The two guys , Greg and another gentlemen were fantastic. I went in looking for a winch, hi jack and a new spare tire and wheel. I was particularly confused with the rim size , off sets and these guys were more than informative , looking things up and ordering what I need with a smile and professionalism. I left spending all my money and confident in my choices. We ll worth an hour drive

They don't care about the quality of work done just quantity, I have to take my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4 to another shop because this place has no ability to fix their work, only push blame on the product they install and sell, if you want to ride down the road and feel like your riding on your girls toy then absolutely use this place, otherwise find another shop that can actually fix their fu-- up and sh-- excuses, taking my truck to another shop to actually get the truck to ride like it should. And not vibrate at 58 to 70 mph ,after adjusting the torsion bars that they had the rise almost an inch to far advanced then the big bold manufacturer recommended. Also make sure they don't cut and remove parts that don't need to be. Eric is a salesman definitely no mechanic in the shop.

Lifted 2003 Toyota Sequoia - AlignmentBrought my off road toy in for an alignment after I replaced just about the entire front end suspension.I had specific settings it needed to be set to.This shop got me in, worked the kinks out of my new parts, and did it right.Great customer service, friendly, funny, and accommodating.Thank you! Awesome place, it s like a adult toy store. Every time I turn around there s another part I just absolutely need for my truck.Between the amazing selection of parts, the customer service and help from Steven is what drives home everything.He will look out for you and help you anyway he can, and he will sell you a great product to.They also have service and do the modifications to your vehicle. They installed a fairly unique locker in my tundra and did a fantastic job. Couldn t be happier.

I had my Rhino Rack platform installed there and the team was excellent to work with. Todd helped me over the phone and got all of the specialty parts ordered for my install. And Eric was a pleasure to deal with on the day of install. Techs did a solid, clean install too! Thank you.

We bought our first Jeep last year and wanted to have some upgrades done. The team at 4 wheel parts were amazing. The Jeep was for my son and we wanted to surprise him with some of the upgrades. The team was literally just as excited as we were when he saw it. They were so sweet and nice with me as I asked every dumb questions about tires, rims, wheels etc. Thank you Eric and team. Excellent service, pricing, and products! I live over 50 miles away from this location, and travelled there specifically to have these guys work on my truck - and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Steven always goes above and beyond to take care of the customer, and this time was no different. I work over an hour away from them, and when I couldn't make it there right by closing, Steven hung around a bit longer so I could still pick up my vehicle that evening, and to ensure he could answer any questions I may have. Extremely pleased; I do recommend giving these guys a shout if you need anything done to your truck or Jeep! A+++

Inexperienced. Unprofessional. Unapologetic. Find a different shop.Made an appointment for an "off road" alignment two weeks in advance before planning to move (drive) 2000 miles away. The appointment was for my 2017 Tacoma after installing new 3" coilovers suspension & aftermarket upper control arms. The truck also has a lower control arm cam bolt eliminator kit installed to eliminate the OEM adjustment cams that are prone to slipping when driving more extreme terrain.Knowing this is More involved than a standard alignment, I was sure to explain my suspension configuration in detail when making the appointment and was assured this is something they could handle.After arriving for my appointment, I was quickly told my truck was only on the schedule for a "standard alignment," but they would "try" to fit me in but that I should be prepared to pay around $500 dollars at the hourly rate. Because of my tight time schedule I reluctantly agreed after the mechanic explained the front desk people "don't know how these things work." An hour later they pull the truck out and say they can't get started because the front coilover height is not even. The "Taco Lean" is also very common and preloading one spring is a 15 minute additional step that can be done on the vehicle by simply unweighting the suspension at that corner and using the spanner wrench to tighten the upper spring collar. I was sent home and told to come back the next day at 9am when they open.After returning the following day at the agreed upon time with the front coilovers adjusted and perfectly level, I waited 2 hours and they still hadn't pulled the truck into the shop. I asked for my keys back and left. Throughout this process I was firm, but never rude or aggressive. There was no apology for this massive waste of time.All of this after I spent thousands of dollars on a wheel and tire package the week prior, and was charged $150 more than quoted. Wondering if they are even balanced properly.Found another shop nearby with an professional staff who got it done on short notice for a reasonable price.

