Great service when they actually work on your car, emphasis on actually getting the service. I've been coming here since it opened and always had a great experience until recently.My last 2 visits I made a scheduled appointment only to be turned away upon arrival and told to come back on a later date which defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Once again the work is great when you get it (hence the 3 stars) but don't come here unless you can deal with the potential of your scheduled time being thoroughly wasted.

The staff here was great. Honest and very helpful, they were able to get my car all fixed up in a very reasonable amount of time and the prices are very good for quality work. I will definitely be back for any future repairs 10/10 would recommend

I had a head gasket replaced here - which is a large, complicated, and time consuming repair. Reid and his staff did a great job and I won't hesitate to come back here in the future. They communicated with me throughout the entire process and were overall great to work with. You can expect a very professional, efficient, and honest experience when you come here.

October 2019. Unfortunately, I would not know how skilled the employees are because the work never got done. I had an appointment for some repairs to be completed on my car. I was unable to make the appointment and needed to reschedule so I called to cancel. I called 8 times and left voice messages and never received a call back. I went in to the shop the following day and even though the shop was open there was no one there. I called the number from my cell and listened to the phone ring and go to voice mail saying " they are with another customer".......there was no other customers there but me. Finally, someone came in and gave me a 9AM Saturday appointment. Saturday morning I get there at 9 AM and the door is still locked. There was a another couple there who was picking up a rental moving truck. We all sat there and waited for an hour. We called the number and no one picked up we left v/m's and no response. I left and went to get some breakfast and came back an hour later there was still no one there. I went home and watched a little football and went back and still no one. I went back to the shop the following Monday and they had moved all their equipment out and the cars they had for sale were gone. I hove no idea where they went so....horrible customer service. Horrible!!

The guys were super helpful on the pre-purchase inspection on the car I was selling. I could tell the buyers were comforted knowing a thorough list of issues. I would recommend them for anyone selling their car private party.

My wife and I took our vehicles to get inspected at this location. We both work so having one car isn't ideal, but we know how inspection works in Virginia. We use Syncup from T-Mobile to track our vehicles whenever they are disturbed, make a trip, etc.. We dropped off my wife's car on Friday 6-1-2018 and were told it probably wouldn't be ready until Wednesday 6-6-2018. Being that it was the weekend and inspections are not priority, I understood there'd be a bit of a wait. They take Vehicles down the road for the actual inspection process and we saw the vehicle had been returned as of Tuesday 6-4-2018 at 3pm. We thought maybe they'd call us the following day, which would've been fine. However, Wednesday came and went with no call. My wife decided to stop by before they closed on Wednesday 6-6-2018. However they closed earlier than their advertised hours and we were forced to wait another day. I wanted to give them a chance to call me the following day, and waited until nearly 11am to see if I heard anything. I finally called myself and asked, and the gentleman on the phone told me their phones had been down and had no other way of reaching me (I'm assuming the landline was down, but you're telling me you can't communicate with ANY of your customers for the whole duration of the day?). Not trying to sound entitled, but it takes two minutes from any other phone to call and just let me know the car my wife uses to drive for over two hours every day for work is ready. The only reason we came to this place was because it was close, but obviously far from good or convenient. We will not be returning.

Hands down the best Mechanics in Richmond Virginia. Excellent coustomer service. Not a company just trying to make a quick dollar and push you out the door. I recommend this place to everyone.

I had a great experience. They are very good at diagnosing problems that were previously missed. The customer service is outstanding and refreshing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Quality work for a fair price! Excellent owner and manager. My go to spot when I need repairs. Never pressures you into work that is not needed. All around goo shop.

NEVER drop a Penske off at this location. Rude customer service. I returned the truck 15 minutes early and received a late fee.
