Very pleased with the service! Quick and reasonably priced used tires. Everyone was very friendly and the best part was seeing all the adorable cats!! If I ever need more used tires, I will be coming back here!!! 100% recommend!!!

Excellent service every single time. Always has tire size in stock. They work quickly to get you in and out. I live across town from this location but always come here because of the customer service.

Went to the Sams Tires right after I got a nail driving through Richmond on a Sunday. They worked like a Formula 1 Pit Stop! What was more astonishing was the price, $7 bucks for a wheel puncture repair! I was out in less than 5 minutes. Great service, great workers. Make sure to tip these guys!

We got amazingly fast service after developing a flat. We were taken within 5 seconds of arriving on a Sunday afternoon. Two new tires, installed, at a great price. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Felt like a Nascar pit stop! Friendly hard workers, too. Recommend.

Great prices if you haggle a little bit. Sam is a cool dude and you can do that with him. For $120 and some change I easily got four tires worth $250. Services is quick, it's always an in and out the door experience. Say hi to the cats in the office. Great job guys!

Our tire blew out on the way home from Massanutten. We googled and decided to give them a try. We were worried because it's Sunday. I called first to make sure they had the tire. Sn- know the size of your tire before you call. They had it! The person that answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. They had several cars ahead of us; however, they got us out of there in less than 30 minutes. Thanks so much everyone.

This place is the best! The service was fast and excellent. I got one tire replaced in under 10 minutes and its the best price I ve ever found! Gigi was especially helpful and even recommended some great places in the area for my other needs! Can t recommend enough!!!!!

We live over an hour away and we're traveling when we realized our tire was severely low. 7 pounds of pressure low and the tire was starting to bubble . The first shop we tried wasn't open like it said it would be so we called here to make sure before we did any further damage to the tire. We were immediately seen, taken care of, and in and out within 10 minutes! These guys are awesome with awesome prices!!! If you do stop by, give the shop cats some love!

My husband and I were traveling back to Florida and realized we had a nail in the tire. Gege was awesome! They had it plugged in like 5 minutes! Quick, professional, inexpensive, and super friendly!

One of the most amazing used tire and new tire stores. I got three used tires put on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. They're actually 19 inch tires. All three cost me $157 mounted and balanced. They did it within 25 minutes. The most amazing group of Spanish people I've seen in the tire industry so far in my life. They even give you a 30 day warranty. Hopefully one day you'll have a bigger operation if I was Uncle Sam. I would give them an award and bigger shop. Hopefully everyone in the area goes in there. Keep up the amazing work helping the community.

Great service - terrific prices - great people - I will never go anywhere else but Sam's. I wish I had been going there years ago, in all seriousness. I had a leaking tire with a nail in it. Other places were quoting $23. $25, one was even $39! At Sam's it was $7.00, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes...

Sam was super friendly and accommodating!! Very cheap used tires! They were super quick, and i didnt even need to schedule an appointment. He also let me know that my rim was dented which was causing my car to wobble. I had no idea about that! I'm recommending this place to any of my friends that are in need of new tires before the winter.

This place is great for the prices and deals you get there, but the staff is rude, nasty, and very disorganized in the sales department. i used to have a friend that worked there and now that hes not the very dark blk guy working the office all the time, called "Q" gives me beef and a hard time when i come to get work done there because he cant remain professional and neutral

I used to get tires from here years ago when I could barely rub two nickels together. They are unbelievably fast and the tires I ve purchased -probably 4 sets for Lexus and Audi- were all excellent and lasted for the time I needed!! I called yesterday for my sons gf and once again and they did not disappoint! They didn t have the exact tires we needed but suggested an alternative! They are so kind and helpful!! Worth it!!

Good service. They'll run to you as soon as you pull up. And I had an issue with a tire I purchased and they replaced it free of charge. Now that's prompt service.

They are friendly & efficient! The tires are in really good condition & a great deal for the price. I've used them twice & am very satisfied. The only negative are the cats in the office. They are extremely well behaved but it smells in there. Overall, I will use & recommend Sam's to others!

I was sent here by friends who bought tires here. What an exceptional experience. The owner was very cool, the price for 4 barely used tires was amazing, and the work was done (4 tires mounted and balanced) within 30 minutes. This is where you go for tires, repairs, and car sales too. You won't be sorry
