WARNING!! Be careful sending stuff here. We sent our Tractor here to be serviced & repaired. They sent us a estimated cost of repairs that must be approved before starting the work. On numerous occasions we approved for the estimated cost of repairs to be done. We called numerous times to check on this vehicle and each time we called they said "no one approved the estimate" Still they hadn't started the work even in a 6 months time span. NOW WE ARE ANNOYED! We began to get frustrated as we are paying for a rental tractor that cost is super expensive. SO..... After a YEAR later and when I say a YEAR I mean a whole YEAR later day for day from 2021 to 2022 They finally let us know they are finished an sent us a $15,000.00 repair cost & labor.I called to talk with someone and she just denied us ever approving this repair that was the reason for delay. We called and emailed lots of times! WOW! Why would we send this truck here and not approve repairs. We wanted this back! ITS BUSY SEASON FOR US! Anyway my point is for the inconvenience and rental fees we paid out that have tripled the amount of $15,000.00 they wouldn't even work with us a little on this invoice. The Billing department lady Debbie was very rude over the phone. She raised her voice. Says she didn't charge us for a used driver seat that was as best she could do. She also got very upset with me saying I threatened here by putting my review up. All I wanted was them to take responsibility and just work with us a l little for the BIG Inconvenience for delay that IS there fault. I wasn't disputing the invoice about parts cost or labor as she insisted. I was just simply trying to make them realize where they were wrong. NEEDLESS TO SAY IF YOU HAVE ALL YEAR TO WAIT FOR YOUR VEHICLE THEN THIS I DEFINATLY WHERE IT SHOULD GO. I don't recommend this company to any person and defiantly not any business trying to make money and need something fixed.
