Whitewall willie is the man, wouldn t get my tires anywhere else and everyone I ve suggested to them agrees. Excellent prices on tires and they stand behind there work!!! I couldn t find the tires I wanted anywhere for close to the same price he gave me, including online.

Went there for tires, quoted a price over phone and drive 45 minutes to get tires and after installing tires the price was over a hundred dollars more. The owner of business is a crook, horrible customer service skills. Tires are over priced and experience there was bad. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy..

ALWAYS first rate. I wish they did more than tires and brakes. I would go to them for all auto repair if they did!I have been going there for tires for at least 15 yrs. The only auto service that I NEVER feel like someone is trying to rip off. Always friendly, communicating well, and prices are the best around - for top quality products and service!Love this place!

I judge an automotive place by how they treat my daughters. My youngest stopped here at lunch time with a tire that had a slow leak. They took care of it immediately. They treated her with respect. They did not try to upsell her with something. The price was very reasonable. Next time we need new tires, this is where we will buy them.

I bought 4 tires from them, I spent about 1800 dollars when I returned for rotation, they did not want to do it because of the excuse that they had a lot of work and that because of the heat, they only made excuses and more excuses every day that I returned just because they are not getting more money and the rotation was free. Terrible place to buy tires and the owner charges you more money than the cost of the product when you get the receipt it is much more than what I told you I do not recommend to anyone

A friend of mine went to this establishment just before I did and got speedy service. In and out very quickly. Once I got there, I saw the older man behind the counter wait to see me get out of my car before almost sprinting out of the store only to come back a whole 10 minutes later and say he couldn t do anything for me. *Before I even told him what I needed. Don t go here if you have a darker skin tone. That s the vibe I got.

Horrible experience. I pulled up to the establishment in hopes of receiving service for my tire. When I pulled up and exited my car the older gentleman quickly walked away. I stood in the office for awhile then went outside for assistance however when I went outside and attempted to approach him he hurried back into the office and got on the phone (smh). Patiently I walked back in and waited for him to complete the call. After a couple of minutes he finally acknowledged my existence. I inquired about getting a patch for my tire and he advised that he only sold new tires (I assume this was said to deter me from communicating any further). I explained to the man that I would be willing to purchase a new tire however without looking at my car he stated that he didn t have my tire . I own a brand new Toyota sedan which is very common there s no specaial tires and it s not as if they no longer sell tires for the car however none of this is relevant because he never took a look at the vehicle I was driving.All in all this seemed very suspicious and dare I say .. you fill in the blank

I bought a set of 4 tires for my 2018 SUV and it is the 2nd time and SUV I have bought tires from this company. They are the most reasonable place around Henrico Co. All the gentlemen there are just that " Gentlemen"! Very knowledgeable and friendly, fast service. They are great.

Wonderful place! I've been taking both of my cars here for the past 3 years and they stand behind their work and do quality work. Everyone is really friendly and they care about solving the issue rather than temporary fixes.Oh BTW, they do more than just tires. They are a full service auto mechanic and are more than adequate at every job I've encountered. Timing Belt, starter repair, brakes etc.

Woke up with a flat tire and went straight to Walmart to get a new tire and have it mounted but they couldn t fit us in. Drove right down the rode to tirex and was greeted by the owner who was super nice. They didn t have the correct size tire but told me to come back in an hour or so and they would l find it and have it ready. Came back and they gave me the tire for 15 dollars less than what I usually get them for. Great service and would go out of my way to go here again.

I have come to this business numerous times over the years, and they usually provide quick service and good prices on tires and work. However, never again. An employee left the window down on my car after completing work, and then left it parked on their lot. It rained very heavily, and the entire driver's-side interior was soaked. The cost of replacing parts damaged due to their employee's negligence was several hundred dollars. They tried to make excuses and apologized, however, when I contacted the owner the next business day, he was rude, verbally abusive and insulting, and extremely unprofessional. He admitted fault but then refused to provide any compensation, refused to pay for any of the damage, and told me that if I didn't like it I could take him to court.I will NEVER do business with Tire-X again, and I caution others to be careful trusting them with your car. The way this owner responds to his employees mistakes speaks volumes of how he conducts business and shows that they do not take appropriate responsibility when they screw up. They will not take care of you as a customer when they do something that damages your vehicle.

