They take parts off your vehicle after messing up and then don t say anything about it. Watch yourself and double check them.

They deserve 0 stars. I bought a vehicle in March of this year from Ford that has had problems from the start. It s been serviced 4 times for the same issue, along with other issues and they are clueless as to what the problem is. They are a pain to get ahold of when you call, no one ever answers the phone, no one returns your phone calls or messages, they don t give you any update on how your vehicle is coming along. I went 5 weeks without getting a phone call on what was going on with my car. They don t try to help remedy your situation at all. I would never recommend Ford sales or service to anyone. Kevin was our service advisor and has been awful to deal with along with the service manager Chad.

Reps are friendly but they overcharge you for everything... You are stupid to get anything serviced here. It's double what you would pay anywhere else.I'm only here for the free oil change.

Clearly they don't teach their technicians to properly torque oil drain plugs. Ours nearly came out going down the highway. Nearly cost a sub 15k mile engine. Will be having a serious conversation with the service manager when they open.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Leaving unprompted leading voice mails saying to call back because they have important information to share with you. In reality they just are reminding you of regular service. Stop wasting my time.

They tried to sell me a 2008 car for $10,000 and after that add-ons it was 15,000. They are crazy. The car had 177,000 mi on it. I'll never go there again and I was pressured in to buying it

My ford focus had tcm issue Richmond ford fixed in 4 hours. Highly recommeded.
