Pete and the team did a great job fixing the scratches on my door a touching up other seller scratches on my door and trunk. He was super knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done without trying to upset me. The value was amazing! Maaco would have charged me double what Pete did. The receptionist, Kelsey was super sweet and made sure to get all my questions answered before I dropped my car off. And the BEST PART was that I only had to leave it there for 2 days. Hopefully I stop scratching my car but if I need to get it repaired I will definitely be going back to Pete's!!!Service: Painting

Pete and his crew did a great job. It took a little longer then expected due to the paint issue with my car, Pete wanted it done right. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Something that was hopefully a easy job turned out to be a little bit more.Great job Smart fix - she looks beautiful again

After having a shopping cart banged into my car, I rushed to Maaco to have it fixed. When I got up from the floor at hearing the cost. I drove down to Smart Fix.Keith greeted me on the lot and asked how could he help me. I asked for an estimate.The estimate was so good that I asked when could they take me. They said now if you want.Long story short, they drove me home, repaired my car and picked me up the next afternoon.Excellent repair job and customer service at a reasonable price.

This is probably the most affordable and best body repair shop in Richmond. I had to replace a bunch of things including my bumper and lights on my 2010 Prius following a collision and these guys did it for less than every single other well-rated place in Richmond that I called -- and I called a lot of places!Location is a bit out of the way, but don't let that deter you, I'm glad I found them. All other places quoted $1600-1900 and this place did it for $925! Very friendly and helpful staff too. Car looked better than it ever did when I got it back (since I bought it used anyway) and they even waxed it free of charge as well. I didn't even know my car could look so new!

I had some deep scratches on my car from maybe a shopping cart or a bike, I don t know. I got 4 estimates and these guys repaired my car for half of the price the other guys charge. They did a wonderful job and the customer service was great. They even vacuumed my car. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They did a fabulous job! They even popped out dents in my car in areas they weren t working on and did a great (and unexpected) job detailing the interior. I recommend giving them your business for sure. Everyone was very nice and they have a really cute dog.

I Deleted previous review, but as I previously stated their work is mediocre at best. 2 weeks after repair bumper falling off due to not being properly secured. After having someone else put the bumper back on properly they found loose bolts in the wheel housing.

These guys are awesome! We were in a total jam at the end of the day, and Pete and Bernard rescued us from a stressful and bad situation. We were also from out of town and they stayed open just to help us.Use these guys for all your auto needs!We can not speak highly enough of them - we now wished that we lived in Richmond!Thank you Pete and Bernard!!

Had the sliding door on our Odyssey come out of the rear track. My wife called the Honda dealer who told her that this kind of repair starts at $1000. Pete fixed our door and only charged me $106! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

They do great work but just do not communicate well. If you have anyone s vehicle you are suppose to keep the customer updated i should not have to keep calling up to the shop wondering what s going on with my vehicle.

After dealing with some of the other shops in this city I am so thankful to have found this one. The owner of this shop is very helpful and took the time to walk me through everything going on. The work was affordable and professional - wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