Thought this place was going to be great at first. Was even thinking about bringing our work vehicles there to be serviced. When they tell you they will call you back in 5 mins or a few mins, that means they will never call you back. That's true for at least one of the guys there. My main complaint came from wasted money, or services I paid for and wasn't completed. I took my vehicle in to have tires installed and get a alignment. Tire install went fine but not the alignment. I called back the next day and told them it was still pulling a little. They told me to bring it back and I did. They took it out for a test drive and came back to tell me nothing was wrong or they couldn't do anything else. $100 wasted as I turned around and took it to Toyota for another alignment that cost another $100 but the job was done correctly this time and the vehicle drives perfect. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

Great place to buy tires and have your car repaired. Willie mason the owner is one of the nicest person to deal with. I got my car in and out in no time. Best price on tires than anyone around. Thanks TireX for the hospitality.

After stopping in with a flat right at closing time one afternoon, and having the tire plugged for free because they were busy with customers and didn't want to go and figure out a price, I knew I was going to come back to get my tires replaced. I did that this morning, and was in and out of there in about 40 minutes. Great service, I'll be back the next time I need help.

If you don't get so hung up over the actual brand name of the tires and simply need to find the right size for your vehicle, this place is hands down the best price in Richmond and without any of the nagging additional charges everyone else tacks on. Great service.

And one more thing...they listened carefully to my concerns without being condescending. I believe that's the key to their success. I love them!

Great prices for name brand tires indeed. I dislike this location due to the service I was not able to inquire to the fact the management didnt write my appointment correctly down, and instead of asking the owner me; he asked my partner because i was in ladies room. When I approached him to tell him the service was not needed of a tired rotation, but that I called on Monday about my two front tires seeping air( which Ive been having to fill air every two weeks or so). I also awared him of a nail in my front tire, which is switched to the back. Shortly (3min) the mechanic comes in and says were set. Hmm a nail fix/ patch takes longer than 3min. I asked if they check the other seam of my tire. The manage rudly/unprofessionally approaches me and my fiancee and states I wrote down a tire rotation showing us his book. I clearly stated that is not why I called Monday for this appointment for whoever I spoke to. He decided to throw his book down acting as if I as a customer was not necessary because he became confused about what was needed!!! Sorry if you dont write the correct needed service down when appointment was taken, but dont call your customer a liar because you became confused of what was needed. Not even that when I arrived home very upset since I live 30min away and took my time out of my day to go to this location; I found the nail they supposedly removed. I called wanting to speak to someone who could help the situation other than this manager; go figure he runs the place. As he quote" no one but the good lord is above me" hmm he is and he would surely disapprove your disrespectful ways. Its horrible that the place I went to to get awesome tire prices with the great warranty that has no use now since I have no trust in this company. Good Luck if you go; they seem to have a great customer service; but dont confuse them or show them they are obviously not listening to their customers. I will not be a future customer due to improper service and the fact of unprofessionalism shown from the top manager.

If I could give them a zero I would!! I caught a flat tire on my way to work the other morning and I pulled into their shop because it said Tire X and I was actually riding on my rim so I thought they would be able to assist me. I could not have been more wrong!! The first man COMPLETELY ignored me. He looked at me and walked away.The second man told me and I quote we don t have anything to do with tires we only sell brand new tires and then walked away. He didn t even ATTEMPT to look at my vehicle. Myself being a young black woman who doesn t know anything about cars was totally confused. It just so happens to be an auto shop directly across the street so I went over to see if someone there could assist me. Before I could even cross the street the man from Tire X was calling me over.He proceeded to ask me to move my car as if it was in the way or blocking something when I simply parked in the parking lot as a potential customer. Not to mention the tire was completely flat and had come off of the rim. I hate to play the race card(even though it is TRUE)but that day it really seemed to be apparent. Again he NEVER even looked at the car to see what he could or could not do. After that experience I will NEVER shop or ATTEMPT to shop at Tire X no matter where the location!!

CROOKED business...took my car for tire rotation 7/23/2019 as I do every 7k miles. Was told the right side couldn t be rotated due to probable lug nut breakage if the tire on the RIGHT FRON was removed. They told me to take it back to where I had it inspected. Honda informed me their inspection only pulled the right rear and left front NOT the right front. I called willie and was told he couldn t resurrectThe issue. Long story short.. it ended up costing me over $500 due to needing a new bearing and lug nut. They do NOT back their work and practice undue negligence
