They saved me! Got a flat coming into Richmond from Norfolk to visit a friend. The very next morning they had a new tire on my car in minutes and it only cost me like $50. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

I had such a great experience working with these guys! GG was so kind and honest with me about what I needed, they gave me bigger tires for my Jeep and talked me out of getting a spare tire to match because mine was still good to use. They even recommended I get an alignment done. I would recommend them to anybody! Great family business :) Thanks again, y all!

I had such a great experience with Sam s New & Used Tire! I got in my car this morning I got in my car and started driving just to hear a nail hitting the wheel well, so I drove straight to the shop to get it patched. I went to the auto repair shop I usually do, and they said they couldn t patch it and sent me to Sam s, where they immediately jacked up my car and took the wheel off to fix it. And of course I forgot my wallet and the only bank account I had in my Apple Pay was down, so I couldn t pay for the (extremely affordable) repair, and they were so nice & understanding. I will for sure be recommending this place to my friends!

I've been coming to Sam's on chamberlayne for a while now whenever I have a tire issue and need a quick fix/replacement. My most recent visit was due to having two tires reading low PSI, but it turns out I really needed to replace all four tires. Gigi helped to find me four practically new tires for a deal, and also made sure her guys thoroughly inspected my previous tires, where they found a small nail that was the culprit for the slow leak in one of my tires. The service is super fast, reasonable, and they're always willing to work with you!

I love this place!! I love Sam he s such a wonderful person. He s very kind and caring! I love that he takes care of the neighborhood cats. This man has a kind heart and wonderful soul! And for his business, best place in town! I ve been going here ever since I ve lived in richmond, and now i moved to Montpelier and I still come here when I need tires!!! I highly recommend this place !! Thank you Sam for all that you do !

Open on Saturday, drove my car with a flat and they changed it there all within 15 minutes. Friendly service, reasonable price for the tire. Didn't even charge for the labor

DRY ROT. DO NOT BUY. Got a tire on 2/27 returned to show that the tire was defective & they refused to honor the contract on their receipt that says 30 day replacement guarantee. I spent $84 on two tires & they won't even replace one. They tried to say I need an alignment but I've already gotten one so I know this is false. Today is 3/14 so I'm well within the 30 day limit & i came with receipt. Terrible customer service & they do not honor their contracts.

No frills, no nonsense. They get you what you need with reasonable prices. I ordered and paid for my new tires over the phone. When I pulled in to get them, I thought I was in a NASCAR pit! Four guys, three jacks, and less than ten minutes to balnce and install my tires!

Best tire place in all of Richmond. Amazing value. Family owned. Knowledgeable staff - GG is the best! This has been my family s go-to spot for over 15 years. Absolutely amazing.

They were super quick and cheap. 5 minutes and $10 later we were pulling out with a freshly fixed tire. Also super nice guys!

So I went to this shop this morning at about 8:15. I told the worker (dark skinned guy) I had a screw in my tire that I have in the backseat. He takes it out, shows me I actually have two screws in it and he plugged em both and said the tire was fine. I paid $20 for it and gave him a $5 tip.I work in Chester so I headed to work. By the time I got to my job I could hear hissing from the back tire. I went into work, didn t clock in and came right back out 10 minutes later to check it. The tire again WAS COMPLETELY FLAT. I wasted my money coming to this shop. I had to drive up the st two miles very slow to another shop just to get them to put my spare tire on because they didn t have any tires drove another couple miles another shop that only had new tires for $130 etc. couldn t get a new tire so drove back to my side of town and paid $45 for a used tire.Going to Sam s was a waste of time and caused me even more trouble than what I started with. I wish I would get my money and the tip back.

Best place to get tires in RVA they are fast and affordable, my last set I paid 200 for 4 new and they lasted me almost 5 years!

I went to them yesterday evening, asked for a good tire that has no plugs the man charged me 50$ and the lady charged me 55$ then went home right up the street just to come outside the next morning to a flat tire, they gave me a bad tire I hope they give me a better tire to today for free because I have two infants in my truck that shouldn t be riding on a bad tire. We will see I m heading up their now I will let you know if they have good customer service skills

Best tire place I ve ever came across since In my 17 years of driving. Fast, efficient, and the most affordable place around here. These dudes went above and beyond to help me get a tire replace that had completely came off the rim. They were willing to come meet me in the rain to get the job done. Amazing shop with hard working people.

Sam's New & Used Tires is part of the SOLUTION. Fantastic visit here: not a lot of guff, just explained the problem and they were on it. Reasonable prices. I'll never go anywhere else. VERY pleased.

Gigi is a G! have been there 3 separate times once for me once for my gf once for my mom and service has been consistently fast and extremely affordable. Gigi has been there every single time I ve gone she s always very kind and it seems like she runs the whole operation. The tire techs seem like they could do it in their sleep. Highly recommend

I got a flat on the way to the airport and was freaking out about being able to make my flight. They were able to see me immediately and I was probably in and out in ten minutes. The price was extremely fair and includes a 30 day warranty. Also the owner(?) showed me a picture of her very cute dog and that was fantastic.

I highly recommend! My tires got changed so fast I didn t have time to finish my sandwich. They were also very friendly and the prices were low. Gigi also explained the tires and what I was being charged for very well (I have little to no experience with cars).

Got two tires for $100 and they didn t even take the time to balance the tires going home on the interstate the car was bouncing all over the road when we called the lady acted like it wasn t a big deal and got smart and said she stated that fortunately she knows about cars like apparently we don t playing with peoples vehicles is not a joke this is a lawsuit waiting to happen please stay away from this place

They were absolutely fabulous to work with. I called while out of town at a conference after finding out my tire pressure was low. They were quick to tell me to come in and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a nail in my tire that they patched up for me. And they were so friendly! I highly recommend them.

Whew! I was in a whirlwind for my lunch break trying to make it there with an increasingly low tire however, all my worries went away in a matter of minutes. Not only did they provide quick, courteous service but the rates are amazing! Really appreciate Fred for identifying the problems, providing quality service and back to work in no time. Will do a two week updated review. Thanks Sam's you got a loyal customer for sure!*Updated Review: Tires still going good! No light turned on and it's caused me great peace. Outside of the horrendous Richmond Roads the tires are made to last. Thanks Sam's Tires!