Sales team very helpful. Took the time to explain the pros and cons of different configurations that I wanted for my Jeep suspension. Unfortunately installation is back logged for a week and a half. Will update post installation.Post installation, I had to return due to loose rattling also when they changed to my larger tires and spare, they didnt give me my lug nuts to mount my spare. Very dissappointed that I has to go back. Otherwise, everything has been working fine ever since.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Their logistics system is abysmal. I placed an order online for an in-stock part with next day pickup. Drove 2 hours to pick up only to find out that they did not have the parts in stock. The nearest place they did was 4 hours away in PA but they had no way to do an inventory check to make sure this didn t happen again. They also weren t able to refund me on the spot without escalating the issue which they said could take hours... so we will see how long it takes to get my money back.

It took. Over 4 months to get my order. I always had to call and ask what the hikd up was. It was Skyjackers fault I was told. They had idea when it would get there. I asked for a refund until my order arrived since I never received my lidt kit or was told a date or even a single call to say hey sorry for the child uo but here is what is going on. If my business were to take a customer's money for 4 months I would consider that theft. The lift kit finally arrived as I was notified email. . I go to pick it up and they say you owe $64. Wring. I won't be doing business with this poorly run company. I understand that problems arise especially with tje pandemic. . Its up to the business to keep the customer informed when take a few thousand dollars and just keep it to themselves and sont bother to inform me. Tje standard answer I kept getting " we dont know its skyjaxker not us." Nobody ever called me back. I had a good hour it seemed like to look around the store while they figured out my order and why I owed then more money .. In general this place looks to offer over priced products that can be bought elsewhere for less. I would not trust this company to touch my vehicle based on he lack of management and customer service. In general when the business takes your money it is common courtesy to at least contact the customer with updates. If I were seeking a place to have 4 wd vehicle modifications I would like for a local, small business. Too much corporate bullying of customers because they think they can. Just my 2 cents on my order that I just received. . I paid over $3,000 and waited 4 months. The issue is not covid but rather the lack or customer service and follow up. Had I been offer4d some sort of anything U may not be so critical. Clearly they didn't care. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for parts or vehicle service. I do not who to hold accountable for this since U never heard from a manager and the cashier clearly didn't know what was going on. I wish this would have been a 5 star as I expected after much research. I definitely have better things to do than leave a review like this but people need to know before they spend thousands of dollars that it might take a half a year or so but you pay when you order. Best of luck to management. This is simply feedback based on my experience.

So chose to upgrade my rating a bit due to a conversation with the manager. He did attempt to correct the issue but I had already made another purchase. I still believe the logistics and communications are lacking but great manager follow up. ----------- I have long been a 4 wheel parts customer in Texas with nothing but good experiences. However, my most recent transaction has made me consider going elsewhere for parts. I ordered a set of wheels and tires that were supposed to arrive in 3 days. The wheels came in with no issue, but the tires never arrived. I was told they were behind schedule and would arrive in about 3 more days. 7 pays pass with no contact from the store so I called again. This time is a similar answer. "We have them available but they haven't shipped yet". I spend the next hour waiting tona call back for the guy to say "yeah the will be here in 10-12 business days". At this point 11 days. No tires and I'm told 2 more weeks. That's nearly a month the get tires that were available in stock. 4 Wheel parts is definatly dropping the ball somewhere.

The very best place for Jeep parts and excellent service! My son gets these guys to do anything and everything on his Jeep. The other day he had to get his Jeep jumpstarted, drove there and bought a battery. The shop was really busy, so DJ the manager, stopped what he was doing and installed the battery right away! We have used this company since they opened the store and will continue to as well as tell others how these guys really care about the service they provide. You won't be disappointed.

