drove a vehicle, bought it after the test drive, car overheated 30 minutes away from the lot, took it back he so called unclogged the radiator, I got it back, it ran for a little , broke down again, I ve since then put $1000 into the car and now the motor gone, he locked the dealership doors, and drove away with his mechanic

Was in and out in about an hour or so, easy as pie. Papers were done on the spot and I was presented choices rather than being pushed the highest priced anything. Great guy, really chill to talk to, straight to the point, just how it should be. Grabbed a trailblazer in great condition at a good price, especially with the market being jacked up insanely recently. Will reccomend

I came in and talk to Kirk and purchased a 07 Ford Edge he was kind and polite and answered all questions I had. Next day my car started spilling fluid and I called and spoke with Kirk again he told me to bring it in and have it looked at within 1 hour the problem was fixed and I was on my way. Great place to buy a car you will definitely leave satisfied. This is definitely my new go to spot

After an extensive search for a vehicle I found the perfect Vehicle. Thanks to Kirk and his staff at Unique Auto. They made it so easy for me I actually bought my Mercedes on my lunch break. "They don't give a damn about your credit" literally. I would highly recommend paying them a visit. No complaints here..

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! The owner claim to have your best interests heart, but after the sale is final he cares nothing about you. The wheels can fall off the car before you leave the lot and he will not help you. I've witness him treating customers like this before while sitting around his office just talking. I figured he wouldn't do me that way, we have know each other for years and he claim to be my friend. So me being naive I decided to purchase my dream car from him (Corvette c6) because he said he can get me exactly what I wanted for a good price.... He found me a expensive lemon and over charged me. I was told the car only needed a new muffler but the facts was it needed a new transmission, water pump, MAF, timing belt etc. and a lot of electric work done. 6 years later $5200 and counting and the car is still sitting in my yard damn near being rebuild. If he would do this to someone he calls a friend think about what he would do to you.

My experience with Unique Auto has been great. Will and his associates are very polite,courteous, and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure that I wasn't having any issues with my vehicle. If anything did come up it was taken care of the same day I called about it. Unique Auto has a great selection of vehicles from which to choose. The in house financing was also quick and easy.

They get no stars. They are not interested in making their customers happy in buying a car. Had my car for 2 weeks and it been back to them twice once in the first 3 days after purchasing it. It started smoking and leaking oil, not once but twice.Then try to charge me for the work. Then they try and say that i put 14 quarts of oil in it. Who in their right mind would purchase that amount of oil to put ito a 6 cylinder car. They are nasty and rude. They are nice until you pull of the lot. Do not buy a car from them point blink. Please!!!! Don't!!!! I wish i can give them negative stars.

My experience was pretty good, the younger sales guy was very good. The car had a cut in the tire after I had signed the papers and they were pulling it around, I noticed it. The owner who basically is the only reason I wouldn t rate this as a 5 has no people skills AT ALL, told me well it s yours now I was like well I haven t even taken the keys, sales guy came back and said no we are not going to do that and he purchased me a new tire and made my visit comfortable. My car checked out at the dealership as a solid Ride and I m enjoying it. Please do yourself a favor and if you go there speak with ( I think his name is) Rob. Far as the older guy, I wouldn t work with him. Unique s cars overall to me I can say my experience with my purchase has been one I do not regret.

Will was really great!!! You can tell he takes pride in his customers and knows his inventory very well. Thus is the place to go. They also offer a great warranty which I felt was the icing on the cake. Normally buy here pay here means your on a hope and a prayer . Love my car and the price!!!! Most importantly I can pay it off sooner since it s simple interest !!!Go here .. ask for WILL!!

My husband and I were having a frustrating time shopping for a used vehicle in the area. We were about to give up. A Google search brought us to Unique Auto Sales. These men are absolutely wonderful. They listened to what we needed and found a better vehicle than we hoped for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE. Go see them and they will take care of you.

The owner is very rude. I was actually looking at the avalanche he has available but I, as well as the friends I recommend there, will NEVER be a customer of Mr. Kirk Higgins. Take your business to someone who deserves it.

Good experience at first but paid these bastards my down payment and it's now going on three weeks that one sales person that's no longer there probably how rude he is didn't tell me about the issue of the vehicle I had purchased I found out driving the car a two days later the vehicle has been gone for three weeks now still trying to order a damn new computer supposedly that they need. It would be a ok place to Shop if they didn't freaking believe in giving you detailed messages

I got a van from there two days ago and I already have to put $500 + dollars into a radiator for it. I did a trade in for it and he really didn't want to give me the trade in value for the vehicle. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT get a vehicle from here.

HOW DO YOU BUY A CAR WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO VIEW IT?.. I made an appointment to go see a Chrysler 300 I arrive WITH CASH IN HAND. I introduced myself and asked," May I look inside?". I don not know who the skinny gentleman with glasses sitting on the right side as you walk in the door was, but his response was " I DONT GIVE OUT KEYS!". I then asked, if the car was unlocked?. This gentleman said, ," YOU CAN PEEP INSIDE".I went with every intension of purchasing that vehicle, but BECAUSE OF HOW RUDE THE GENTLEMAN WAS, I WALKED OUT THE DOOR!!!!!I will NEVER GIVE UNIQUE AUTO SALES MY MONEY and if anyone decides to buy a car without being able to look at it...MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU!!!!

Kirk at Unique Auto Sales on Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond VA is THE GREATEST at helping me with my payments. He also is the one who helped me get a 2002 Toyota RAV4 and when it was Totalled he was the one who helped me get my 2008 Nissan Rogue which is a Great SUV. Man closes his garage on the days people got payments, he never answers his phone after you call him and then he will repo your stuff and will act like a child when you ask ask them any info about the vehicle. He's also racist

My husband and I just got a 2011 Nissan rouge and we love it. KIRK is the most honest salesman/owner we have ever dealt with. Need a car thats reliable at a reasonable price go see Kirk at Unique auto.

I had a great experience shopping at Unique Auto Sales. I was blessed enough to get Rhonda who is not even a sales person there.. But she was the only one working that day. After months of being rejected by other car dealers, my search for a new car ended here. I now have a 2008 Nissan Altima which I love. I can't wait to buy from them again!!

The older gentleman, Jim was who helped me as well as Kirk both were awesome. I m not going to lie I pray that Jim stays around for a long time because that man has a heart of gold and will not steer you wrong in any way shape or form! So glad they were there when I went looking for a vehicle!!!

I bought a 2002 Oldsmobile Silhouette back in 2011. I put 1200 down and my payment was 278.00 a month. By living in the country I've put ALOT of miles on my vehicle. It now has 260000 miles on it and is still going strong! I'm very pleased with the purchase and the sale. They said yes when no one else would. Very dependable vehicle.

Do not buy here. Owner is a liar. False advertising and more. If you want to know what your getting into look up the dealership on Richmond city courts. Hes been sued alot. If you like unique headaches then shop there otherwise go else where.

Process was quick and same day, needed a cheap second car, I have issues with credit at the moment and was still able to be approved. And was very affordable, worked with us for a trade in and deposit. Thank you kirk!

Zero Stars, Do not do business with Unique auto sales they are very Rude and unprofessional there lot has little to no inventory and they will sell you a lemon please choose wisely when purchasing from them and I would advise you honestly to not even attempt if you like good service they aren t the place to go to they withheld information so you can purchase blindly but all in all worst service
