I bought a Tomberlin cart from the previous owner and had a warranty issue that he assured me that he would handle in the spring when I returned from Florida. At this point my cart would be out of warranty. I trusted this would happen easily. I called in the spring and found out he had sold the business to Rob. I expected to have difficulty, since he had little obligation to help me. I was pleasantly surprised how great Rob was to work with. He helped coordinate everything with Tomberlin and get my cart back up and running correctly. This is truly the way everyone should treat customers, but it seems rare these days. I can t recommend Rob and Tiremax enough. I m sure he ll have a long successful career. I m a long time customer of his.Thanks to Tiremax and Rob

I recently purchased a golf cart from Tiremax. My experience has been excellent from the start. They did a great job educating me on each type of cart. They were there for me with any questions I had. When I needed service it was easy and efficient. Rob and his team are amazing. If you are looking for a golf cart or any of there offerings I would highly suggest them.

Ever since Ross and Mike left which was heart and soul of the company the place is garbage.I came back not seeing either one i just had bad vibes about the place.The owner is a money hog and has lot inexperience workers. I gave the new folks a chance and they dont look out for you.I hope they go out of business, now i need find a place that cares about the customers.

Rob and his staff were fantastic to work with. They took the time to go over the different types of golf carts, the features of each and listened to my needs to make sure I got what I wanted. They didn't pressure me to buy more than I needed and really listened to what I was looking for. Any concerns or questions were answered and I never felt talked down to or treated like I was dumb. I will be a customer for life now and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Place used to be on point and they still are good with advice and parts. They service by appointment only now and I've tried for two weeks (so far) with not even a return call back to schedule. I've got two non functioning vehicles and without at least one running I can't receive the cancer and radiation treatments doctors prescribed. My concerns fell on deaf ears when they were called originally and was only told they were "behind". Faithful customer and bought two vehicles from them plus countless parts, unfortunately without at least a call back to schedule service I don't know if I should try a different dealer or wait them out.

Just wanted to publicly thank you again for the amazing customer service. For your customers, a little recap. I purchased a new Cricket golf cart and after a bit of a struggle to get some accessories that were stuck offshore, I picked up the cart and enjoyed it the next weekend. I tried to charge the batteries and one of the three batteries was apparently no charging and the battery meter would not indicate a full charge. The owner was more than accommodating as he was able to replace both the charger and one of the batteries without me having to drive the 5-hour round trip from Southern MD to the shop in Richmond. Tiremax is leading what is hopefully a new charge in bringing back customer service. Thank you so much!

Awesome place, drove 2 hours to pick up a Golf Cart. Showed me everything, helped loaded it and even explained the installation of accessories I bought! Had a defective rim, they had one shipped the moment the other company could get it out. Half my business was online and over the phone, and this place is about keeping you happy and they delivered. Would drive 2 hours and buy from them again.

They were warm and friendly. No pressure atmosphere and a very good selection of scooters. They were very helpful and gave me advice on things I didn't even think about. I ended up getting the wolf50 scooter and it rides great! Thank you tiremax for all your help and advice.

My wife and I bought an Evolution golf cart 3 weeks ago and we could not be more satisfied with our purchase experience. The owner of the store explained the operation of the cart thoroughly and assisted me in securing it to my trailer. The cart has been a blast to use running through our neighborhood at 20+ mph. I highly recommend TireMax and Evolution golf carts.

I reserve 5 star ratings for a select few who go above & beyond, which is rare these days. After a bad experience with another (unnamed) scooter dealer, I researched & visited Eric's place here on Brook Rd. Smart choice. I dealt with Jon Coffey & Ross, both of whom knew what they were talking about & hustling to get things done in an efficient manner. I highly recommend this place as they also provide service when needed. Thanks, guys!

Talked to Ross initially on the phone and he was found to be very helpful. I showed up around an hour later and he not only remembered my name, but exactly what I called for and had it out on the counter. I found everyone here incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very strong selection of scooters and karts as well as having the part I needed in stock. Will absolutely visit again.Jason Moyers

Eric, his wife and his crew were responsive, honest and great to do business with. We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted, tested it out, they checked it over, installed the extras, helped load it in our truck then, BOOM... we were out of there in no time with our brand new Cricket Mini Golf Cart! We will be going back later for a UTV!

Eric helped me surprise my husband with a suped up utility/golf cart. We turned the whole thing around to NY in 48 hours and he was a pleasure to deal with. His pricing was fantastic and I shopped around and the service was outstanding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the team at Tiremax!

Mike and Ross were excellent. Ross did a great job educating us about the different scooters. Mike explained the gadgets on the shooter, taught us how to tie it down for transport, and explained to ALWAYS look it to something that doesn't move. However, I did not enjoy my interaction with the owner. The tax laws changed on 10/1 and he did not follow thru on responding to us. We were charged tax by DMV and Tiremax. He did not appreciate that I made several calls, which included one too the Commonwealth Dealer Board, who then called him. He said I should have called him to get the refund. No, you should have called me like you said you would after your visit to DMV on Tuesday. Again, Mike and Ross were GREAT!!

Spent 361$ for it to still be messed up , was treat as if our family just years up 4,000 dollars, when we simply have children, and we try to give them fun things most don't! Be better with customer service people

Friendly knowledgeable staff and great product selection to choose from. Never felt pressured to buy anything. If you are looking at getting a scooter , atv or motorcycle I would definitely recommend Tiremax.

I received the best value I could've imagined for the 15" steel wheels I purchased ( 3 other competitor's were asking up to $70 more than Tire Max for the same steel wheels). I was happy with service, the waiting period for the work to be finished was well within reason, and I would suggest this business to anyone who needs to get their parts for a fair price.