Worst customer service I have received. Absolutely zero regard for your time. Waited 2 weeks for items that I could have received in 2 days. Then waited 3 days for a phone call. Poor customer service. Lack of 4x4 knowledge is amazing as well. From the sales to the techs. No thank you 4 wheel parts , I will order online and find a shop to install that knows what they are doing.

went in to ask questions about a tuner and ended up getting all the work done that day! i hardly had to ask any questions before they answered the ones i had plus some. my sales rep even called the tuner manufacturer to check on a couple things for me before my purchase. the most personable employees and prompt service you could ask for.

Big shout out to these guys. Had a problem with the valve stem for my airbags on my F350. I figured (and was hoping) it was a quick fix. For 3 weeks no one else would even look at the truck much less give it the time of day. So afraid of messing something up. It was the valve stem people. Anyways, called these guys, told me to bring it by. No complaints about being there at 4:15 in the afternoon. Didn't even try to sell me something knowing what the problem was right off the bat. Fixed me up and was out if 10 minutes. Thanks guys. When I need something, I know where I am going to.

I wanted some Bilstien 5100's on the front of my 2016 RAM 1500. I checked several places and these guys were almost $155 less than another 4 wheel drive place. They had them installed and the front end realigned in 2.5 hours. I drove home and it drove perfect!! The staff was great and asked what I wanted and they got it done! I know where I'm going next time I need some options added to my truck. THANKS GUYS!!

I have had our 2 JKs and XJ in this shop and have had a great experience with all three. I tried this shop after being frustrated with other local shops. They corrected my steering problem that two other shops failed to do. They did a gear and locker job on another. So far so good. I hope they keep up the good work. A bumper order did come in wrong but they made me more than whole. I would recommend this shop.

Best place ever!No really, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the Richmond store and the crew that works there. In fact I stopped by today on a lark just to say hi and do some window shopping, and it didn't take long to find something on my wishlist, which got the conversation started. Shortly, the salesman found me some savings, pointed me in a better direction, and upsold me all at the same time. Frankly, I couldn't be happier.I love my Jeep that 4WheelParts helped me build!

Ordered a drop pitman arm online on Friday because we needed it to install on Monday, website said it was in stock which is why I decided to order from them. When I went to pick it up on Saturday I was informed that they did not have it in stock and that the Richmond location was one of 5 in the whole company that could not get parts delivered from their warehouse overnight. It was going to take 3-4 days. Not blaming the guys in the store but recommend everyone call them to see if parts are in stock. Do not trust the website. My business will not be buying from them again.

Never again!!! Horrible customer service and no communication. When I called to check status, the tech was half way thru replacing parts that weren't supposed to be replaced. Original parts had to be put back on which pushed the finish time back. Then back further due to complications reinstalling said parts. All of which could have been avoided if the salesman did his job and communicated with the tech.Then they tried to charge more than the quote. I'm assuming in an effort to recoup labor costs for attempting to do a job that wasnt supposed to be done. After adjusting the price down to the original quote, the salesman told me how he had discounted all the parts as if he was doing me a favor when that was the price on the original quote he gave me.Their price on parts is excellent. I guess they justify that by bad customer service and poorly trained employees. Next time I'll order online and do the work myself. Or hire someone else. I'd rather pay a lil more than deal with the hassles.

I've never been so frustrated with customer service in my life. Ordered two parts and only one came in so I called about the other. This is my 5th time calling customer service and being put on hold for hours, being transferred, or being hung up on (happened twice). The delayed part is on backorder, which was not communicated when buying or shipping emails. I finally cancelled my order.

Ordered 5 wheels from their website paid extra for expedited processing. They charged my PayPal account $1,514 within one day. Over the next 4 days I repeatedly inquired about my order status through both email and check order status icon. I got no response until my 5th email and someone told me that the wheels I ordered or discontinued and that they emailed me the day after which was not true. I've asked twice now for a refund but once again no response thus far. I will never order from this company again.
