Turner s Auto Service provides excellent customer service. I needed a tire patched and it was done very quickly. Unlike the Toyota Dealership, they listened to the issue and did a thorough job of checking the tire. They found the screw and patched the hole. I was very impressed with their customer service, especially the listening and communicating. I will use them for regular maintenance from now on!

Great service! I scheduled my car for a State inspection it was very efficient. I dropped of my car and they had it inspected quickly. The staff was great as well. Also, I liked that Turner s Auto Service opens on Saturday s it gives a better flexibility for people that can t make in the week. I will be back!

Highly recommend the services here. I am new to the area and was referred. They did work to my 2003 Honda Civic with over 200,000 miles. Dropped my car off Tuesday and picked it up the next day. Customer service was stellar. The manager and owners son were very polite when reaching out to me.

I had a tire go flat on the interstate and happened to pull off an exit that put me right next to Turner s. My poor car limped into their lot and the gentlemen working that day, Joe and Austin, couldn t have been nicer or more accommodating. They had a full roster of appointments (this was the Friday of New Year s weekend) but found a way to squeeze my tire patch and repair into their work flow and had me back on the road in under 90 minutes. They price fairly and honestly and I highly recommend them!

Turner s is a great place to take your car. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. You will not be disappointed.

I can not say enough wonderful, positive things about this place! In a world full of "me,me,me" and concerned only with self, this company has repeatedly gone above and beyond to deliver, not just good service with common courtesy, but genuine kindness and concern. I have been taken aback more than once with the sincerity and true compassion of this outstanding business! The only complaint that I have is that they only do automotive and don't offer services in every category! Went in just to get a state inspection. Staff were so nice and they were clearly very busy. Saw me promptly and didn t try to pressure me into any unneeded repairs. Would take my car back here for service!

I ve taken my car to Turners for inspections in the past, however, this was the first time I took it in for a repair. Took a bit longer than I hoped, but they diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted me a fair price and stayed in communication. Will definitely be back!

I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars! I cannot say enough good things about Turners auto. The people who work here are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered. They gained a customer for life, I wish I would have found them sooner!

the best repair shop I ve been to in Richmond, the guys are always so nice and knowledgable. They ve fixed a few things on my car for a very reasonable price and fast turn around. Thank you Austin and team for everything!

These folks were great! They were able to get my car in on a holiday and have it back to me with a fresh repair 24 hours later. The staff were very friendly, and prices were reasonable. I've already recommended them to a friend.

I took my car to Turner's a couple months ago because my steering wheel was shaking really badly and also needed inspection and oil change. They repaired my partner's car right when it broke down right before Christmas (another review on here) and had a good experience, so I chose to go to them with my car.I called them on a Thursday and they told me that they were short-staffed but they'd see what they could do and within what time frame when I brought it in. The guy I spoke to was very communicative throughout the whole process - I wish I remembered his name to put it here but I sadly don't. He called me at the end of the day Thursday and said they test drove my car and it could be a few different things (just an alignment or an issue with the axles, which could be a big issue); but they would need to get it on the lift the next day to see what the problem was. He offered to give me my car back for the night so I wouldn't be inconvenienced without a vehicle, but it probably was not safe to drive. I let them keep it because I definitely was not going to drive it if they thought it was unsafe!He called me after they got it on the lift and diagnosed the issue, and thankfully my car just needed new tires, which I knew I needed anyway, and an alignment. Even though they were short-staffed and had a lot of cars to work on, they still had my car ready before the weekend! They gave me a really good price for their services, especially the cost of all brand new tires. My car's issues were completely resolved and it was driving smooth again. I have not had any issues in the last few months since they repaired it.I've had places be dishonest with me before because I am a woman and don't know a lot about cars by sneaking things into what really needed to be done or charging me too much. Definitely not these guys. If I wasn't moving out of Richmond I would absolutely go back to this auto shop with either of my cars. Thanks guys!

These guys are absolutely wonderful, hard-working, compassionate, and accommodating. Today, my mother and I were traveling from VA Beach to Baltimore, and our radiator overheated when we hit Richmond. We called the local Honda dealerships, but they wouldn t help us. John answered my call and told us to come right in AND he told us how to safely travel the 5 miles to their shop. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours time, even though their schedule and car lot was packed. We are now back on the road, and we owe it all to Turner s. We are beyond thankful.

My son broke down on his way from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. The staff at Turner's Auto Service took excellent care of him. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining what lead to the breakdown and ensuring quality repairs were done so that he could get home safely. The cost was reasonable and the turnaround was faster than I expected for the level of repairs needed. The truck is running great now, Thank you!

Got a flat tire on the way home from work, called the shop and explained the situation, and they were able to fit me in not 20 minutes later! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg for a dang tire. Able to work with my budget and I didn't feel pressured to make any selections, unlike some chain automotive shops. Would definitely recommend!!! Support local business!!! (oh AND, they literally offered me some of their own food because I hadn't eaten after a long shift. Of course not necessary, but just thought that was very generous!!)Service: Tires

Let me start off by saying the customer service is phenomenal. I called and told them I was having an issue with my visor and was worried because the dealership wouldn t service me until 30 days out. He had me bring the car over first thing in the morning and provided a temporary solution (for free!) until he was able to order the part. I was back the next week, dropped my car off and got it back within a few hours - totally fixed brand new, for significantly less than what the dealership was charging me.I can t thank the Turner fam enough. I am a new car owner and I was so fortunate to have found them. Each servicer was knowledgeable and kind and understanding when I didn t understand what was happening. If I could give this repair shop 7 stars I would! They solved the issue of my hot blowing A/C and thank God it wasn't the compressor! I was not expecting to get it fixed as soon as I did! I called for an appointment to get my inspection done, got an appointment the next morning. My inspection was done in about 25 minutes from when I walked in the door. The staff is very friendly and I d definitely recommend!!

These guys were awesome! My starter gave out the week before Christmas, and they were able to get me back on the road before there was any disruption to the holiday. Their price was more than fair and the repair is doing great so far! They will be our go to for as long as we live in the city.

Traveling through I95 and noticed my ac stopped working and called turner s! Very professional and understood the urgency of the matter that I was passing through and able to get me back on the road in no time! As a new (first time) car owner and new to Richmond, I took some time to find the best possible option for my car servicing. I spoke with Turner's on the phone, they had me scheduled quickly and drop off was simple.Turner's made it easy for me, answered and explained my questions (even the dumb ones), and made it a quick, one day turnaround for me. Stopped in this auto shop while traveling up I95. Something had been thrown under our car and we were hearing a scraping noise. After a short wait they put our car on the rack, identified a minor issue and repaired it. Very nice and helpful gentlemen. Thank you!
