I was having a terrible day, crying and all. Called and asked about brakes, he quoted me a price and I was there. He saw how terrible I was feeling and took me right in, no hesitation. I had my two front brakes done and it was quick as well. Great place to go where they care about the human experience and the price us great.

Great place for all of your repair work friendly atmosphere Willie and his brother have a ton of patience and always listen to your repair concerns and give honest advice / opinions.Definitely a hidden gem on hull street with great customer service with there potential the sky is the limit. Have done every repair imaginable to my cars including engines and transmissions, ac, alternators, starters, ac coils and complete suspension kits on both of my trucks you name it they can do it seriously.GO TONEYS AUTO AND SALES!

I have to offer this wonderful sentiment about Tony's Auto RepairI am not a customer, but my car was accidently towed to their lot my mistake. It was an error by the tow truck driver and Tony's was about to close.The owner went out of his way to find me and let me know that this happened, and worked with me on getting the car locked up.Should the need arise, I would not hesitate to try them. The integrity of this speaks volumes. Thank you!

Had 2 cars done for aftermarket coilovers, guy was really nice, and had a reasonable price for installation + an alignment. Turned out great, got exactly what we asked for! Honest mechanic and very kind people, even showed us around and our valuables were left exactly where they were kept, definitely someone you can trust. I called them to see if they had time to do a quick once over on a car I was considering buying from the owner and they were so friendly. My partner and I took it over and they were able to tell us more about the car we were close to buying and then we reconsidered after their advice. Thank you!

I hired them to install a Radiator for my SUV a week ago and paid $450 they did a good job but I thought it was a bit on the expensive side for labor, but I didn t complain because they fixed my truck. Then a week later I hired them to install front hub assembly (bearings) they quoted me $145 for both sides with me bringing my own bearings. I thought that was a great price until I dropped my truck off, then he calls me to tell me he only quoted me for one side. I said ok well just replace the bearing that s bad at that price. Then I get a call saying I ordered the wrong part and he could use his part for a total price of $320, I said no just put my parts back in the truck and I will reorder the right part. He proceeds to tell me he took both sides off of my truck. Now this is where I have a problem because in any business where clients are allowed to bring their own products/parts, naturally the business checks and inspects to make sure its the right product before doing anything. This mechanic took both sides down before inspecting the foreign product. I admit I ordered the wrong part, but I m not a mechanic I m a customer. He actually charged me to put my vehicle back together, and I was going to bring the truck back to him once the right part arrived in the mail. That was totally unprofessional and greedy. I spent a total of $730 in 12 days on one and a half projects at Tonys. I m a believer of paying for whatever services are rendered because I have a business too. And I ve learned the art of customer service. We all go to Chic fil A especially for customer service, that s how you keep clients coming back again and again. I have 3 vehicles so that means if Tonys would have kept me the customer happy and satisfied I would have patronized the business more and also referred more customers $$$$ needless to say I will not spend my hard earned money there. On to the next.

Took 4 times for them to properly do my alignment. They drove it out to give me the car afterward knowing the wheel wasnt turning properly.Had warranty on idler and sepentine belt and he wouldnt give it to me (Willy). Then later said he didnt tell me no and exited the convo by talking to someone else. They proceeded to try to charge full price for them after (as if the part was included still) even when i got my own parts later lol. Willy is a scammer.

Short story. Came in with one problem , they pointed out other problems, I say OK fix it all. Paid a good deal of money , picked up the car and noticed the original problem hasn't been fixed. Bring back the car because of the warranty , now they want me to pay extra for the original problem.Really?!!! Where they do that at?!!!

Tony's auto almost killed my family!!! We kept going back after getting tires because the car continued to shake while driving and the tire kept going flat. They did not diagnose the problem. Come to find out after going to another mechanic, they did not seal the tire. We went on a 3 hour trip with our children in the car and the tire could have popped off any second. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The worse place I as well as a few others have ever I mean ever had work on my car .It took 2wks to put on parts I bought got the car back no longer the same car ruined it never again .Yea cheap but I would rather pay and get a decent honest mechanic than ever save a dollar on my car.

I have been there twice and a few more times in the sale of tires, and I have always had bad experiences, sometimes I took a little old cars and they excused themselves that they were car problems, but my last two cars are very recent and have not done a good job of aligning or balancing, and they don't give any guarantees for your work.
